Best free crm
What do you like best about the product?
Currently using free version and I am in awe of all the features I am getting from hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if entry price on first teir was lower I would purchase quite a jump

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely helpful to manage sales activities and to automate workflows and tasks and keeps track of deals and kpi's
What do you dislike about the product?
The only hold up with Hubspot is its not super easy to set up and they make you pay to get help to set it up and the help is not very helpful to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work and task management as far as sales activities are concerned. We also track our KPI's and efforts through hubspot which has been very helpful to measure the effectiveness of sales activities and reps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're not tech savvy get someone else to help you set it up. You can find someone on upwork for a manageable price.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM has many interesting features, something that makes it very popular is the fact that it is completely free and allows you to manage interactions with customers without installing a hardware or software to start using it.
HubSpot CRM is fully customizable, allowing you to maintain a centralized contact base for the company. All customer interactions are automatically registered regardless of the channel: Phone, Email, chat, web forms, among others.
All this is possible thanks to its integration with free modules, marketing, sales, and services. That way you can know customer data such as: With whom you have spoken, what content you have seen on the website or what response you have given to certain offers. That way it gives us an in-depth view of my sales funnel.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot CRM has many positives, just one detail, as CRM is designed to integrate 100% with HubSpot solutions, this tool is developed as an entry port to its main software. This means that if you need to scale the functionalities of your CRM it is necessary to pay and that can be somewhat expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have obtained many benefits, one of them is that I have been able to automatically create company records, I have been able to collect and store data about contacts, companies and businesses. With this valuable tool I have been able to organize each email, note, call and even visits to the website in a simple and intuitive view, it is simply great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Hubspot CRM to any company that wants to keep track of customer data and communication. Since this software can make your life much easier. Hubspot offers the possibility of storing all customer details, company details and all communications in a single software.
Pretty good and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Simple software, I was able to set up and integrate with other programs on my own. Best part about it was the price.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using it for a while they started charging expensive prices for a service that was free. Not due to any promotions, they simply changed what they charge for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to manage our customer relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the interface is and that I can get all my work done in the same spot. No more logging into to 5 different platforms to get my work done! Thanks HubSpot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the look and feel was a bit more sleek and honestly that the platform was cheaper. Before I got my job I could never have afforded to test it out on my own and so many digital marketing jobs require CRM know-how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales, marketing, email campaigns, efficiency, speed, what else? EVERYTHING! I love HubSpot CRM and only wish is was a bit cheaper.
A strong CRM solution
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity for tracking leads and their associated sources, automation via workflows, integrated knowledge base, blog creation and content tracking and ease of updating our public website. Account management is also a strong feature, we have regular contact with our manager and regularly get included in beta programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality is more limited that I would want. I often find the specific reports that I want are tricky or impossible to create - funnels in particular have some limitations. Unlike Salesforce, where everything is possible if you have a developer, with Hubspot you have to accept what is provided with its limitations. This can be frustrating but is improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving a few problems - attribution and recording of leads for marketing, running our blog, sales activity and outreach and the customer success side of the business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Detail your reporting requirements clearly before appraising Hubspot and look for specific reports to be created to make sure that it does what you want.
To me - HubSpot is one of the most User-Friendly tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tips that you give while writing a sequence. I like the possibility to track all the emails and keep progress - Therefore, the dashboards are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see on a individually contact base on what links they clicked and in which email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just helps a lot with my timemanagement, I always follow up the high quality leads myself. But being able to automate emails with sequences just save me a lot of time.

Watch the videos. It will really help you understand how to use HubSpot in the best and most effective way possible.
Best CRM I have used & Excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has the best customer service I have ever experienced. There is always someone available to assist and explain things in detail. Additionally, HubSpot Academy has a lesson for everything you could think of. I must say, this tool is very powerful and well thought out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no safari extension. (Yet, I believe)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of this CRM are vast - mass emailing, email tracking, contact profiling, user experience, courses, and so much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is well worth it. I have studied CRMs extensively and HubSpot is by far the best.
Sequence work
What do you like best about the product?
I would say the sequence functionality is one of the best tools out there. Its really easy to drive attendance to events, or keep in touch with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could pick an end date of an event and have your sequence work backwards from that. For example. I have a client who has a contract that ends July of 2020, I would like to select the sequence end date to happen in May/June and work everything backwards from that date. As it is now, I can only move forward. So in a templates sequence i would need to put it in my calendar on when to enroll in the sequence.

Overall Easy to use and polished
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is intuitive - I don't find myself clicking through tons of pages to find what I am looking for - I generally can find what I need in the first or second dropdown/page I select.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the "deals" and the "contacts" sections are easy to get confused - when I have a task on a deal I don't always recognize immediately that this is not on the contact itself. Since it might have its own activity list etc, I am often missing information that was on the contact that would have been helpful in completing the task that was on the deal. I wish there was a way to make this more obvious and/or share the activity between both better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
email tracking has been super helpful so I can use my regular inbox - this keeps me from having to use too many tools to do one task.
