What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been instrumental in engaging and creating quality leads for our business. Our Customer Success Manager, Logan, is intelligent and enjoyable to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, have enjoyed working with Qualified.

What do you like best about the product?
Logan Brown has been a fantastic customer success architect with relentless attention to detail. He has helped our organisation and teams immensely with his vast knowledge of his product. He is detail-oriented and always willing to lend a hand whenever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! The software keeps developing and fixing its own issues fast enough.

What do you like best about the product?
We just finished our Phase 1 and implementation- I've onboarded many tools so far in my career, and this has been the smoothest; all others will be held to this standard going forward. With Kevin's help (Success Architect, Customer Success), our entire team could learn the tool quickly and efficiently, and he was able to help us plan and strategize our phased launch approach. He was more than we could have asked for in a launch partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet found a downside in all honesty, I'm finding both the team and product to be great to work with. Any trouble I come into, we're able to resolve quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting Prospects to Sales quicker, Aiding in Navigation, Site Personalization, Demo bookings.

The support and assistance INCLUDED in our contract price has been amazing, not only with implamintation and systems integration, but with onboarding, training, and weekly follow up
What do you dislike about the product?
No initial challenges, still early in our usage.

Chatbot and website visitors, Qualifide's SalesForce integration ensures that we receive real-time notifications when any identified prospect/account visits our website, allowing us to ensure to engage with our targeted accounts/prospects while they are actively researching on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick, simple, collaborative setup and integrations. We were up and running in 30 days with the help of our awesome CSM. Intuitive user experience and solid integrations to our MarTech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant, we worked through removing spam/non-target meeting requests that were initially burdensome, but otherwise an exceptional experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospect and customer engagement, quality lead information, understanding of prospect/customer needs, and streamlining our lead flow process.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like best about Qualified is the attention they give to try to make their product the best it can be for our brand specifically. I think there are lots of cool features to use, but they are great about understanding what is best for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is difficult with any chatbot on your website, but I would say that it's pretty hard to think of other ways to personalize without potentially overstepping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps solve the problem of getting prospects questions answered. It's so easy for prospects to now come to our site and set up a meeting with a Sales Rep right away to get their questions answered.

Exceptional onboarding experience and support

What do you like best about the product?
One of the easiest, most efficient tech implementations I've ever had. Sterling walked us through each step and was well prepared for each of our questions, ideas, and was able to help us implement effectively. It was a surprisingly great experience, which is not what I've had with other chat tools in the past. Our sales team was thrilled by the usability and interface, and was able to quickly get in and get going. Thank you, Sterling and the Qualified team!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations when it comes to routing based on custom fields that have been a challenge to work through simply because of our SFDC architecture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us to engage with interested prospects on the site in real-time, serve up content journeys for marketing targets, and enables us to support existing customers needing assistance.

What do you like best about the product?
The sky's the limit with Qualified. Implementation was incredible and ahead of schedule with Brittany Rhyme, Success Architect, at the helm! We couldn't have done it without the Dream Team.

Qualified is the entire package and can be customizable to your business. Major standouts in the tool are:
• Robust Salesforce integration
• Real-time intent Signals Data
• Real-time visibility
• Real-time reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Qualified is that we didn't purchase it sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many issues, but the major issue it solves is helping us to move more quality prospects through our pipeline quicker.
