Qualified gives our BDR team a leg up in the virtual sales market.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allows our BDR team to respond quickly and personally to visitors to our website. This "speed to lead" gives our team the best opportunity to drive an initial interaction to a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
My greatest dislike for Qualified has been solved now with their newer app version. Before the app, I would often find myself struggling to find the Qualified tab in my browser, sometimes causing me to miss a lead. Now though, I just click on the app and am ready to chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves our problem of getting old, even stale inbound leads. Now we are instantly notified about visitors to our website and able to engage in a matter of seconds.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Qualified across our 25 reps. It makes it really easy to centralize all of your website visitor data to help reps prioritize their highest intent accounts. It includes how interested they are and how "hot" they are. It will even tell you if they are climbing in terms of interest & if they are falling so there's less to interpret for the rep. The reps can even see exactly what web page they look at so they know what the visiting experience was.

For chat, reps can take over a chat in real time and talk to someone if they have questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if there was an out-of-the-box dashboard we could use instead of building it ourselves (there might be but i'm not aware of it right now)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping AE's prioritize their day based on accounts actively in a buying cycle. Ability to jump right into chats with target accounts/contacts to provide a pretty world-class user experience

What do you like best about the product?
We really needed to take our online chat system to the next level and Qualified provided that. I've been spoiled by their complete service from beginning through implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found a dislike yet. They are highly responsive, accommodating, yet lead the project with energy and persuasion. Nathan Chein - our account rep is THE BOMB!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really struggled with the complexities of live chat and using a single resource across all of our Web properties. Although we are still in the midst of rollout, I have such a higher degree of confidence in our platform than ever before.

What do you like best about the product?
From the moment we onboarded, the support team at Qualified has been nothing short of exceptional. They’re incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us get the most out of the platform. Whether it's configuring complex routing rules or launching new features, their guidance has made a big impact.

The platform itself is powerful and flexible. Highly recommend to any organization looking to elevate their demand generation efforts with a partner that truly supports their success.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement is the platform’s limitation around custom JavaScript, particularly for tracking.

We use Bizible for multi-touch attribution, and not being able to deploy custom JavaScript within Qualified has made it difficult to capture and attribute certain touchpoints accurately. It limits our ability to get a full picture of the Qualified-influenced journey within our broader analytics and reporting stack.

We’d love to see more flexibility here in the future—it would make an already powerful platform even more valuable for data-driven marketing teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to deeply integrate it into our tech stack and customize it to match the nuances of our buyer journey. The real-time engagement, lead qualification, and meeting booking capabilities have helped us connect with high-value prospects more efficiently—and more meaningfully.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly powerful to see a visitor's journey on our site, and being able to proactively message visitors is a game-changer. The Customer Success team (shoutout to Rob and Katie) makes it all come together for us - ensuring the right message (and resource) is presented at the right time to our visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the complexity of your business, the routing rules/experiences can be a little overwhelming. It would be ideal if Qualified passed more metadata to Salesforce from conversations, but there are some workarounds with their API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the back-and-forth after a Demo Request has been submitted; also helps us identify higher-intent buyers. It also helps us better understand who is on our website, so we can tailor our marketing/sales approach.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is intuitive and customizable, making it a nice experience for both the website users and the S&M team. Our Qualified Support Architect has partnered with our marketing team to help us use new features in creative ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Qualified. Everything works as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm always looking for new ways to promote product features and marketing assets. I love being able to customize our chatbot to make new features and materials easier for our users to access.

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time engagement would be the most beneficial aspect of qualified. Working in a niche market, having the ability to answer questions in real-time helps build trust and interest in what we're offering, not to mention being able to pull in a lead's information from Salesforce if available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet come across yet on the platform that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping solve answering questions in real-time. It's also helping provide insight into the types of questions people are typically asking about our product. People are more likely to move forward in the funnel when their questions are answered promptly.

What do you like best about the product?
We got a fully managed support package for our Qualified subscription and Rob and his team did an excellent job setting up the tool on our site. We're a month in and no meetings yet, but lots of great learnings and we feel confident that Qualified has our backs as we continue to optimize our conversational marketing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had any meetings set as of yet, but we are learning a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting new insights on our site traffic and allowing for more direct outreach for our BDR team. Qualified is making our site more useful.

What do you like best about the product?
- Qualified is easy and set up to use especially with the help and guidance of their team and docuemntation

- User friendly both as an end user and admin
* From the users standpoint it just stands as a simple chatbox that prompts them to answer the questions you've configured
* From the admin you only need to alter a few settings here and there. It's very easy to maintain

- Can make workflows as simple or complex as you need + workflows are also really easy to establish

- Their technical support is some of the best I've encountered of any software we've used in the past
* They have a dedicated success manager that sets a regular cadence with
* Even their general support and success team is very responsive. They get back to emails almost immediately to address any issues you may be experiencing


- Qualified also easily integrates into Salesforce - giving you greater insight on how you can engage your users
- Qualified's chat features streamline a lot of communication
What do you dislike about the product?
Could potentially have better internal reporting functionality internally rather then being mostly reliant on how it's connecting with your reporting functionality within Salesforce. That said it's also somewhat of an expensive solution in comparison with some other chatbots but with good reason such as the set of features and support that you receive with most large plans.

Although the platform is also pretty intuitive once you get a hang of everything it takes some time to get fully familiar with all the features, reporting and functionality it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps people access you in an easy and non-intrusive way. This helps expand your reach as some prospects would be more inclined to contact you at chat at first over phone or email.

It also gives us additional visibility to how our customers interact with our page as we get real-time views of users interacting with the website.

What do you like best about the product?
Nathan has helped us to really take advantage of Qualified. We love how we can engage with potential customers and help them in real-time. The reports are just amazing! All the data you need to take better decisions and see what is working and what is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I do not like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can help users to find what they are looking for and provide a much better user experience. It has automated a lot of our processes and removed a lot of friction from our sales process.
