Hubspot, life-saver of an SDR
What do you like best about the product?
The templates made me save so much time !! And everything can be organized into folders which make it easy to find the perfect template to use depending on a situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot have a broad view of the company we are focusing on except after doing a very long manipulation. Pretty annoying for a startup and i don't imagine the mess for a big company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are losing less time writing emails. We can schedule tasks, so organize well our day.
Sales Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I have found the sales templates with hubspot CRM are extremely useful and an efficient way to get tailored messages to your prospects by adding tokens like first name, company name, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could upload a list of contacts to Sequences rather than enter each manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CRM has allowed me to more efficiently reach out to prospects and I have enjoyed the email sales tracking as well
Everything you need for your business and more
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes down for this CRM from a sales point of view, the population of everything on a timeline from calls, emails, and notes gives me a planing strategy for the creation of personalized templates. It saves me time and makes me more efficient. I like to have everything visible, and with many different filters in play is remarkable what you can do in little time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want better integrations to be a more significant part of HubSpot visible in deals as same as contacts. Logging custom interaction, not only calls, meetings, emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made a quote ''The clever man writes, only a fool remembers.'' true.
HubSpot - An Amazing Tool for Sales/Marketing/Support/Accounts Management Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is how easily I can view the deals between different stakeholders and my organisations. Tracking their stage wise developments makes it easy for me to provide support. Other great feature is how easily I can create task specific to a particular deal or a contact/company. Inbox tool is an amazing feature too. Integration between different tools within HubSpot is superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their is just one thing wrong about HubSpot. Its related to the email tracker which is integrated with my Gmail. It tracks email opens wrongly if I try to open an email on my phone. A notification comes in that the other person has opened it whereas I have actually checked the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made tracking the deals easier. Easy to use integrations between contacts, deals, tasks and conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great tool for sales/marketing/support & Accounts Management.
Organization is key, and any lead is a potential client.
What do you like best about the product?
At the end of the day there are a lot of business owners that are running their business with pen and paper. HubSpot could help an unorganized business owner get a grip of his clients, collect data, and most importantly have it have for his employees to utilize many features HubSpot offers to get a deal closed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the deal section, maybe some small improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the process from entering in a new client, to finalizing a deal. I can go on and on especially with templates and sequences. I love it.
HubSpot is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to not only organize but compile my leads so that I am staying on top of my follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm hard pressed to think of something I dislike as I have not found a system that is like HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is an amazing tool to help stay on top of lead nurturing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it would be a cool feature if you clear a task and forget to set a new one to be prompted with a pop up asking if you would like to set one. That way an account/lead doesn't accidentally fall through the cracks. I have found this to be a case with myself where I may forget but will stumble upon the account at a later date and see that I never left a follow up task. Other than that I have been extremely happy with the ease of use and functionality that comes with HubSpot.
Great CRM, very straight forward, could use more filtering features
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and straight forward Hubspot is. While it still has bells and whistles, I love the ease of use and organized layout that makes it easy to find exactly what I need to do and do it quickly. I absolutely love how easy it is to log calls & emails, and then add tasks based off of my logged materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough filtering features (or maybe just not some of the right ones) that allow me to organize my leads and reporting in the best way for my company. Automation in Hubspot could use more customization as well. For example, it's very hard to organize exactly who you want to receive certain emails and when they should stop getting the automated emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot gives us an avenue to organize our leads and reach out to people who want to use our products. The stripe feature allows us to differentiate between who has paid for our product and who is still just trying it out. For the people that we reach out to, Hubspot makes it so easy to log and track every single point of contact, and then create the most relevant tasks for myself so that my communication with my customers is efficient, effective, and not a waste of their time.
First time CRM user
What do you like best about the product?
There are many features that make HubSpot user friendly. It didn't take me long at all to figure it out - I was able to navigate it myself after just a few days. Being able to filter by different categories is extremely helpful when trying to find the right leads/customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can run a little slow sometimes, but other than that I haven't found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to contact lots of customers efficiently with the CRM.
Hubspot is my number 1
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps me to achieve my goals faster and with greater ease. The ability to search for companies and contacts on a number of different fields saves so much time and helps jog my memory. I use the template function almost every day. The ability to create various templates to choose from and to add personalisation coupled with the ability to create queued tasks means I can automate my communications with clients and other stakeholders. Plus Hubspot tells me when these emails have been opened and how often, so I know exactly when to follow up! The competitive side in me is always excited to track my personal performance as well as benchmark myself against my colleagues!
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to be able to see the geographical breakdown of where people have opened my emails.
With the rise of MNC's it would be nice to have a company field distinguishing different countries branches or offices from one another.

Make sure you watch the videos and read the tips that come through... The more time you spend learning Hiubspot features the more benefit you can derive!
Sales Has Never Been Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The email template builder in Hotspot has allowed me to create custom emails for every situation my client's need.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have no dislikes about Hotspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track who opens emails and when they click the links in the emails so I can prioritize hotter leads down to older leads.
