Qualified connects you with prospective customers and current clients in a whole new way.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly Qualified is. The dashboard shows exactly what we need to know and how to best reach out to the prospect on our website. Additionally I love that the responsibility of "pouncing" on these folks are spread out across the team so it's not just on one person at a time to respond on the chat box. It's nice that it's a group effort. I've had team mates reach out and let me know when I wasn't paying attention that one of my targeted accounts was looking at the website and that was so great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has been irksome about Qualified is that I'm not set as "available" automatically all day. It would be so nice if that was a feature because sometimes it will log me out and I won't notice I haven't been set as available for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I honestly didn't realize the amount of prospective business we were missing out on by not having this product. It's insane! Every company should have this. Even when it's current clients looking for help on the site we're very quickly able to volley them to someone that can help. In a day and age when calling isn't as popular, this is a great alternative.
Great Solution
What do you like best about the product?
We are loving Qualified. Our installation was seamless due to the integration with Salesforce and our amazing Qualified Success Architect, Camille Marti. We love the ability to chat, and interact with prospects on our website even before they reach out to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we love the solution, it is helping us to have great conversations with prospects and customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing our leads and we now have a greater understanding of how visitors interact with our website.
We use qualified to manage web traffic and chat with potential prospects live in the app.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that its an easier way to contact hesitant prospects that haven't yet gone as far as submitting a demo request with their info.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inaccuracy of how accounts are tracked when Qualified picks them up. Does a decent job in tracking the physical location but often routes to the wrong account or doesn't pick it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing web traffic on the website and communicating with customers live to help drive towards a meeting.
Top tier customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Shelby is one of the best reps I've worked with, regardless of vendor space. Extremely responsive and helpful, consistenly goes above and beyond expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing worth noting at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a quick way for prospects to engage with sales. Adding Qualified has increased our leads and helped accelerate our pipeline.
Excellent Product, Excellent Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not writing this review because Qualified asked me to. I'd like for other marketers to know that Qualified has been an excellent addition to our website - helping to qualify prospects and get those needing support where they need to go. It was easy to implement and the customer service has been second to none. We absolutely love our Account Manager and our monthly calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Pricier than out-of-the-box solutions you get with Hubspot, but you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Routing customer support inquiries, qualifying and engaging with sales leads in a more proactive way than just having a static / passive demo request form on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
The extreme flexibility in programming and the very helpful staff and team at Qualified
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some challenges with GDPR and using Qualified but nothing that cannot be overcome with patience

We're able to reactively and proactively engage with people on our website and find more qualified opportunities for our sales teams
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't try to over complicate the implementation of Qualified. It will allow you a lot of flexibility. Start off broad then narrow in any targeting

What do you like best about the product?
We love the product, the dashboard, and the segmented traffic view. Launching the first experience was so easy with the help of Jennifer. She really helped move us along to go live and we've already seen several leads originate from qualified. As we ramp up, we're excited to see how many new opportunities Qualified helps us generate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say is that the tool can do so much that it can be slightly overwhelming and you definitely need to read the documentation and training. But thankfully, they offer ongoing support to help build out all the experiences you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have no idea who is coming to our website unless we convert. And we are trying to fix the whole broken experience of either not being able to engage with web visitors that aren't yet ready to hit that "get a demo" button or doing the whole request a demo > send to a sales person > they email them back trying to set up a time > weeks go by trying to set up a time, etc. when you can just start a conversation and schedule a meeting or have a call right then and there.
A must have for any business!
What do you like best about the product?
I could go on and on regarding its amazing features but, what stands out for any product is its implementation & support. A++ on both.

Nothing major to dislike at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Salesforce partner listed on the AppExchange, it was an offering we couldn't refuse. There is no other way to get insights & engagement.
Awesome implementation and great service
What do you like best about the product?
I work in ops, so I don't interact with the tool very much, but I've been helping the marketing team with the implementation to ensure the correct data's getting in Salesforce. Andrew, our Success Architect, has been an amazing resource throughout the process. The possibilities and granularity of Qualified to customize the user experience seem endless, and Andrew's building it all. Shoutout to Andrew!
What do you dislike about the product?
I was an SDR at my previous company that used Qualified. Our SDR was not split into inbound/outbound teams, nor did we have territories, and we would receive inbound leads on top of our outbound expectations. When Qualified was implemented, it incentivized inbound over outbound and folks stopped outbounding. This is more of a consideration than a dislike - if this sounds like your current SDR team setup, I would not recommend Qualified as this tool will break your SDR team's productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're mapping the entire 'customer journey' with Qualified - we're seeing when people come onto our site to view materials, and we can then track when they come back or how they interact with us, and we can make inferences on who the relevant stakeholders are at their company, based on who is working with folks from our side when we have active opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
See the dislike section - do not evaluate Qualified if your SDR team structure is not organized. At minimum, there needs to be an outbound/inbound SDR team, where the inbound reps would be on Qualified.
Qualified helping maximize AppExchange investment
What do you like best about the product?
The reps have an easy-to-use platform that is set up and is truly "Set and forget". The reporting features are wonderful and make tracking success a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can seem a little intimidating initially. There are a lot of factors that go into this software. But the implementation team was willing and able to answer all concerns to make sure we were comfortable moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the ability to be active and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem. We are seeing that people are interested in chatting with someone before starting a trial so ensure the fit is correct.
