Very Useful & Great Product Quality
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand & use with the flexibility is the best part which i like. Its so amazing for managing the prospects & sales pipeline. Its very useful for small & medium organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this HubSpot CRM. It is just amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well i resolved my major problems of managing prospects & sales for my small business having employees 2-10 & I realized that its one of the best CRM software i have used for managing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly Recommended & best at keeping all your contacts in one centralized, customizable database.
One of my favorite tasks is working in HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to clone and then just edit as needed social media posts and eblasts saves tons of time! The analytics for tracking results are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great tool! No complaints from me actually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for eblasts and social media for our events and also for landing pages and forms for signing up for livestream. Also, the analytics are great for seeing what's working and tracking campaigns!
A great tool for every part of your organization
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is probably the easiest CRM tool to just pick up and use with little pre-training needed. While I use the tool primarily for the social monitoring aspect if I need to fill in for a colleague and handle email, content (we manage our blog through Hubspot as well) or customer contact I can do that pretty easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the social tools were a bit more fleshed out as in terms of social sceduling they are pretty simple and not up to par with the publishing tools provided by Facebook. Despite this their social monitoring tools are some of the best so this negative isn't a deal-breaker for using Hubspot on our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social monitoring was a real challenge I faced prior to using Hubspot. Just having a tool that easily switches between accounts and allows me to answer tweets or posts from customers from the appropriate account is a major game-changer. I also love that we are able to easily keep track of a customer's journey from receiving a promotion email to actually making a purchase.
Easy to Use and Fun to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot provides so many learning tools so anyone can easily learn how to use their software and learn the ins and outs of different online marketing strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest thing about HubSpot is that it is made mostly for developers who know mostly what they are doing. I mentioned they are great at training the right candidate for use, but sometimes that can take extra time and investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hubspot mostly for our website and blog management. I have LOVED using it to rebuild out website and really give our company the great look we are going fo.
Everything you need to organize, track, and nurture your leads and customers = HubSpot!!
What do you like best about the product?
Certification and up to date scenario training..Love the videos that they have on every subject matter in sales, blogging, marketing, facebook and other social media outlets. Also, have study guides that you can download. Gives you the tools to grow a better business, especially with Inbound sales. Hubspot seem to have everything in one spot, great for small businesses. Nothing to lose due to Hubspot's free trail.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it seem to run slow, or crash (and I have to refresh or logout). It sometimes freezes and I'm unable to click on anything. Also, paying for technical support seems to be alittle pricey. Like with Apple you can call or go into their store regardless of your device and atleast get advance on what the next best steps are in getting your issue resolved (now you may have to pay at that point) but atleast you have consultation for free. Also, given that A/B testing is one of their quickest and most effective ways to improve the performance of online campaigns, it seems odd that they wouldn’t offer this at lower levels to help small businesses generate better results (and additional revenue).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I started with HubSpot I didn't know a lot about how the sales, marketing side worked - now that I have completed a few courses and did some outside researching, I feel well versed on the culture of sales and marketing (I have a lot more to learn though). The benefits is that HubSpot is a click away where I feel confident in whatever concern or issue I have, I believe HubSpot will be there to help me in the right direction. (i.e. articles, help desk etc.)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Shop around first, but I believe you will end up using HubSpot
Very good
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility ti make email marketing automation using the workflows and to create tasks for the sales managers
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that if we want to personalize the forms we can't change the colors of error messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It semplified the management of the clients. We can use messages and planify calls periodicly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have to try Hubspot CRM and then decide if it fits to their company
Full Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the layout and being able to see the movement of our deals across the board clearly. This allows for a good oversight of where there is a blockage in our funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reports section can be non-intuitive. Fortunately, there is a large amount of resource to learn while using
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to track our flow, as well as managing all of our systems in one place
Easy way to track call logs and notes
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track accounts. It's segregated per name and other details inputted.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can easily edit or delete logs without notice. It's hard to see if it's been tampered with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps categorize and put together the information. Also easier to categorize and review past details.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Categorize the information accordingly to have an easier time looking for them later on. You can also integrate here your email and other software to have better tracking about the information you input it. You should also make use of the graphs and other data points to utilize the software.
Easy, Intuitive Relationship Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is quick to setup and start using. It's a very clean, intuitive relationship tracking tool that we use to manage our email contacts, outreach efforts, and relationship triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. There's enough functionality for what we need. And the Beta version also integrates with Facebook Messenger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it easier for us to collaborate on outreach efforts. As a team, we're better able to track who we've contact, when, and what happened as a result of the exchange.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is pretty intuitive to start using. It's great as a team tool for keeping track of a large database of customers and contacts.
A legit all-in-one CRM platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that almost everything you need can be found in Hubspot, especially the free courses. It helps you scale up and skill up, all while you wait for your next task. It's super easy and intuitive, I love it!
They also listen to customer feedback, which really says a lot with how they value their customer's opinions. I remember leaving feedback about their courses, and they pulled through. :)

What do you dislike about the product?
There are admittedly some things that can still be worked on, like in sequences. I've used reply.io, and I found it easier to add leads there. With the Hubspot sequence, I have to manually add and approve each of my contacts, which makes it tedious especially if I want to add a ton of 'em at once. Filtering appears to be a work in progress as well. I find it easier to work with Pipedrive or a custom CRM, where I can easily filter it by last touch, last date (or a specific date) with the drop down menus. Some of the filters we need doesn't exactly show on the default options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, bridging the gap between our customers and our sales process. After watching Hubspot's Social Selling course, we've created tasks for ourselves to connect with them on LinkedIn and other social media, which has been easily and automatically saved by the CRM. So that saved us time and also a lot of leads in the process. :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have the best customer service, and they really listen to the needs of their customers. They are very hands on to their clients, and really offer a whole lot of value into their products-- from the courses to the integrations-- they've really come a long way from where they started. And they make sure you're part of that growth 100%.
