Chatbot on Steroids with an Incredible Support Team

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to see customer/prospect activity on our website in real-time with the option to book directly with them. Kate is also fantastic to work with. She is kind, thorough, helpful, skilled, and prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that we must keep our browser open in order to stay "active". The new app extension coming out in 2022 will hopefully fix this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see customer and prospect activity on our website in real-time and report directly to SFDC.

What do you like best about the product?
Our previous chat system didn't offer much flexibility or functionality. Qualified not only provides incredible flexibility but excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is missing from this product. It more than satisfies our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a chat system that could be integrated with our sales and marketing campaigns and target visitors based on intent. Qualified delivered.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been well over a year since my organization has implemented Qualified's conversational sales and marketing platform, and we have been seeing great success from the tool! Qualified has provided a channel for our sales organization to connect with the right people at the right time. Most importantly, Qualified has generated quality leads, significantly boosted our pipeline, contributed to revenue, and has proven to be our highest performing marketing/sales channel thus far! This success has been possible thanks to the help of the Qualified team, specifically Cameron Montgomery, who has helped my organization implement, maintain and optimize the platform. His quick assistance, thorough responses, helpful recommendations, and platform knowledge have been incredibly helpful throughout our time working together. I look forward to our continued success with Cameron and the Qualified platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall my organization has had a pleasant experience with the tool. Any issues we have encountered were within our experience settings and most often a quick fix thanks to the assistance of Cameron Montgomery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified's conversational sales and marketing platform allows our sales organization to see who is landing on our website, viewing specific pages, and most importantly, interact with them at critical times. Through this channel, we can track their interests, route them to the correct person, book meetings and move them further along in the sales cycle.

Amazing Product -- Amazing People.

What do you like best about the product?
Human to human virtual storefront experience. It allows us to know who's on our website when they came by, and what they were looking at so we can provide a white glove experience to everyone that comes by.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much yet! The product seems to cover all the main things you would want from a chat product on your website. The only thing we're looking at improving at this point is better identifying prospects that have never interacted with our website before so we can identify hot opportunities sooner and provide them with a better experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The chatbot is an excellent alternative to the standard form submission that allows us to provide meaningful interfaces to our customers on every page of the website. It also allows us to identify engagement from prospects that we may not have realized if they did not fill out a form or interact with us first.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to provide the best conversational marketing service to your customers on the market, Qualified is it. Not only because of the excellent product but the incredible success and support teams that make sure you're getting the most from the platform every step of the day.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of using Qualified is the experience between website visitors and our team. It's beyond useful. Website visitors benefit from speaking with a real human and can get the information they need without looking too far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy the slack integration because we get notified when there's a visitor on the website, but there can be some lag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We benefit from using this in many ways. We now have a direct link to each website visitor and can put them in touch with the right teams to help get them exactly what they need when they need it. The time savings is beyond worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Qualified is analytics because it makes our job easy, and we have all the insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there is nothing much to dislike about Qualified. Everything is perfectly balanced every feature is helping in their own way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very tough to track and have an insight into every visitor who is visiting your website, but Qualified helps us track every visitor or prospect and give every insight of them.

What do you like best about the product?
We are in our second year with Qualified and have loved working with the team and product. In that time, we have navigated some significant internal restructures and Qualified has been there every step of the way -- supporting our new initiatives each and every time while always connecting us with our leads and prospects!

Great UX, great UI, even greater people to work with! Thanks Qualified!
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics side is still relatively new and doesn't always function the way I expect; however, the team is very receptive to feedback, and the analytics and dashboards are constantly improving!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified always helps us with our conversational marketing and achieving our mission of human-centered communication. The tool is very adaptive to changing initiatives and campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider Qualified if you want a people-first chatbot experience!

What do you like best about the product?
So glad we implemented Qualified, even happier that Andrew R. is our CSM/Success Architect. He's made it seamless, impactful, and enjoyable!
What do you dislike about the product?
That my team isn't utilizing it more--Andrew R. and team have already made great suggestions to help with that, which we will roll out in Q1 2022.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better conversion of website traffic into actual leads -- already seeing this on number of meetings booked and some revenue influence also!

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is intuitive and easy for the Sales and Marketing team. There was minimal learning curve once live.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we saw more engagement from our site visitors, but Qualified has been great at providing best practices and training to try to improve engagement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see who is visiting our site in real-time. We know how the visitor got to the site, and how they are engaging with our content.
