    Packaging and Containers

HubSpot does it all!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is beyond user friendly and easy for all levels of users. Not only is this content management but its a "hub" for all of the sales and marketing tools that are in one spot for all users to use and collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there are few things I dislike about HubSpot CRM. They can improve upon templates, making them more user friendly and not so much backend template work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been more collaborative bridging the creative, marketing and sales forces. Having viewpoints of sales and marketing together makes sending out emails and updating contact lists more beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the integration with my email account so I don't always have to open the platform to update and track the information. Due to the manner of my business I appreciate the templates through email as I have to send the same email on a repeated basis so this saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the more difficult things is due to a recent change when tracking deals. Previously you could just click on the stage and it would update, but now you have to open up a separate window to update. I preferred the previous format over the current.

Tracking tasks can be a bit difficult as well. After setting a task it seems as it is not very easy to navigate through the completion of them.

The other issue that I have run into is trying to get back through any emails as they group them together in an odd way rather than a simple running timeline of emails that have been sent and received. Would like to see that area be edited for a better ease to search through if necessary. To overcome that I have used the notes option to have a faster reference for very specific information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily housing all of our information in one area for our company has been very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great service to use but need to develop a clear strategy with standard operating procedures to have the full benefits.

Great and easy

What do you like best about the product?
The simple and friendly-user layout of the website, makes it very easy to navigate and pull certain documents or templates to use. It also does a great job at keeping you organized. I also think that HubSpot CRM has a great support team that can help anyone with their problems
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my dislikes is that the templates don't expire or get deleted after a certain period of time. Usually doesn't happen but when the site is slow or a certain feature isn't working. Another problem that I have with HubSpot CRM is that it gives tips way too often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Theres a lot of problems being solved with HubSpot Crm such as staying organized and on schedule, not to mention easier to keep track of certain email templates. Another problem that HubSpot CRM is solving by using the site is loosing track of accounts or account information required to track certain orders or POs that haven't been paid yet or mailed out yet. HubSpot CRM is also beneficial because it lets us know when invoices that have been sent out are received so we know when to follow up and track the PO making sure we don't loose track of money or products. In doing so keeping our finances in line.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great software that is extremely easy to use and has great support team that can assist any need you have. Keeps you extremely organized

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a simple and clean CRM that allows us to organize our business. The fact that it's free makes it a steal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dont like. I mean I cant complain about having a free CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just organizing our clients and leads in an effective manner.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a comprehensive set of tools that all digital marketers should become acquainted with. Landing pages are easy to use and function properly when using Facebook Ads to collect leads. CRM integrations are key when trying to make sense of your attribution data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that I dislike yet. The learning curve may be a little steep in implementing landing page designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any problems. CRM all in one place with landing pages and FB ads integration is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Today's CRMs are complex and feature-rich and the best thing about hubspot is that it has everything but looks minimal with it's Menus.
1. It's Free to start with, unlimited tracking, contacts, and companies
2. I want to use it. compared to other paid options I have tried. It gets's the job done.
3. Those lovely Integrations with everything like slack, email, zapier, etc
4. The search everything feature
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sales Automation sequences are not designed for outbound marketing and email outreach
2. High pricing compared to the industry for small businesses.
3. I hope it can get access to my call logs and sync it rather than calling from the app

Consider having a different software like Mailshake for outbound email outreach rather than hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Hubspot's ease of use along with the ability to manage marketing and sales wholistically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to remove/hide non essential fields and lack of customization for workflow/notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing in one place instead of using separate tools for emails, social postings, metrics, website hosting, etc. Our process is now seamless and our visibility of campaigns and sales workflow is dramatically improved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use use cases to determine if it will work for you. Geared a bit more towards Marketing than sales activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for me to actively maintain all my client's information and engage those clients to help drive sales at my firm. The software makes it simple to use and friendly for non-tech folk to integrate the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything. The price can be a little high, but based on the abilities provided, it is quite justified. There is a lot at one's hands to help them succeed when using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the ability to turn leads into recurring customers and target certain types of customers and capitalize on them. We have seen lead conversion rates jump significantly as well as 70% of customers return.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to organize and coordinate media outreach in advance, access to stock photos, easy implementation with Google analytics which allowed better insight into what campaigns were most effective and what our readers we most interested in, and allowing us to efficiently strategize our outreach attempts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I didn't work with workflows too often, as we primarily used HubSpot CRM for social media marketing rather than email, the few times I did felt restricted in what I was allowed to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an automated marketing tool to streamline our social media campaigns. Using it helped us quantify how a consistent online presence invited more page clicks, as well as strategizing better.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite parts is how easy it is to navigate. Also, the help center is always there to assist me with any needs that I have. In general, it is a great CRM. Being an intern at my company, it was a great way to learn about how CRMs work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although, HubSpot is a great CRM, they could offer more customization options for their program. There are some features that are locked by HubSpot that I am unable to change. This could be frustrating at times when I am trying to complete a very particular task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of reaching multiple leads at a time. Also, it assists with the organization of the leads, ultimately leading to greater efficiency.
