What do you like best about the product?
The best features for myself would have to be all of the third party programs that I can sync into Hubspot including my cellphone to always know which client is calling. The small tweaks here and there to forever improve the CRM is great too. Always pro-active in resolving issues too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dark side....with consistent improvement comes the challenge of keeping the "cogs turning" which has caused some hair pulling moments. I also have an email signature with many links that unfortunately can not be used on Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Loosing contact with prospects has always been an issue, however, reminders and marketing that can be executed through Hubspot means this is no longer an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is powerful CRM tool for business of marketing and all of its features are very effective for use. It comes with many reliable features which allows to customize our product regularly and easily get customers for further deals. It integration with other social media applications is great which help us to present our product in front of online world. It integrates well with Email which enable us to track customer at the time of need and stay connected with them. It enables us to create a strong relation with customer and get opportunities to automate our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is an online tool for marketing and sales but so times it works slowly and small bugs occur during work which creates problems for us. Some feature of this tool is bit hard fir new user and as HubSpot is an online tool so it also has some limitations which not fulfill our all needs for marketing. As my personal prospective this tool is bit expensive rather than other CRM tool of market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HunSpot is great CRM tool for inbound marketing and it has many reliable features fir work. We customize our products as requirements of customers and easily get orders for further deals. We mostly use this tool for Customer tracking, Lead management and for pipeline management. HubSpot perform well for automate our business and gives us many options for tackle clients easily for further details.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM has helped me in making my workflow easy. It helped in reminding me about the task(s) I have. It makes me remember everything in detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their is nothing to dislike about HubSpot CRM. If you dislike HubSpot CRM that means you are not yet ready for an easy work flow which will help you eliminate so much stress and checking back and forth for details of previous encounters and conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up task, logging calls and emails, adding contacts (personal, company etc.), sending emails etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that the Hubspot CRM is pretty great, especially if you have to manage on your own a lot of contacts.
For me sequences and template are crucial, without these tools I think I couldn't do what I'm doing.

I don't like that I can't make a research based on what I've written in the TASKS.
Maybe it's just me that need this but I think it is fair to brought it out.

The most important benefit is that I can manage everything from my hubspot account.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes life of a Sales guy so easy through it n number of features for prospecting , profiling , data management , Sales pipline management. All of this makes the Sales team work more efficient. I have been using Hubspot from last 3 years and it has never disappointed me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say a lot of updates on short period of time sometimes disturbs the experience. I think updates should be only done every 3 months or 6 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database management - Made my life lot easier to track all lead activity.

Hubspot is a incredibly usable solution to the customer support challenges within business.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a user-friendly interface with multiple options for connecting customers to the proper channels for support and an extensive anylytics system. The onboard communications section is effective at being able to bounce between emails and chat all within a concise dashboard.. The labeling and notes system if especially helpful when multiple people are working on the same cases but often at different times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The live chat section can be a bit heavy to manage and is potentially a bit limiting on the number of chatflow solutions you can use at once. It could be nice to have more personalization within the service, even for things as simple as changing the look or themes of your dashboard to more appealing choices, more accessible at each user's level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ticketing system within Hubspot has great functions with the ability to interconnect conversations with the actual tickets being solved. The auto-generation of tickets saves time as it allows someone first launching Hubspot after time off to quickly get a perspective of where things stand and to evaluate the necessary problems to solve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot has great use within the customer support realm but could benefit from a minor overhaul into their chatflows to promote ease of use and setup. The organization is effective with both box-checking and drag-and-drop options which support different styles of use. Their layout is also effective at quickly presenting the relevant information and making sure it is displayed in a clear and concise manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes the managing of tickets very easy, as well as assigning team mates to tasks. Easy way to manage contacts and get a running collection of info, particularly with returning clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always got the easiest or the most straightforward reporting for information. 9/10 times it's great, but in the remaining 1, you have to do your own digging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using it as a channel for both our sales and customer support teams to get in contact with clients, and move clients between those two teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to make use of their courses and their knowledge base. The tools are helpful and the principals in their academy videos are great.
Increasing reach, collaboration, and output
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has completely changed the way our sales and marketing teams interact and has allowed our sales team to significantly streamline and improve our outreach. With a dispersed/remote sales team, HubSpot has dramatically increased visibility and ability to support each other's workload. I can't imagine going back to doing my job without HubSpot!
What do you dislike about the product?
We're still learning how to maximize our use of HubSpot and feel like the reporting functionality/ease-of-use could improve. It's also challenging managing version control between Sales Documents and Marketing Files. We use the same collateral in both places and it can be confusing.

We're reaching more potential partners and providing more value to our partners and network than before we began using HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new layout for Hubspot. I especially love the learning center because it teaches you more in depth of why you do what you do for sales/marketing. I love how there are a lot of filters that you can create & literally do anything, there are so many options to have a more specific experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a more organized sequence and template set up. Like having subfolders within folders would be nice! Or maybe an easy template builder with examples. There are a few glitches with the contacts, and with the system getting confused about contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving organizational problems, time management, and also just doing things well. We have benefitted immensely from the purpose, the mission, of Hubspot as a whole. We have seen our campus grow because of it, and we have been able to be catalysts for getting more people into the mission field.
