What do you like best about the product?
In the Sales tool I like the tasks and sequences, it's really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike, but I wish the sequences had triggers other than answering an email or booking a meeting

Hubspot CRM - Sequences feature

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sequences feature. This has allowed us to adopt a lead generation strategy that is completely automated and saves a lot of time. If/When customers reply, they are pulled out of the sequence, allowing for personalised follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there isn't much that I don't like about Hubspot CRM. It would be good if there was a sequences feature that combined marketing and sales (at the moment it's just a sales functionality) but I spoke with Hubspot and understand the reasons why this isn't so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this instance, we are using Hubspot CRM for lead generation. It has saved us time through automation and has brought qualified leads for Sales to follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
All-encompassing CRM software that should have everything you need.

Marketing on auto pilot

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot feels natural at this point. I use it on a daily basis integrated with my Gmail to send out sequences and share content with prospects and customers. It goes well with my workflow and saves a ton of time. With one hour's work during the weekend, you can have most of your boring emailing time out of the way for the rest of the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature is not the easiest to understand in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in touch with prospects on a regular basis, personalizing only what matters and saving a ton of time on the boring repetitive aspect of reaching out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of Hubspot and the ability to keep track of my customers. Our team uses the reporting tool to keep tracks of their KPI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is not an enterprise CRM like Salesforce. It's very basic and good for small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage SMB accounts. Our conversion rate has increses by 20% since our BDR starts using Hubspot CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that hubspot allows me to automate my sale process and keep track of leads. It's great to be able to coordinate on one platform with the rest of my team and keep notes and reminders all in the same place. Plus, the integration with my gmail inbox allows greater flexibility while ensuring all communication is still stored in a place where other team members can access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very difficult to access some key sales statistics. The report side is limited and a lot of the essential sales features (like sequences) are not available as sortable data unless you want to create manual contact properties. I have faith the sales side will eventually catch up to the marketing side where data has clearly been prioritized, but in the meantime, it can be frustrating that the sales side lacks those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem we solve with Hubspot is Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success allignment. It helps all parties see past communication with clients and leads in order to better engage and support them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely a great CRM for midsized businesses, but while it helps to have Sales on the same platform as your marketing team, the sales toolset definitely lags behind its marketing capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been great for setting sequences, and the feature I find most useful has been the automatic follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of many downsides, it's been a great tool for our organization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sequences and reminders are most helpful. The Sales Dashboard has been beneficial for our organization as well.

What do you like best about the product?
To be able to create a task and have them sent by a specific queue.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be able to send them all at once. It has additional payment and it is not included in the feature that we have right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have experienced backlog with Hubspot a few days ago. We were unable to see our stats under Analytic Tools. And when we do sendouts, I am experiencing some glitch and it loads very slow when you reach 30+. You will have to close the window and log back in.

I have yet to find something I dislike that we have not been able to fix with our HubSpot account rep
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having Hubspot automatically track my follow up tasks has proven priceless, in the first month we had an account that might have slipped through the cracks place an order based on a Hubspot reminder

Take the time to do all of the video lessons and quizzes Hubspot gives you when you first sign up

Perfect CRM for small-to-medium businesses

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of HubSpot is it’s simplicity. It requires almost no technical knowledge for the default setup, making it ideal for small to medium businesses. It’s also feature rich, offering free extras such as a live chat widget for your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to HubSpot is, in some cases, it’s lack of customisability. For example, the live chat widget is fairly fixed in terms of placement on the website which can restrict how other elements can display.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps solve the problem of complicated CRM setups for smaller clients who don’t red the complexity that other CRM platforms bring with them.

Versatile Tool for everyday Business

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite tool amongst all on HubSpot is sequencing. The best part about Sequencing is how versatile the tool is. I am able to conduct outreach to hundreds of prospects while I sleep and as many scheduled times as I want. The Sequence tool also enables me to stay organized, reporting on my progress and success using the tool. I use Sequences to also handle everyday outreach, such as follow-ups in all forms. Their recommendations are expert advice that I always review and use. Overall HubSpot is super user-friendly, and I recommend it to all business owners. Small or large, HubSpot changes the way you engage with your clients, in a very positive and 2020 way. They are changing the game; see for yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM should be more flexible with their small business pricing model. It should be more customizable to suit each business; getting to know your client is important in upselling them on new features. Grovara LLC would have been subscribed to the full Marketing feature if it had been priced fairly to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timely follow-ups, reporting, and organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even if you have 10 clients, you need HubSpot CRM. You will not regret it. Taking the first step to creating and learning how to use HubSpot is so easy you can do it with your eyes closed.
