Keeping Track of your Pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Hubspot has made it to keep track of the clients you are talking to. They keep records of emails, phone calls, and notes for you client. This allows you to know when was the last time you contacted them, or scheduling and future contacts. I also love that they have an app that allows you to connect to their server on the go!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that emails you send out look very plain and don't offer the same customization as if you would have sent it out like outlook. This really messes up the way our company looks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot Sales, we have been able to increase our sales and the way we organized our sales pipeline. With notes of each customer, we can just jump right on a call with someone we need to and close a sale. They also help us keep templates and company notices on the crm directly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I love using Hubspot Sales, it definitely increased my sales once I became organized with the crm. It also helped my productivity giving me more time to close sales and focus on my prospects!

What do you like best about the product?
You should not have a large amount of money, it is completely free and allows me to get in touch with the right people depending on the type of business I have, or the product I offer without much difficulty. Hubspot runs at the bottom of all the tools that I am already using, and it complements very well with them, so I should not change my marketing system, on the contrary, it helps me boost it in a way that I cannot imagine
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about this software so far, it is very easy to handle and effective for my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data points help me save time and money in market research, and document management helps me close business much faster sea, and in this way, serve more customers in less time, which has caused a increase in my sales and a growth in the reach of my small company. I am very satisfied with Hubspot and it is easy for me to see why it is one of the tools used by Google.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program alone has earned a place within each large company, such as Google; It allows me to know the scope of my sales, and your data will be updated according to business traffic, letting me know when to make my investments. And thanks to the fact that I can link to any online sales site, my company's horizons have expanded and my client list grows every day. In the same way, I can keep a personalized contact record with emails and phone numbers of each client unlimited, all at no cost because it is a completely free software designed to help any business can develop.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has task reminders which can prompt me to continue to message leads for business. Also, the sequencing tool is useful, as it allows me to build a pipeline in the background whilst I'm not actively outreaching to people
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a task has been set for as a reminder for a certain time, it immediately comes as overdue, despite it only having been set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me an all in one solution for outreach to potential clients. The marketing tool is also very useful for newsletters

Expensive CRM tool for all things marketing / sales

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a one stop shop solutions for all things marketing & sales. The best part about hubspot is that it is highly customizable and configurable that it can achieve almost everything which you intent to solve using a CRM tool. Hubspot integration with 3rd party API like Salesforce, Gsuite, Office 365 are just a few to name. it does not lack any kind of feature you could ever imaging in a crm suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
With great level of customization it comes with a trade off complexity to use the suite. Due to it being feature packed there are options which are hidden deep inside multiple level, thus creating a big learning curve of a newbie to use the suite. Moreover some Customization require advance skill set like learning Hubspot's own programming language HUBL.

Moreover the biggest issue with HUBSPOT is that it's the most expensive crm suite out there in the market and even though after spending loads of money. it keeps asking you to upgrade to a higher version or addons for unlocking pro level features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot for outreach marketing, Email campaigns, newsletter, list building, Lead conversions using landing pages. Website integration with chat bot, social media integration etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You Should opt for the CRM Suite if you have a large team and need to focus heavily on marketing using outreach. Though the learning curve will be big while opting for the suite and for the first few months it will be a little difficult to use the suite but after getting hand of it you will have a hard time surviving without it.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, the task is so useful to remind myself to continue the follow-ups.
Second, our team could see all the workflow of each key account. For example, some company will have many sub-branches, we have to cooperate with our team members.
Third, It's so great to see my actions on the dashboard, it is so great to analyze our actions on each accounts.

I like it because it's really a good tool to show myself what should I do next. I nearly use Hubspot everyday even on the weekends. Update the information on it will be my daily task now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not as qualified as our satisfactory.

We could not log detailed meetings or calls through it. only can see the very simple information.

And the network sometimes is not very good when I travel abroad like India or Thailand.

Seriously, the mobile app will be considered to be much important, since everyone will use their phones to update the information. Not just the website or desktop version. It's the trend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) The deals. It can courage us to do more efforts on the key accounts.
2) Solving the problem of managing the new account or some big company. There are many key persons.
3) Note some information after every visits.
4) spread every opportunities when we receive like more positive.
5) The dashboard is so great to analyze our actions on each accounts.

1, more inprovement on mobile apps.
2, some online counselors to provide solution when we meet problem.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has really taken our marketing to the next level. The reports are customizable, the templates are relatively easy to use, and we're able to score leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot scoring should allow you to see what specific criteria is positively/negatively impacting an individual contact's score. We also have trouble with the forms sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a pretty robust CRM, but the workflows are simple to use once you get the hang of it, and HubSpot support is usually quick and easy to deal with.

HubSpot CRM is ideal for small and medium businesses (between 10 and 200 employees) that are limited by spreadsheets, but don't need many of the advanced features of complex systems Business CRM The ease of configuration and use make this application the perfect solution for our initial startup. It is economical and lightweight, and allowed us to start with a CRM quickly, ensuring that our customer data was kept up-to-date from the beginning, is all I need to organize, track and build better relationships with potential customers and unlimited customers; Up to 1,000,000 contacts with no time limit or expiration date, whether our team is 1 or 1,000.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM gives my sales team a tool base to close more businesses with less work, there is nothing that upsets me about it.

I recommend it since I love the simple and it is very efficient. It has the ability to customize the properties, it has been a great benefit for both my sales team and our reports, acquiring a deep vision of the number of visitors and visits to the page , which helps me focus on the most interested prospects. HubSpot CRM enters the 21st Century, with a customer relationship management system that is easy to use, eliminates manual work and really helps my sales team to sell. It is free and I can start using it right now. HubSpot CRM allows to keep all my contacts in a centralized and customizable database, automatically recording each interaction and continuously browsing the Internet, tracking more than 20 million companies (growing). With detailed reports on the sales activity, the productivity and individual performance, we will never be in the dark about how the team is following the quota since it provides all the data I need to guide my team to success.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the multi functioning interface. This is a great tool for small business owners or a group of stake holders who have their hands in everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping for something more intuitive for project and task management and workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticket-based customer issues tracking, ad management and scheduling, integration with other in-house tools.

What do you like best about the product?
How they are able to incorporate their product in so many areas of their business. From the outside looking in, I respect what they are doing and they are doing it really well.

I love the sequences that you can create inside hubspot for outbound selling. Not only are emails automated, but you can add in custom tasks such as engage on linkedin or a reminder to follow up on a different medium.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deliverability is sort of an issue. I wish hubspot was more proactive with that and provided resources to make sure all of my emails hit primary, everytime
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing when and how we have contacted our customers and prospects has been amazing. Their UI is incredible and makes it really easy to jump into a conversation and pick right up where I left off
