Great insights and phenomenal service
What do you like best about the product?
Our dedicated QSM consults with us to build experiences that align with our goals. Helping promote events, getting rid of forms, increasing engagements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified is only as good as your Salesforce instance. If Salesforce is disorganized, Qualified will not work to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified gives us insights on what companies and individuals are visiting our website. Before, we were blind. Now we're seeing increased inbound engagments.
Great interface, better interactions with your site visitors, delivering a more personal journey.

The layout, and the ability to drive success with web visitors through exceptional experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has streamlined our web traffic operations and allowed us to maximize our time fielding inbound leads. It was incredibly easy to set up the Salesforce integration, the experiences, and the AI SDR. We've seen great results from it already. Our customer success manager, Liz Schneider, has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire implementation and adoption process! Qualified has become a tab that I have open daily and our whole team up to executive level staff have eyes on the signals tool on a weekly basis as well - very cool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any major problems with Qualified. We're very happy with how well it's worked, how it's transformed our inside sales operations, and the support that we get from the Qualified team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to more easily reach out to visitors on our website without waiting for them to fill out a form or request a demo of our equipment. The signals insight tab has also been very helpful to make our prospecting more targeted. The AI SDR has also allowed us to give qualified prospective customers the option to book time directly onto the calendars of our Account Executives, saving time and streamlining the experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to dislike as of yet. I would like more capability to leverage web behavior on the lead and contact record of SFDC for a more streamlined workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revealing non-identified visitors on our website: We have more confidence is understanding who anonymous visitors are coming from and what value they are getting from our website.
Removing friction from the buying cycle: We are able to do direct outreach on our website via chat to help guide prospective customers through their buying journey.

Solving a disconnect between realtime active site browsing interactions with prospects by allowing for instant chatbot engagement
Great onboarding and implementation process
What do you like best about the product?
I have used chatbots, and this was my first time using Qualified. The experience was seamless. Our Success Architect, Steve, helped us from beginning to end with the software's onboarding, training, and implementation across two domains. He built the experiences and design and helped with the integrations. If there were any issues, such as routing or language, he was quick to respond and fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides from our end. It was a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem was the conversion drop-off. We had multiple channels driving traffic to the website, but we saw a drop-off when it came to requesting a demo. Qualified helped alleviate that but giving our prospects a change to engage with a rep through chat or booking a meeting directly at their own time.
Everyone Should Make The Switch To Qualified
What do you like best about the product?
As a Lead Development Representative, Qualified is a much more efficient, user-friendly, and intuitive tool than our previous one. It has improved our response time, quality of conversations, and skyrocketed our pipeline generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to pinpoint what I do not like about this tool, as it has been amazing. The only complaint I had was the number of notifications coming in and notification fatigue which Stephaine, our Qualified Architect, was able to work on a solution for our tool, which was implemented promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified creates more engagement with leads than other tools and can weed out many of the spam leads, bots, and other unqualified users wanting to chat, ensuring our time as a rep is well spent.
How Qualified Helped Me Book More Quality Meetings + Increase Pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
We frequently say at VAST that our website is our virtual storefront and that Qualified allows us to greet customers as they come in and help them find what they are looking for. Think of the kind of help you get when you visit a Publix or one of the stores you enjoy going to regularly. It is likely that one of the reasons you enjoy going there is that the employees are helpful and attentive. In a virtual, work-from-home world, Qualified allows companies to extend that same level of customer service to all the virtual foot traffic a site receives daily. This lends itself to getting in touch with the leads that are already interested in your services. Often times these are leads we were not privy to, but Qualified allows us to connect with these folks in the course of their market research or a LinkedIn ad they saw.
Within a month of adopting Qualified, I booked three introductions with key decision makers who had come onto our site in the course of their research. It was easy setting up an introduction with the calendar plug-ins so that the lead had a one-click step to booking the most convenient time for them. And the best part, these three meetings lead to over $1M in pipeline that I may not have otherwise found!!
The team at Qualified has consistently been helpful with quick response times in offering advice, webinars with best use tips, and the weekly questions that come up from our team. I highly recommend using Qualified for your business both because of its value and the customer support you receive :)

What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications we receive through our app in Slack or on mobile phones can sometimes be a bit excessive. It has been the case a few times that I click on these notifications and they take me to chats wherein the lead has already left the site, but this may be more on the lead opening our page and clicking out of it than a mistake on Qualified's end. We have had to toy with the amount of notifications set up, but overall it has not detracted from our experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is getting us in touch with leads that were in our blind spots and that is changing the amount of introductions and productivity we accomplish on a daily basis. It also allows us to get in touch with leads that have clicked on a link we have sent them in an email right as they get on our site. It offers us the opportunity to pounce on them at the perfect time.
Great customer experience and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Our customer success manager is fantastic! He checks in regularly, helps me manage our account and experiences, and provides valuable business reviews. The app itself is also user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integrations with registration tools would be awesome!

Helping us get quicker access to prospects and easily answer questions. We've booked a great deal of meetings that have resulted in pipeline and closed business.
