Effortless and Reliable—It Just Works!
What do you like best about the product?
It works well, is easy to use, and the customer service team is excellent. They help you get set up so you have the best chance of being successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Qualified. They are always innovating and as I mentioned give you the best chance to be successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified lets marketers see who’s on their site, start real conversations with the right buyers, and book meetings instantly. Instead of waiting on forms, you can engage high-intent accounts in the moment and turn website traffic directly into pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified gives us a clear, direct path from website visits to real sales conversations. The platform is easy to use, highly configurable, and integrates smoothly with our CRM and marketing tools. I really like:

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn’t anything I actively dislike. No product can perfectly meet every single customer need, and Qualified is no exception, but they come very close.
We’ve shared a few suggestions with our CSM—for example, having more visibility into error logs or sync issues directly in the platform. Right now, we either need to proactively check things ourselves or wait until someone reports a problem. It’s not a deal-breaker by any means, but better in-app diagnostics would make the experience even stronger.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of relying on static forms and slow follow-up, we can immediately identify high-intent visitors, understand which accounts they belong to, and connect them with the right sales reps in real time.

Accelerated Pipeline Generation with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Qualified syncs with SFDC and allows us to create pipeline quickly. The implementation went smoothly and the tool is easy to use once you understand a few of the routing rules. Our support team contact, Jennifer, is wonderful to work with and makes the process fun and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the tool is reliant on website traffic and does not reach out to other platforms. It is a big wish, but something to look at in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is improving the speed to lead gap and increasing our pipeline velocity.
Comprehensive AI SDR solution that is transforming our top of funnel and conversion process
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a comprehensive and highly effective end-to-end solution for introducing an AI SDR, which significantly reduces the time needed to qualify opportunities and streamlines the process of handing off prospects to our sales representatives. We have observed its consistent performance not only in our top-performing forms and funnel channels but also in its ability to uncover and utilize insights across our entire website.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is very powerful, and it has some complex and inherent difficulty in getting used to the different ways a prospect can engage with the tool. Nevertheless,their model of partnership with a Qualified Success Agent has really allowed us to take full control of the features available. Their support is top of the line, both in the technical but also the strategic insights that they contribute, and also where we can leverage Piper better to improve conversions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to have a top of funnel solution to qualify our prospects and route them in real time to our reps, as well as offer their calendars for direct scheduling. With this AI SDR we have reduced significantly our response time and are able to start the sales process with a lot more momentum coming from our marketing campaigns and collateral.
Efficient Lead Qualifying with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Qualified for lead routing which helps me in finding and qualifying new leads efficiently. I appreciate the quality meetings it facilitates, and I enjoy working with Lauren, our CSM, who has been super helpful and responsive. The initial setup of Qualified was very easy for us, and we have it connected to Salesforce. I am so satisfied with Qualified that I rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague.

I use Qualified for lead routing, which helps in finding and qualifying new leads efficiently. It also ensures quality meetings for us.
Exceptional Support from Lauren A Made Our Launch a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Lauren Ackermann is amazing to work with. She helped us launch Piper (aka Mia for us) and has been an absolute pleasure to work alongside.

Speed to Lead as an AI BDR - Mia (our Piper) is also doing some follow-up work on specific events and campaigns
Outstanding Technology and Results—A Step Above the Competition
What do you like best about the product?
I am consistently impressed by the platform. The technology is great. It performs above and beyond competitors like drift. We are seeing more and more qualified meetings coming through our Chatbot Mia than we did when we were customers of Drift.
Lauren, our product consultant, has been a terrific resource and is effectively operating as a member of our team. Implementation was smooth and painless and the customer support has been fantastic.

Its a premium product that is premium priced. That said it has been worth it to our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is delivering meetings and pipelines to our sellers and freeing up our BDRs to focus on strategic work.
Strong Integrations Power Seamless Lead Management
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has strong integrations with both HubSpot and Salesforce, which has allowed us to build seamless lead management processes between all our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
We recently started testing the AI Email feature, which has been working well, overall. My one complaint is the way contacts get added to campaigns based on Salesforce campaign member status. Qualified will enroll a contact when a campaign member status changes, but not based on a current campaign member status. So, if the Qualified campaign is not already listening for that status change, the contacts won't be enrolled, and we have to go in a manually change them and then change them back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were missing out on opportunities to interact with prospects while they were on our site, engaging with our content. Giving prospects options to ask questions and book meetings in that moment has removed the friction associated with traditional sales follow-up.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Qualified surfaces high-intent buyers in real time and makes it easy to connect them with the right sales rep. The integrations with Salesforce and Slack help teams act quickly and drive better pipeline outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimal drawbacks. As you scale usage, continued investment in configuration flexibility and reporting depth would be beneficial, but the foundation is solid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The chatbot and built-in scheduler are especially valuable. They allow visitors to engage instantly and book meetings in real time, which shortens response times and significantly increases conversion from website traffic to pipeline.
Exceptional Support and Powerful Features Set Qualified Apart
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about Qualified is the exceptional support we receive from Jen(jennifer@qualified.com). She is always available to assist us whenever we need help. In addition, Qualified as a platform offers a wide range of features that have been incredibly beneficial for us. Whether it's their AI SDR or the campaigns managed entirely by the AI SDR, I haven't come across any other tool on the market that supports us to this extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing specific that I dislike apart from the only part where I feel there's a lot of things Qualified offers that we are not necessarily utilising. Also, the campaigns are a bit complicated at times to navigate through which we've been assured would be fixed by their product team soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us navigate and launch our outbound campaigns really well, without having us to send out generic messaging every time. It looks at the audience persona and crafts accurate emails based on prompts that we enter. Also, it really helps our audiences to schedule meetings from our website, something that we look to expand on in the near future as well.
