Effective CRM Integration with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Previous Response: I love working with their team, especially because our CSM Michael Witt is extremely helpful in setting up our workflows and answering any questions at all times. I appreciate the attentiveness we've received. I find tracking leads to our CRM data, the smart round robin feature, and AI nurturing through email campaigns on Qualified to be very valuable. The initial setup was pretty easy with support from their side.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to engage with developers and easily book time with sales. It helps with 'speed to lead' and includes valuable features like tracking leads to CRM, smart round robin, and AI nurturing.
Drives High-Intent Leads Straight Into Our Funnel
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified excels at bringing high-intent individuals straight into our funnel and efficiently sorting these leads without requiring any manual intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike specifically, but as someone new to the platform, I sometimes struggle to understand the distinctions between the various options found in the Experiences, Conversations, Meetings, and Signals sections of the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than depending only on static forms or waiting for delayed follow-ups, we are able to engage site visitors in real time using chat and conversational marketing, which allows us to schedule meetings instantly. This approach benefits me by standardizing the way traffic is captured, routed, and measured.
Transform Website Traffic into High-Quality Sales Conversations
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Qualified is how well it helps turn website traffic into real sales conversations. The AI chatbot engages visitors in a way that feels natural and relevant, and it does a good job qualifying intent before passing conversations to sales. That has made a noticeable difference in the quality of inbound leads we receive.
The Salesforce integration is another big plus. Data syncs cleanly, routing works as expected, and it fits smoothly into our existing sales process. We also like how much control we have over targeting and messaging, whether that’s based on the page someone is on, their level of intent, or the account they belong to.
Our Success Architect, Neil, is amazing to work with and made the implementation process easy and seamless, working to help train both our Marketing and BDR teams.
Overall, Qualified feels built for B2B teams that care about lead quality, not just chat volume. It has helped us capture opportunities we would have otherwise missed while still keeping the experience professional and on brand.

There’s nothing in particular that I dislike about Qualified. Like any platform, there is a learning curve when getting everything fully set up and optimized, but once it’s in place, it runs smoothly and delivers consistent value. Overall, any minor challenges have been more about configuration than the product itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves the problem of high-intent website visitors going unengaged or leaving without taking action. It helps us identify and engage the right visitors in real time, qualify their intent, and route them to the appropriate next step, whether that’s a live sales conversation or a follow-up.
As a result, we are capturing more inbound demand that would have otherwise been missed and improving the quality of conversations that reach our sales team. It has helped create a more efficient handoff between marketing and sales, reduce response time, and ultimately drive more meaningful pipeline from existing website traffic.

Great Product and Great Customer Service.
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has an amazing suite of tools that make my work in marketing operations incredibly convenient. With its recent push into AI, the platform has expanded its capabilities tenfold, and new, even better features roll out every other month. One thing I truly love is that Qualified doesn’t take us for granted; they keep iterating and shipping great updates. Even better than the features are the dedicated CSMs, who are incredibly accessible and very technical. They have always been able to resolve any issue i have encountered.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is great but it can be a bit clustered in some parts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Qualified, chatbot work was pretty ad hoc and manual. There was no way to have someone personally engage with every website visitor, but now, Qualified takes care of that. The AI SDR is incredibly capable and has helped us scale in a big way. Every visitor can now have a personalized, curated interaction without relying on manual automations or needing a human online 24/7. This frees up our sales team to focus on the important stuff while the AI SDR handles initial qualification.
Great Customer Support and Scalable AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and the support team is great. Time to go live was a major consideration when selecting our new partner, and we were able to launch within 30 days thanks to our QSA and Qualified's robust library of resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most AI tools, there’s a fair amount of testing involved. Making that process more intuitive and easier for users to add real-time feedback would further improve the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us proactively engage website visitors, convert them into meetings, and guide them to the most relevant content to drive more funnel activity. We’re also leveraging the AI SDR Email feature to ensure every inbound lead receives timely and personalized follow-up.
Exceptional AI and Seamless Sales Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user-friendly Qualified is and find it to be the most intelligent AI tool I've used. It has increased our opportunity units and size. I appreciate that the AI chatbot effectively scrapes our site for timely, relevant responses and allows us to set rules to avoid certain topics and handle objections well. The meeting booker tool is great because it lets prospects book time directly with a sales rep instantly, which skips the step of going back and forth with emails. Additionally, working with the Qualified team has been a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the booker can be slower to load due to the connection with Marketo. If that was more seamless, we would have the booker load faster. Also, the AI has had a few weird responses and scraped really old content on the website, which required monitoring and fixes but this has been few and far between and just requires monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified for direct connections with sales reps, speeding up lead handling and opportunities. The AI chatbot provides relevant responses, avoids specific topics, and the meeting booker streamlines scheduling. It's user-friendly, intelligent, and has increased our opportunity size.
Intuitive Platform with Unmatched Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Qualified is easy to use. The UI is intuitive when you log in to the tool. I also love the support we get from our customer success manager. Anything that I'm not able to figure out on my own or with the knowledge base, I am able to reach out to Lewis, who is amazing and helps answer all our questions. The clean, modern UI makes it easy for me to find what I'm looking for, whether it's integration settings, routing logic, or automations. This ease of navigation helps me switch between different tasks quickly. Lewis's support is invaluable as I'm moving fast, and he always provides prompt and thorough responses. Lastly, the implementation engineers and account managers are incredibly knowledgeable and make the setup incredibly seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges we're working through now is that we want to roll out chat for our customer support as well, and that's just not Qualified's bread and butter. But that's not something they claim to be. So we're trying to solve for how to make the chat experience on our website clear and contextual for different kinds of visitors.

Qualified allows BDRs focus on other tasks while it handles chatting and schedules demos. Qualified also improves engagement on key pages and ensures chat inquiries reach the right person.
Streamlined AI Chat with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Qualified for AI-powered chat on our marketing website and it's great for inbound lead engagement and conversion. I especially love the incredible customer support, which is probably the best I've worked with across our entire marketing tech stack. They proactively help with solutions and guidance regularly. The platform itself is incredibly user-friendly and easy to self-serve when needed. Setting up the AI chat model was really streamlined and easy to edit and optimize, making for a smooth transition from our traditional chat workflow. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, since the customer support team took care of most of it and supported us every step of the way. We even replaced our meeting booker from Chili Piper with Qualified's, as it provides a more user-friendly feature and helped us reduce the number of tools we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stands out that I have not liked.

Qualified creates a more engaging chat experience, freeing up our BDRs to focus on higher value activities by handling qualifications with AI chat.
AI SDR Revolutionizes Our Business Operations
What do you like best about the product?
AI SDR is a really helpful tool, and is changing the way we do business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the fact that it is a standalone platform is the biggest drawback. The recent acquisition by Salesforce will likely change that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead nurturing. We lost our SDR team and Qualified has taken over this entire side of the marketing journey
Effortless Implementation, Impressive Features, and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation, the robust feature set, how it solves multiple business challenges within a single platform. The onboarding and ongoing support could not have been better in my opinion. Any issues or hiccups (which were almost entirely due to our incumbent systems) were navigated perfectly and without delay to the overall launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations are not as robust as I would have hoped, specifically with Demandbase and Outreach which have required some workarounds but have not impacted performance or the launch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for an on-site chatbot first and foremost - that was the primary reason for engaging with Qualified. However, the robust SDR enablement tools have been superb and our team is extremely excited about that possibilities that Qualified represents to our GTM strategies moving forward.
