Great software
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot CRM To manage all my leads and clients. What I like best is the automation capability that it has with Zapier. I am able to update a lead’s status/value based off interaction from another event, using zapier and hubspot automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is definitely the limitation due to packages. The other packages (Sales) are very expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CRM has helped me organize my leads in a way that I couldn’t before. When I run a Facebook ad to generate leads, I have it automatically add to hubspot

The animations and smoothness even its still on high load of data it works like Charm !
What do you dislike about the product?
There Should be a option for duplicating leads it can save much time when creating multiple contacts of same company .

I would say that they should really consider Hubspot CRM.
Our sales and marketing team recently got hubspot and are using a lot of the services they offer.
What do you like best about the product?
It's really helpful to track leads, write meeting notes, and I really love how easy it is to navigate for first time users. They have a lot of helpful videos to help the process of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how long their videos are for onboarding, it's helpful but can take up a lot of time

I think you should definitely use it, it's made our whole teams lives easier.

I love the dashboard of my contacts and how I can add other queries to help me qualify my leads.

I dislike that there is often maintenance work on hubspot which makes it so I can't do my job because we rely highly on the site to do our job

We are building more ways to qualify customers and establish good communication skills with our clients.
Amazing product!!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is by far the easiest CRM system I have used. It streamlines the entire sales process and helps keep those involved on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes, but it's only been 2 or 3 times since March (Now late October) so it's been very rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep everyone organized and on the same page with prospects and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to track all of my client interactions easily with the HubSpot CRM. The plugin makes it easy to track my emails, opens, and create a timeline of conversations to create context for each meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the plugin does not work on Firefox. That is a bit of a letdown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to avoid issues of miscommunications and save a bunch of time using the email templates available.

This is one of the easiest CRMs to use and has more flexibility than all the others on the market.
Easy/Seamless Customer Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows organisation to have a symmetrical information across all departments to ease communication. It also helps manage customer flows accordingly from stages to stages. Data analytics that comes along with it allows flexible data to be acquired in whichever ways the organisation would require.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM on browser has a user friendly interface. However, the application is less user friendly when it comes to obtaining/viewing certain information such as contacts, it does not sync within the browser. Often times we get what we search on the browser, but on the app, it doesn't seem to appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer pipeline, distinguish what is needed to be done for each customer. Particularly useful when we have over
ten thousands of customer that we need to manage to make sure none gets left out.

If you have tons of customer info that needs to be communicated cross department wise, go for it

I like the tracking the best, it helps me know that i am close to quota and on track with my peers

sometimes sorting out your leads is a bit confusing

I have realized how much time i save logging and tracking calls and emails on this site

If you are still small company or entrepreneur it is for you because there is a free plan with plenty of great features out of charge!! (But also there is paid plans if you need more features).

Great that it has lots of features but it takes time to study it :).

Made my organization and management much more efficient. Every company has to use Hubspot CRM system and get more revenue.

Ease of use with plenty of features and you can integrate much more app.
Great CRM tool for small to medium size companies. Very simple to use and user friendly.

In Salesforce under the Campaign Members table, HubSpot does not re-stamp the data field for Member Update Status Date for returning users who filled out the form already before. It does it only once and first time. It's hard to track returning users who filled out our forms again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data integrations and ensuring sync between all platforms is working correctly. Simple to build workflows, which there were more options there to select from. The initial screen for workflows should be folders, and a folder for recent workflows where you can view the last changes.
