Great CRM Product
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about Hubspot is the ability to create tasks. Tasks help me to keep track with certain accounts/contacts and also makes sure I don't forget to complete any outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Hubspot is that it takes awhile to fully understand where everything is on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest problem before Hubspot was being able to keep contacts for a specific campaign organized. With Hubspot, carrying out campaigns and sequences are easy to do, and they keep it in an orderly fashion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quicker Support when dealing with issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates are easy to use and awesome. I do save a lot of time and my customer are more than happy they don't realize it's a template. And with the Tips that Hubspot offers you can always make your template awesome and more personalized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price. This is really expensive if you are a small business and you want to grow. There's like 2 to 4 features I really want but a need to pay 800$+ per month. It doesn't make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. More time to close deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check the price. Not made for a small business. Pricing is always changing.

I love how organized my member's section is!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that every option is hidden under drop-down menus. I would love a place to see everything at once.

Hubspot has been great for sending out sequences and keeping my members separated by sequence!

Hubspot has been great! Super easy to use, super organized and super simple to add contacts and send email sequences!
Quick and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is the most efficient CRM I have used sending out emails. Prospects can be called and the email can be sent before I reach the voicemail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the use of email sequences are not great. Its an impersonal and can be very robotic. Which prospects do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency, Hubspot is the quickest and most efficient way to reach new prospects.
Straight forward automation software
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is easy, what usually takes 10-12 clicks on a normal software is just 2-3 clicks away on hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they change a few small things that makes quite a difference, with no possibility of going back

All problems regarding sales, that is calls, emails, sequences. Everything you need to run a B2B business is here. It is basically a go to if you want to speed your sales.

What do you like best about the product?
First, I have to say the support from HubSpot is one the best I have ever contacted. They are always available and are able to solve any issue in just some minutes. When publishing on blog, this platform displays some sort of tips in order to increase the visibility of your site by improving the SEO. The interface and the dashboards are incredibly easy to follow, simplifying the process of evaluating the actions from your community. Also, we’re so excited that Hubspot announced at this year's inbound that multi-currency capabilities would be supported, something we were desperately waiting for as this was essential to our deal tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is constantly changing. Now, this is not a bad thing, but they add new features and tools so often it’s hard to follow them all at the end. Also, integrate Hubspot with other tools is not always easy, as the process is long and confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM is the chosen tool within the marketing team. We use it for the many actions you can get from it, like creating blogs, emails, pages and posts. Not only that, but it allows us to track views, clicks and visits from our sites in real-time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A tool like HubSpot CRM will be highly beneficial for companies interested in growth in their marketing or sales online. It represents a modern, powerful, complete and yet user-friendly platform. I think it is suitable for medium and big companies.
Many useful features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily set up a follow up task when sending e-mails or logging calls. It helps me keep things from falling through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there has been a glitch or two, and sometimes the auto fill for companies is not always the most accurate information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am keeping more organized with my contacts and follow ups. HubSpot CRM helps a lot with that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very helpful if you actually use the features available. I'm sure I'll do even more as I continue to use more of the features, but right now it is great at keeping me on track for things by using the task feature.
Simple to use - Some minor enhancements would go a long way
What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy most about Hubspot is the layout. The 3-column update made it easy to review account and individual contact data simultaneously.
Hubspot also allows us to pin certain notes which is helpful to use in order to pull the most relevant information to the top of a profile.

What do you dislike about the product?
This is more of a wish list item and I know HS just launched a de-dupping tool, however, I would love to see a possible duplicate match at the very top of the individual contact's data field. In our line of business we'll accumulate many duplicates through the alternating personal and work emails. Being able to catch this up front would be extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has largely allowed us to manage our B2C leads on an easy to use platform. Templates are crucial for us in that they allow us to make our customer outreach more efficiently.

Keep your form fields as consistent as possible and setup workflows as easy to adjust as possible.

call recording is uncertain. and sometimes error occurs while calling.

The best way to record our leads and call also helps in making a note.
