Hubspot Review Eusoh Account Executive
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature for Hubspot is the task option for leads. Trying to keep up with follow-ups for contacts is an integral part of any sales team. Hubspot makes it very easy and simple to make that happen. I like the shortcuts to get to the follow-up tasks at the end of every call or email that I send out. This way I can make sure I don't forget afterward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike crashes. Quite frequently I've been inhibited by the crashes in the service that prevent me from calling, seeing tasks, etc. I also don't like the fact that you can't hit "next" when working on a list of deals or tasks. It is a bit troublesome to have to hit back, relocate where you were, and find the next contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem HubSpot is solving for us is managing leads and nurturing them through an appropriate pipeline. To be able to import leads from an external source is a huge benefit, seeing as how excel sheets are used pretty often.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow for the ability to dial out from the phone app.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences in Hubspot make my life infinitely easier than regular emailing or even other basic CRM tools. it has increased productivity in a large amount, allowed us to have the system reconize our follow ups for us - and is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that the reporting capabilities arent as easy to make specific and very customized. You can only do reporting mostly based on their suggestions with minor customization's that don't always get to what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and larger outreach are what has been working best for us! It increased the amount of meetings our sale team are having.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences make it easy to send and forget it! I also love being able to see what the customer as opened and viewed to know how to proceed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like getting a customer lead form multiple times as it clogs up my inbox. Although I think it's just a setting I need to play around with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to work more efficient so I can set it and forget it and move on to more clients.
A great system that grows with you
What do you like best about the product?
visibility of information, ability to filter data and do basic reporting, lead management overall is very good for a diverse and distributed team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex reporting is weak, too many presets and limitations to really dig into the data the way I want to/need to, so I export the data and use other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of sales activity means better coaching and performance improvement for the sales team, insights into lead sources help the marketing team refine their campaigns to maximize investment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many layers of add-ons to the basic CRM, make sure you only buy what you need and use, and add things as you require them. The Reporting add-on is a MUST, but is still not adequate for complex data analysis.
More than a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
All the tools we need in one place. Previously we were using separate platforms for marketing automation and sales. Hubspot allowed us to use one platform that actually creates a deeper connection between all departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some processes are time consuming. The good news is that the Hubspot team has been incredibly receptive to suggestions and in the time span of a few months has turned around requests and launched new product features that make our lives easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this as a sales and marketing tool. Our sales team can stay on top of prospects, make calls, send emails, and run automated sequences all in the same platform. Our marketing teams are using this to run email campaigns, online ads, and house all assets that are vital to our sales team and process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot has the ability to replace multiple marketing and crm platforms with one integrated and intuitive platform that is incredibly user friendly.
The Best CRM I've used
What do you like best about the product?
It replaces tonnes of existing spreadsheets and systems and fits neatly with the day to day life and tasks of a sales rep
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not a lot, any frustrations are minor product/UI things rather than feature level issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It literally maps the entire sales process from start to finish, it's really intuitive and is flexible enough that I've used it in different companies for different jobs
Amazing software to help organize and grow your company!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is being able to track when people open your e-mails. You can see how many times they have opened the e-mail, if they clicked any links, and how long they were browsing the pages. This is a super helpful tool to gauge interest from your prospects and guided me in deciding who to follow up with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to navigate the success of your sequences. There should be an easily accessible list of who opened your e-mails and who opened them the most. I saw a list like this one time and was never able to find it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not having sales reps contact the same person multiple times because all calls are recorded in Hubspot. This makes us look more professional and saves sales reps time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation is to add the company of EVERY contact that you add into the system. This will make it easier for you to find the contact again, and for your co-workers to see who you have contacted to avoid having multiple reps contact about the same product.
Limited Free Version but high quality Paid Plan

HubSpot is one of the most popular choices for CRM & Marketing, which is obviously very useful for integrations of all sorts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version, which Hubspot communicates a lot about, is really limited and lacks a lot of basic features.

Review all the plans available to make sure it corresponds to your needs
Must have for account based marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Automated workflows help me easily manage and qualify prospects at scale. Essential to my demand generation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get a little expensive without any control over the contacts in the database. Deal reports dashboards do not work as i would expect, lots of duplicity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reach my target audience and track conversations across various sales stages. Helped me scale with minimal individual effort.
Great features, room to improve UX
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I value the most in hubspot is that I keep all my contacts organized and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were easier tools for the sales team, with easier ux. especially in sequences. The feature of updating and saving the template during enrollment would be really great.
