Visitors can book meetings directly and quickly with reps if they are not available. This way we don"t miss prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Qualified allows us to utilize our #1 asset, the website. We prioritze incoming traffic into Streams using integration with Salesforce, Clearbit, Hubspot and Outreach.io. Our reps don't waste time messaging every visitor that comes to the site, only ones that are ready for pounce. I also love the Signals feature inside Qualified. Our sales team runs a heavy outbound approach. Signals allow them to prioritize and intelligently reach out to both known and unknown accounts that have had website activity demonstrating intent. We are moving from pure cold outreach to warm outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding is extensive and the learning curve can be a bit steep. That being said, it is very clear that Qualified has invested HEAVILY into their Customer Success team. After a couple of weeks of hand holding, the process to build new experiences is not as daunting as it once was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to improve the efficiency of our Outbound sales motion and improve the conversion rate of our website. Utilizing Signals, we are now outbounding to accounts we know have hit high-intent pages on our website. And the Outreach integration is awesome - when a prospect clicks through on an email and visits the site, we are alerted. This has allowed us to continue the conversation from email, right on to our website.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation and onboarding process was seamless and efficient and the team was so supportive. Our account development team got up to speed incredibly quickly and they LOVE Qualified! Within the first week, we've converted traffic from our top accounts into meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in our implementation, i do not have any feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our objective is to convert website traffic from our ideal customer profile and target accounts into demo requests and meetings. The account development team is now able to see in real-time when our target accounts are on site and able to engage contacts and convert them faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support, knowledge, creativity, and examples are exemplary. Kudos to Anna on her regular sessions with our team to maximize the value of the service and a very good platform. She's even demonstrated excellent knowledge of how Qualified integrates with our platform and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to date. Our sessions utilize all time permitted and then some to utilize the extensive capabilities of this software.

What do you like best about the product?
Within our first week using Qualified we've booked 2 meetings with our top target accounts. Tanya Mamayenko did a fabulous job with onboarding and setting the team up for success.

From what we are seeing as a new customer, there are no issues and nothing we dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
We have had great success using Qualified. Their customer service is some of the best I've seen.

I haven't run into anything I dislike at this time.

Qualified itself is an awesome platform that has assisted us in generating business and increasing our productivity by having a great UI that is super user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Implimnetation and the support staff to help with our switching from one chat vendor to Qualified coupled with Qualified reporting capabilities.

Nothing to report, the speed and support have been amazing

Ease of access to reporting against chat and sales chat performance and ability to engage with prospects in a more natural conversational way

What do you like best about the product?
We love that this tool segments website visitors into different categories and notifies us via slack in certain scenarios. The integration with Salesforce is incredible, it's easy to use and

most importantly it's the best CS experience I've ever been part of - Anna has been invaluable in training our team, providing new ideas, and overall being a joy to work with. She goes above and beyond and has always provided us with exactly what we need to support the team so quickly. She is even more impressive than the tool. We work so closely it feels like an internal teammate.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to effectively and flexibly segment our website traffic is a gamechanger! With all the noise out there, our small team must cut through the noise and engage with only the right Accounts. Qualified allows us to truly provide our Sales team with more 'quality' at-bats, directly due to its proactive alerting capabilities and tight integrations with our CRM and ABM platforms. It's also really hard to find a true CSM partner, but I couldn't be happier with our customer support (shoutout Steve and Shelby)! They've taken the time to train our team, and also provide meaningful suggestions based on an understanding of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll have to update this post if/when I find something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is tied into our ABM motion, ultimately helping us provide valuable experiences to our Prospects. Our SDR team is more efficient and effective as they only engage with Accounts we care about. Within the first month, our SDR team has set multiple meetings and already has multiple opportunities created.

The best Conversational Marketing Tool in 2022

What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of connections available to multiple automation tools makes it a great choice. They have an inbuilt clearbit connection available which enriches the data and helps in automating further qualification of the leads and lead scoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only point I would like to recommend to the developers is to make available the option to skip certain blocks on the user end. We as the tool enablers would like to make certain blocks skippable as and when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified works as a real-time chat assistant and if enabled properly, considering all questions a visitor on your site might want to be answered immediately, it could work as a conversion machine. A gated page too collects lead information to aid sales, but it is static. The same info collected over a conversation provides better intent. All in all, it will be more rewarding if live reps are also activated for the visitors who want to check in with a real person. It all makes up for a great tool if enabled in the correct manner.
