Great for Pipeline!
What do you like best about the product?
You see customers in real time. It gives a way to communicate with customers and see who is viewing your site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't always see more than their location if they don't have cookies turned on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's another tool in our arsenal that helps us find more customers and expand our business. It makes me more productive throughout my day and increases my performance.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about Qualified is that it gave me the opportunity to speak to potential customer live.

One thing that I did not like about Qualified is that it can sometimes be a distraction.

It is solving the of our customers not talking to a robot and it is benefiting me because I get to speak with leads.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy to use platform for everyone in a company. It has a quick easy way of clicking on the chatbox and allowing the user to send quick seamless messages
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that Qualified does not have a strong way of navigating through the system. For example i have to manually log in to the system and have poor connection on what is logged to me

Making it easier to interact with customers on our site, customers can see the messages in real-time to the seller it is fast and easy way to make business/sales
Best conversational marketing for Salesforce!
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the Salesforce integration! It makes it easy for us to leverage custom fields in our org.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a WYSIWYG for using media in experiences a la WordPress, etc. But our CS rep has been great in helping us overcome that.

Qualified helps us proactively reach out to leads on our site with contextual messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation of Qualified is a Digital Marketer and MOPs dream. The white-glove service gets you up and running quickly with a fast time to value to get to testing and impacting opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reverse IP information mismatched to contacts early in the testing, but as our database grows and we start driving more repeat visitors the personalization matching should get better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is providing our sales team with impactful information on website visitors and target accounts. It also provides an additional touch point and interaction strategy to get people to view key content pieces or get straight to a salesperson.

Visibility, revenue, and ease of use....

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were getting a lot of hits to our website with no visibility or ability to communicate with them. We have been able to set multiple meetings in just one week with prospects we did not know about.
Phenomenal Support and Seamless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate their customer success team; they are absolutely phenomenal. They make onboarding to the tool easier and are able to provide valuable advice around marketing operations. It's also great having someone to bounce ideas off of sometimes. I worked with Keenan, and he was incredible. Implementing ideas with him was seamless, and he made the process straightforward. Building with Qualified would be super complicated if I were to do it myself, as I have in the past with a competitor tool, but Keenan explains things easily, taking complex topics and just building them. Also, the initial setup of Qualified was very easy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified for correct routing, making navigation easier for leads on our website, solving the problem of confusing potential prospects.
Highly Recommend Qualified for any chatbot needs
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of our systems, allows us to get insights to SFDC and Slack and notify our teams on time. It also allows us to build experiences based on different parameters from SFDC and Marketo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The building of the experiences in the platform is powerful but can be improved.

Talking to hot leads immediatly when they are engaging on the website

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about qualified is the ability to interact with the customer in real-time and quickly address the customer's needs. I also like how it integrates that data into a salesforce lead automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of things about Qualified that I dislike. Nathan has been really good about addressing the issues we have had. I suppose I dislike that we only get 30 seconds to engage with a customer's conversation, but this is totally understandable from the customer's side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is taking our customer service to another level with the live online chat. We are providing our customers with a level of service we have never before been able to.
