Solid Pipeline Booster with superb handoff to our CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified lets up easily offer up general and bespoke site visitor experiences. With a bit of setup, we can craft several Handraiser MQL pathways which allow our site visitors to book time with our Sales team. Its SFDC and Marketo integrations, along with Clearbit data enrichment abilities, means we can pretty seamlessly update existing people in our database, or create new records, and source these leads to our Inbound / Chat channel. Qualified also logs the conversation as an SFDC activity on this lead's record, which makes attribution and MQL Task creation easy to understand and track after Sales connects with the lead and creates an Opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup can be daunting the first time, as you need to clearly define and map any Qualified fields you want to be brought into your CRM. One nuance of Qualified's experience builder is that when you create an if/then choice pathway, you need to be mindful of which branch you are building on, as you cannot easily move a step from one part of a flow to another; they must be individually built. A suggestion here would be to add the ability to select several steps you've already built out and copy / paste this to other sections. This would reduce the effort that goes into building complex and effective chat offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to automate MQL generation on our site by offering chat experiences that can route to high value pages on our website or immediately allow site visitors to inquire about our pricing or request a demo of our products. This allows us to tee up persona-focused resources as we roll out new content for people who are just browsing, or get a meeting on the books in real-time. This reduces the time required to respond to the site visitor, freeing up our SDR team to focus on other channels while Qualified automatically generates new meetings for our Sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a great platform and has been very easy to use. Danielle Lipschutz has been fantastic as our Qualified Success Architect!
What do you dislike about the product?
RIght now, I'm very happy with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer outreach and awareness. Being able to have customers know what we are doing in the space and how the can connect with us in real time is a powerful tool to have.
Empowering BDRs to pounce and meet prospects where they want to buy!
What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM works weekly with us to review the data and create new tailored experiences. The more time we put into it, the more ROI we receive. We always have the support we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel enabled to create my own experiences on the fly without breaking things. This is mostly because I haven't dug into all the trainings yet. It's okay! Our CSM has always been there to walk me through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us meet the buyer where they want to buy. Qualified makes it easy for buyers to set up meetings even when our sales reps are offline. Our BDRs and AEs are using the tool to view site visitors and plan account strategies accordingly.
Great CSM program, essential to success
What do you like best about the product?
Kevin Lewis and Sterling Williams have been key to our success. From when we first adopted Qualified, to this very week when we are diving into adavnced options. They are always on hand to guide and support us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything to dislike with the team I have worked with. The main challenge is how we adapt the platform to work for our highly complex organisation, and we are finding creative ways to achieve what we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We drive a lot of traffic to our webiste, qualified is now helping us to find creative ways to convert them, aswell as basing our development descisions on clean data.
Chat Tool that Impacts Revenue
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a step above the rest in their white glove treatment and help along the way. As someone who has procured a variety of software for different companies, Qualified is top-notch in implementation, as well as helping us along the way after getting off the ground. The dashboards help us show ROI on our decision and the integration has been great for us into Salesforce. Genise has been a HUGE help as we meet weekly to discuss the business goals, and how Qualified can further help in those goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything negative to say, as any hiccups or concerns we've had are always handled quickly by the Qualified team in our weekly syncs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us capture leads from traffic to our website that wouldn't be as likey to convert otherwise. In a world where everyone would rather chat than pick up the phone, Qualified really helps us get more prospective buyers for our business. We have meaningful conversations with prospects and customers alike.

What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified team, especially Genise, has held our hand through implementation and helped us get more out of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting everything set up is a manual effort. A level of AI optimization would be beneficial.

Qualified helping us engage better with site visitors and convert them into sales opportunities.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAM
What do you like best about the product?
An enterprise tool is only as good as the customer success team supporting its implementation, and Shelby Parton has taken Qualified's already great support of our account and upleveled it to LEGENDARY! Our bi-weekly calls aren't just reactive implementations of our brainstorming, but rather a conversation around topics both parties bring to the table. She's always looking for ways to help us get better results out of our Qualified experiences and has helped us develop a better understanding of advanced applications for the technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We feel fully supported and enabled. Our specific outcomes have always been the focus of our engagements with Shelby and team, and we're learning to find new ways to use Qualified to drive additional successes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We felt like our customer outreach was dependent upon individual channels, rather than meeting the customer where they are in their buying journey and engaging with them in a manner consistent with their expectations.
Qualified gets me more meetings!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see who is on our website because it helps with letting me know who I should call. I also love the ability to chat with prospects in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes qualified is a little bit overwhelming with the number of notifications. It would also be nice to get notifs when someone is chatting with the bot so I can pounce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps me know which customers are actively looking at us so that helps me narrow down who I should call and in turn I am more efficient and can book more meetings!
Incredible product, team and pipeline generation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The product is fantastic, but the team around it makes it even better! They have been accommodating from start to finish and are so quick to respond!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, sometimes the data could be a bit better, but I've had this issue with anything data related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to our prospects faster, with more context and in a better format (chat).
Pipeline Generator
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to generate new pipeline and support existing pipeline. Aside from the actual chat feature, I'm able to have meetings booked directly on my calendar from visiting guests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional glitches in chats popping up, but overall don't have any complaints about the software in general. Most things I didn't love about it are things that can just be modified in the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves missing out on leads that would have otherwise been left in the dark. By allowing reps to chat with prospects in real time, we retain more interested buyers.
