Helps me get Leads!

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me hit my quota every month and I love how integrated it is with salesforce and slack which are 2 of my main tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many complaints but I would say may be a better notification system/Alert system for when people interacting on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps solve the problem of speaking to a person rather than a bot and getting a human interaction for the customer. It benefits me because I get qualified leads and it's usually leads to close won business at a higher rate than when I outbound
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say just make sure Tech Stack integrates with qualified

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is easy to use - from setting up experiences to analytics. The support from the Qualified CSMs is the best I've ever seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Experiences can get complicated, depending on your internal processes and needs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us segment and engage with our website visitors - booking meetings through the bot or our BDRs with a human chat.

Short Circuit your funnel

What do you like best about the product?
I am always looking for ways to get prospects into our funnel and move them quickly to a buying phase. Qualified has not only increased the number of leads we generate from the website but also accelerated prospects from a “browsing” stage to the “evaluating” stage in record time. We have seen increased engagement that has directly produced more meetings/demos with sales reps, driving pipeline for the sales org. The amount of time from signing on to be a Qualified customer to seeing a return on the investment was incredibly quick.

Much like any other powerful tool, Qualified does have a complex setup. As many other reviewers have pointed out, the onboarding and customer service teams are absolutely stellar. The Qualified team helped us build quality experiences and work through some of the more complicated routing rules to ensure the right prospects are going to the correct salespeople.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product works great for conversational marketing, but I would like to have one unified chatbot that can be used by sales and our customer service team. Currently, a user must switch between bots, provided by different companies, which creates internal and user experience issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps convert passive website visitors into high quality MQLs quickly. We have been able to increase the number of meetings booked with out SDR team that in turn has generated more pipeline and shortened the buyer journey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend having a good understanding of your website metrics and the average time it takes for a visitor to take any action that will MQL a prospect. I can pretty much guarantee an improvement across all of those metrics. You should also have a good understanding of the BDR/SDR workflow to ensure your reps are able to be on the platform as much as possible. We have seen a lot of success when our reps are on the platform and they "pounce" on leads that are a part of their target accounts. Make sure your team buys into the platform and uses it regularly because your organization's success will depend on those reps being online and ready to chat.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredible customer service that helps ensure we are executing experiences at a high level, plus the ability to easily track metrics including influenced opportunities makes it simple to track ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience setup interface can be a bit challenging to get used to when you start using the platform, but navigation gets easier with time and there is plenty of support and documentation to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to deliver personalized page specific experiences has improved web conversion rates and engagement with our target audience, resulting in significant closed/won revenue influenced by chat conversations.

Seamless Implementation

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have everything you need at your fingertips - customer details, what they are viewing, and the ability to create a prospect all in one full scoop!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few minor mapping issues but our rep has been fantastic with coming up with alternative workarounds!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to route the nonessential conversations automatically allowing our reps more time to focus on more sales-related prospects!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, you will not regret it! The tool is amazing and allows you so much more insight into the customer experience. Also, request Jeff (Beard!) as your Acct Rep for implementation - he is so extremely knowledgable and simply AMAZING!

What do you like best about the product?
Their white-glove implementation and onboarding process was amazing! That was one of the differentiators that made us decide on Qualified during our evaluation process and they have certainly delivered on that promise! Andrew did all the heavy lifting to get the experiences created for our launch, shared many best practices and helped us strategize the best way to set it up to meet our business goals. Love the ability to identify and segment our highest priority audiences and create specific experiences tailored to them.

Its a very collaborative partnership and looking forward to creating more experiences for our high intent traffic and doing some A/B testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some additional features that we would like, but they are very good about putting in a product requests and keep us updated on the timelines. The analytics functions could be expanded a little more but overall it fits our needs! Theres also an API to get data to Tableau for more advanced dashboards and data manipulation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to lead! We are already seeing faster conversions to opportunities. Qualified is helping us identify our highest intent traffic and getting in front of them when they are currently active on our site.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is outstanding and regularly comes out with new and innovative features. The Sucess Team has been amazing: Brittany Rhyme and Katie O'Neil have been the best to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had many bumps in the road. Anything that we encounter, the team at Qualified addresses quickly or comes up with alternative options.

Qualified has helped us to have live conversations with our prospects and customers and help them to get the information and expertise they need.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has been a great addition to our marketing tech and has helped us increase web conversions. Our customer success manager is so helpful and has been a huge contributor to our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see this as a downside, but the tool is so powerful and flexible it's not always super user-friendly to modify a new experience yourself. But with such a great customer success manager supporting us, this has been a non-issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The absolute best part of Qualified is their white-glove customer success team. They worked very closely with us throughout the implementation process to ensure we had a smooth launch. Without them, we would not have moved as quickly and decisively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel like a lot of the process mapping and flow charts can be difficult to follow. A lot of it is very nuanced, so it is important to ask a lot of questions when working with the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is allowing us to have real-time conversations with prospects and customers visiting our website. Having Qualified has allowed us to generate lots of pipeline that may not have surfaced without a chat tool.
