What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to use sequences. Excellent time-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too fond of the integration between our call-tracking metrics system and hubspot. Hubspot pulls invalid data and overwrites correct data we had already entered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On-time emails, outbound dialing simplicity. Tracking amount of calls/emails. Reports are very beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to use, their interface is quite simple and friendly Their support is awesome, giving you options to talk to them, and answering and in an incredibly short time. Their knowledge base is great as well. they are constantly teaching you to improve your skills in most of the tasks that your business do, so you can grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to do cross-match filters. It would be good to filter by the type of table i.e. Company attribute or contact, like in the reporting tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data analysis and QA.

Make sure that the data you're inputting is accurate and not leaving blanks, so you can report more accurately

The online chat notification. I wish there was a better way for it to notify you when you have numerous tabs open

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hubspot integrates with my email and my calendar. It really helps keep me organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little cumbersome to make sure my notes are showing for the whole account, contact and deal.

What do you like best about the product?
Features and functionality change fairly often, they seem to listen to their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some basics that are frustrating. Difficult to take action or see full picture of company or contact from list views, can't pause sequences. This is the only CRM I've used, so not sure how it compares. Can rarely get in touch with support right away, but they do always provide a comprehensive response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynamic lists are nice, allows a lot of room for property customization.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM makes it more efficient for me to make contacts and take sequences, which eliminates the daily need to send emails to the same person I like because transparency within all the communication that happens for a company, especially for a smaller company size where you don't have dedicated representatives for each account and it's more like who is available to service that account. Any employee can go to any account and know exactly what happened based on past communications and then can contact that account directly through Hubspot. What I also like is that everything in one contact is in one place. From the first moment, they visit their website, with each conversion they have made on their website, all contacts with the company they have had, any meeting, call or email I can also track performance, interactions and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Particularly, I don't have a complaint or dislike of HubSpot, just something I would like to implement would be Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM has helped me increase the number of potential customers that I generate, I have increased productivity tenfold. Mainly, he does not forget to contact customers and solves the problem of who has really read my emails. It has helped us increase sales by maintaining frequent communication with our customers and helping to know who has seen our emails, all thanks to HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubpot is definitely a great start-up CRM for a company that currently does not implement one considering its flexible and low price. If you are a smaller company like ours, HubSpot can be a great place to start.

Best way to automate your task and follow-up

What do you like best about the product?
I manage around 75 new leads per week and it would not be possible without hubspot. The way you know where you are in terms of follow-up is easy and you can track all your result with their insanely well built dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more function for a big volume of task like prioritise task within my sales list and report de one I did'nt do during my day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage more client and leads with that CRM than ever before.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive UI, good tracking and great support
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation is limited in areas. I find there are some really frustrating things around the deal functionality, it doesn't easily enable you to forecast recurring revenue, I would like to be able to run multiple pipelines however if you are using the Saleforce integration you can only have one pipe running and it has to reflect the stages in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is still the go to for relationship management until HuSpot catches up. But its great for marketing with powerful segmentation ability, we also use some of the sales tools such as meetings which have been of help.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot cause it is very user friendly and makes my job so much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of much I dislike. I guess I would say to have a more simple email system as far as tracking the email you actually send from hubspot vs gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again very easy to use for the most part. I like the layout and how it allows you to makes lists, set queues. all good stuff

Great Idea but tools Extra

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the idea of the CRM free to get to understand the system rather than a trial. Was looking to start with the option to upgrade as we learned more how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that the free concept that was pretty much what you paid for....nothing. Just to run a report on what you did costs extra and the extras are pretty expensive. I couldn't even get through the first day without wondering why I was bothering. So I didn't and went onto the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest use for my company is staying on top of calls and history of those calls. But we rely heavily on reports that come out of the CRM to manage future activities. Just was not there with Hubspot so we changed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For simple CRM use I would not recommend or those looking for a low cost entry into a CRM.
