Game changing platform with the best support I've ever seen

Qualified is providing us with incredible insights into customer interactions. It will change our entire demand gen & sales process.

Be aware that it will probably change your sales & marketing process (for the better).
Unparalleled onboarding & customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Very few & far between does an onboarding process meet the expectations a sales person sets during a cycle but Qualified truly blows this out of the water. The amount of work that Qualified's team does to support a successful launch is unmatched with any vendor I've worked with previously. I've used & evaluated many of these platforms including Intercom & Drift and none hold a candle to what Qualified is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any issue we ran into was because of our internal processes not being very straightforward but our CSM has done a fantastic job guiding us through solid fixes to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We bought Qualified mainly to push an increase in conversions on our website traffic as well as an additional lever through our SEP for the SDR team in their outbound prospecting efforts. We'll also be able to cut our SLA in response time on the website from hours to seconds, which every data point out there shows will enable us to turn more of those conversations into pipeline/revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you've got a strong handle on your internal process & routing rules as well as air-tight alignment between sales & marketing, especially with what collateral to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Two big things stick out:
1) Their CSM team is second to none. We had Andrew who is the most responsive and supportive CSM I've ever met.
2) Their integration abilities with Salesforce are incredible. You have access to every metric you will want to see.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wish they had a video recording aspect like one of their competitors, but that's not really a disadvantage. Just requires us to have two products now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased our responsiveness to all website inquiries by better routing to the appropriate reps.

If you use Salesforce, this is the one you need.
Qualified Chats are a Game-Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allows my Inbound BDR team to fully utilize visits to our website. They can get visibility into who is looking at what webpages live as well as have conversations with prospects as they are on our website. This provides the opportunity to have instant conversations which is convenient for both the prospect and the BDR team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides of using Qualified. Everything works properly and our CSM, Anna, is very attentive and responsive to all of our needs! We love Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with our prospects in a timely manner is very important to us. Qualified gives us the ability to generate pipeline faster by having Inbound BDRs online to handle any and all questions our web visitors may have while they browse.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a leading, feature-rich conversational marketing solution; what set them apart is their Customer Success team. We're currently working with many martech vendors, the Qualified CSM sets the bar for all of our other vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no major complaints at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've increased prospect engagement and improved their experience with Veritone.
Awesome Product & Customer Success
What do you like best about the product?
We're already seeing value from Qualified and look forward to the continued optimization and growth we see from the platform. The customer success team has been really helpful to us in our implementation process. The continued support we'll receive for ongoing optimization will be a huge value add for our Operations and Sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike at the moment. We're still new to the platform, getting familiar with the integrations, and we're constantly learning how to best leverage data from our connected systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to see who is coming to our site and provide our reps insight into our visitors so that they can engage with high-priority visitors in real-time. We're generating new leads, booking meetings, and our reps are engaging with visitors in live conversations.
Incredible CS Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Implementation - straight forward, easy to get up and running quickly
CS Experience - Trey is the best. He kept the process moving forward across numerous stakeholders to meet our launch deadline

What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a very positive experience. We are learning new capabilities of the tool on a daily basis and look forward to the continued interaction our team has with prospects through our website because of Qualified.

We are capturing leads in realt time.
Game-changer in generating pipeline!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allows our teams to speak in real time with our target audience who is actively reviewing our offerings. Our pipeline generation has dramatically increased as a result.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, we probably haven't been using the solution long enough to uncover some frustrations. I'm sure they will be there, but just haven't cropped up yet. There will come a day when reps mention "Oh, I wish it could do this... or that..." but that hasn't happened just yet. We're still in awe of what's possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are capturing the right people at the right time who have intent to purchase our solutions! The ability to start a dialogue in real-time with the people we would want to connect with anyway just simplifies our GTM strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The map and the amount of information we get for just one person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still working on familiarizing myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting more real-time leads, and also being able to quickly qualify people based on what they are exploring within our page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do not have any recommendations since I am still familiarizing myself, but I do like how responsive it is and being able to engage. I really like the shortcuts.
Awesome product, great customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Qualified is hands-down the support from the team. Not only does the tool integrate tightly with many tech stacks, but you get top-notch professional support to make sure you are getting the most out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only been using Qualified for about 2 months and so far, I haven't found anything I dislike. It does what it is supposed to do well and the integrations are strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified transforms our inbound team. Now instead of waiting for leads to come in through forms, reps can actively reach out to target accounts/contacts and communicate at the most relevant times. We are able to book and hold meetings with prospects much faster than we have before.
