Great solution and amazing support
What do you like best about the product?
The support from Sarah and the rest of the Qualified team is next level. This solution enhances the digital experience on our web properties and inside of the AppExchange. Allowing prospects and customers to self-service or speak directly to a team member ensures they find what they're looking for quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing of note. Whenever we have an idea or encounter an obstacle, the Qualified team is very hands-on to help us solve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us convert more prospects to opportunities outside of what a basic web form could ever do.

What do you like best about the product?
-Qualified has led the way in incorporating AI with our organization. Piper AI allows us to have meaningful conversations with visitors and she's always ready when a prospect is qualified for a meeting.
-Sales process. All interactions were seamless
-Account management. Sarah and Derek are amazing! In our past software, we often felt siloed. With Qualified, I've never had a vendor that is so attentive and easy to work with.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! So far our experience with Qualified has been amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about this software and the people that work there. Great job team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is more important than ever to deliver personalized experiences and to accurately track the experiences from beginning to end. Qualified accomplishes that, and more. We also finally feel satisfied with the reporting, both granular and generalized, that Qualified offers. We can now make informed decisions based off of various data points.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and overall hands on approach that the onboarding & CSM team take. The seamless and granular integrations with SFDC. The best chat features I've seen to date!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything about Qualified that I dislike.

Connecting with customers before they fill out a form and leave our site.
Qualified is exactly what we needed
What do you like best about the product?
Having a dedicated Solution Architect from the beginning to help build, strategize, and implement Qualified and continue managing the tool day-to-day is huge. It's saved and continues to save the team a lot of time and chatbot-building headaches that we've experienced with other Chatbot vendors. Qualified integrates well with our systems/tools for aligned analytics and reporting, which other chatbot vendors have not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The front-end experience lacks some branding and customization capabilities to better align with our design/brand and website look in feel. But new features and customizations are continuing to roll through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More meaningful conversations with Prospects on the website, a chance for our team to communicate with prospects live, and higher conversions across the website.
Qualified is the easiest tool on the market to use
What do you like best about the product?
As a new user of Qualified, I am so impressed with the ease of use and the customer experience with the Qualified team. Coming from a competitor product, the ability to create new chat experiences and segments is so much easier. I also love the Blocks feature so you don't have to rebuild frequently used experience paths. Game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a picklist of custom fields to choose from when building out a new experience. If you want to insert a custom field, it requires some custom coding in the chatbot message which isn't intuitive. An emoji keyboard would also be nice to have!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today's buyer doesn't want to wait to be contacted for demo times. Qualified helps us streamline and speed up the process of booking calls with prospective buyers so we capture more demand.
Qualified Chat
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting capabilities and the excellent support that is offered. We meet with a representative on a weekly basis to review any roadblocks and go over updates as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a downside to the service. It meets our needs and gives us insight to the success of the built in experiences which is invaluable to use on a day to day basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping to provide a quality experience for those who visit our website and help us to automate some of the work that has otherwise been manual for our team.
Kate Ware and Sara Flohr are kind, friendly and great to work with. They provide great service.
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is easy to navigate through. Kate and Team go to great lengths to provide updates and look for ways to improve and help in anyway they can.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has nothing to do with the service we receive, it is some of the individuals who want to chat, sometimes rude and inappropriate. We can block those who are, thanks to Kate and Team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We meet with Kate and Sarah every other week to discuss issues or what is going on or how we can improve.
Website Visitor Education
What do you like best about the product?
I am the Marketing Manager at EAM-Mosca. Qualified has allowed us to see how new and existing customers engage with and move around our site which allows us to know what's working or to make minor adjustments for a better user experience. Because of the integration with SalesForce, we can identify customers currently involved in an open opportunity, a closed opportunity, a major account or brand new to our site. Once identified, we can engage with them easily on return visits. The Qualified team was so helpful, extremely friendly and easy to work with during implementation and has made many suggestions so that we succeed and our customers get the answers they need quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many visitors are slow typists and can get frustrated if having to give a long detailed response. Would prefer to have microphone capability for their use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps our sales team identify only the visitors that we want to engage with and especially our most highly qualified prospects, allowing us to move them through the sales cycle faster. We have more quality engagement with Qualified than our previous service which was a generic chat tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to test out different ways to initiate conversations with prospects - our team is constantly trying new greetings to see what gets the best engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified support has been extremely helpful with both implementation and regular updates. We meet on a weekly basis.

Overall our team is satisfied with Qualiifed's service and technology.

We are leveraging Qualified as an additional stream for inbound lead and pipeline creation.

I love how easy it is to access information. I love the experience that we can serve up - Brittany did an excellent job building ours out!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's taking my team a long time to get used to the platform. Longer than I anticipated but I don't think that's a Qualified issue...

Its giving us another way for our prospects and customers to communicate with us and it provides more leads at the top of the funnel!
