    Computer Software

Perfect Implementation, see results fast

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has excellent customer service, the implementation was perfect, they guide us through every step, and also understands our needs very well so the strategies and chat experiences were all tailored to solve our problems. They have lots of experience in lead generation using chats, and were able to guide us to implement strategies and we were able to see results within a short period of time. Just 3 months in our Qualified chat is now the leading source of opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fuzzy matching with 6th sense is still not 100% perfect, it sometimes guess the wrong information by IP. I guess that's just the nature of IP detection. Their chat experience builder is also a bit hard to use, didn't really like the dragging when the experience have many steps, you can't expand nor scroll and I often have trouble seeing an overview of the chat experience builder. But because their customer support is awesome, they'll just help you with anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to provide a more engaging experience with visitors coming to our website, qualify them and have our sales team be able to reach out at the moment so that customers or prospect can chat with someone when they need.

Design, automation, all the amazing features where you could see what the person is typing on the other side of the screen.

What do you like best about the product?
The professionalism of this company is truly impressive. Their motto is "whatever it takes," and I'm here to testify that they deliver on that promise. Hands down the best customer success experience that I have ever received.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. I have worked on conversational marketing/chatbots for years, and Qualified is checking all the right boxes. They listen to customer feedback and execute on a vision that the rest of the industry will follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Qualified to engage our website visitors by targeting different segments with personalized, high value experiences. Whether that is serving up a relevant piece of content or creating a new opportunity through live chat with our SDRs, Qualified allows us to leverage our full techstack to create and deliver high ROI. We realized a 564% growth in chats.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for excellent customer success and the white-glove experience, look no further. Having worked with other vendors that provide a conversational marketing platform (including ⚡), Qualified is leagues above in execution.

Amazing tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the tool is so seamless and that it has definitely helped with getting my numbers up through my role. The whole team has been happily using the application without issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my status will go from available to unavailable without me knowing, and it can cause some missed potential opportunities. All I have to do is check randomly if it is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see people that are potentially interested in learning more as they have access to a real person to chat with right away and the whole team is notified.

Get training to understand how to use it effecitvely.

Powerful

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Qualified is how much information is provided, and the integration associated with my CRM before I even say the first words to a visitor. Being able to read a visitor's digital body language is quite powerful, and allows for more meaningful conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could use a couple of changes. For example, decreasing the clicks between the home page and starting a conversation. Another aspect that could be improved, is the amount of configuration that can be done at a user level (as opposed to strictly admin). Something else that may be useful, automation that allows for A/B testing of chat bot responses/prompts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified really improves upon the speed to lead time associated with the opportunities on our website. People that would have to wait a few minutes at minimum between striking interest and talking to an employee, are now qualified and disqualifed right on the website within seconds. Another plus, the amount of meetings needed to book between BDR to Sales Exec have the illusion of decreasing, if the qualification call can be done on the first contact from the website. It seems that the customer will then be entering the sales funnel right away, as opposed to booking time with the BDR, then having that BDR book time with a Sales Exec etc.

What do you like best about the product?
How communicative Katie has been with us. She's always been a fantastic person to work with and makes sure we use Qualified to ensure wins on our team.

Nothing that Katie wasn't quick to fix for us!

We get to see live what potential customers are interested in. We get to start quick and easy conversations that move to faster deals with the sales team.

Amazing service - even more amazing onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
Moving from Drift to Qualified was an absolutely seamless experience. Their Onboarding process was the best that I have ever encountered out of any SaaS company, hands down. Their product is also unmatched as compared to Drift - better engagement overall and metrics. It couldn't have been a better decision to switch from Drift to Qualified!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything, honest. Switching was a fantastic decision. Everything has worked well, and their customer support team is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased user engagement across our site. Improved engagement and productivity from our BDR team on our site with live prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of functionalities and capabilities that Qualified brings it in it's amazing - you can chat, book meetings, get a lot of insights and everything else related to your website

there isn't much to dislike about it - from its purpose, it's doing a great job

well, working in sales and of course, not being able to be online 24/7, it's great that Qualified gives you an option to follow up on everyone who's been accessing your website and allow them to book meetings straight into your calendar so you're not missing any big chances

What do you like best about the product?
- The integrations with Salesforce, Demandbase, Hubspot, Outreach, Slack were seamless (literally one click, and it worked!)
- It has helped us remove all the noise and focus on VIP visitors with various high-value streams
- A simple, logical, and clean interface. A lot of customization is possible.
- Best in class onboarding and support. Our success architect (Kate Ware) finished the onboarding process on a very tight timeline. She did all the heavy lifting, and our team loved working with her.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing major that I can point out. A minor thing we encounterd is, visitor company name mismatch due to browser cookie issues but nothing on Qualified side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- VIP experiences to high-value visitors
- Automated meeting booking
- Contextual CTAs and assets
- Reduction in chat noise
- Customer support tickets directly created from the chat

What do you like best about the product?
It's not every day where you are introduced to a new product that has answered every wish you have asked for. Prospecting is chaos at times. For years I've said I like this from this, that feature from that, etc. This system does it all. It can do the things I have always figured wouldn't be possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, However this is due to be updated if needed i am just starting with the system but so far its amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still learning the system but during the demo there wasnt anythign that i could think of that the system could not do.
