Extremely powerful tool once you get the hang of it!
What do you like best about the product?
Love that it's an All-in-one tool for Sales, Marketing, Support and more. It covers all the bases and you pretty much won't need any other tools for anything customer facing. Aside from the CRM functions, I like that I have ability to create a landing pages to gain leads, as well as handle full e-mail marketing campaigns. The mobile app also has a great feature for scanning business cards and turning them into contacts, this was a really helpful tool at our last conference we attended.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had real-time data updating including a live indicator of who is currently responding on a ticket/conversation. Right now, if a teammate makes a change to a contact or replies to a ticket that I also have open, I have to hit refresh to see those changes. This has once caused double outreach on the same ticket because we were responding to the same convo at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for our Sales team to manage leads starting directly from intake form/landing page to closing the deal and each step in between. When we discovered the landing page feature we were able to get a webpage up within a day and immediately had leads funneling in within the first few days.
It's also very helpful in keeping me organized with tasks and to-do's for the day. I am able to keep track of all my customers and leads as well as plan my day all in the same tool.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend taking the certification courses prior to using the tool. There are A LOT of features and to fully understand it all will require the courses. When I was first hired I did not do the courses until 2 or 3 months in and I was having a lot of issues with the tool. Once I finally took the courses I actually began to really love the tool now that I got a fuller picture on how all the features feed into each other. Once really knew how it all worked and I realized the full potential, it became a much more enjoyable tool.
Great CRM Software with plenty of applications to fast track business
What do you like best about the product?
All the different features HubSpot capitalized on. Being able to see the last 15 names or so by simply holding the back arrow is my favorite surprise
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything. It's built for the use of the purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now, the AirCall pairing has its issues but it is usually only due to lack of network connection. I am happy with my experience
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hold the back arrow to see the previous contacts of the queue
Very useful to use when keeping a track on your sales pipeline activity.

Awesome experience with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Its vertical integration. Everything related to automation can be done from one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
its a bit clumsy and the crm platform can be mode easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It requires lot many documentations while integrating social platforms and in crm if all the fields are not filled up, the data management doesn't make sense. field colums add and delete would be helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
pls make the academy courses certified. Otherwise, it is not serving any purpose other than a learning point. Most of us think why to go through these courses but these are the courses in the academy which are not available in the market.
No complaints, only kudos
What do you like best about the product?
The incredibly generous freemium tier of membership. Holistic solution that integrates with most of my favourite tools. Smart automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to fault. Some clients of mine struggle to keep it going after handover, so more hand holding or automated prompts of best practice would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily used to sort out my clients' CRM, set them up with solid sales funnels and ensure they adhere to GDPR. Also use to power leads for my own agency.
Best CRM I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is highly intuitive, making the learning curve minimal. I actually enjoy using it as a sales rep rather than thinking of it as a tedious part of my job. It saves me time and makes me money.
By utilizing the blog, academy and embedded tips, I discovered a passion for email selling and even took an online course in content marketing.

What do you dislike about the product?
No Docusign integration, only works with PandaDoc.
I'm told it's expensive? Honestly I don't have much in way of critiques. I've used four different CRMs and this is my favorite.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customization to my workflow. Task queues save me a ton of time. Automated task requests ensure I follow up and stay top of mind. Ability to store templates and snippets in the CRM and have it accessible from contacts and the ability to draft emails while also looking at notes.
Hubspot is flexible and functional

Company and Contacts are not synced completely with each other.

Organize and improve our customization within the CRM system to optimize our business/prospect leads. Also the ease of running reports on daily, weekly and monthly needs to ensure we are staying on track to hit goals.

Too many times, prospects that are no longer "hot leads" are still showing up in our to do tasks as well as duplicate accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the sales pipeline and tracking what prospects are engaging in (email opens/website pages).

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Cost, Cost, Cost - HubSpot are the only CRM I know that charge on both User Seats AND Contact records. There was a huge price increase that happened when seats became chargeable. This makes Professional licences very expensive and a considerable weigh up when clients are evaluating the use case scenario.
2. Monthly Price scales up hugely based on number of contact records utilised when on a lower licence - this is another reason clients are pushed towards the professional licences.
3. Automation can get expensive. You need to opt for Sales Professional to make full use of HubSpot's automation around Lead Scoring and lead behaviour.
4. Business Insights Data can often be wrong - this is drawn from acombination of UK Companies House and the main business domain so this data is often incorrecnt and aged.
The following are HubSpot Partner Program specific Dislikes:
1. Partner Program Commission Loss - we eventually signed up to be a HubSpot Agency Partner on the basis of good commissions and collaboration with HubSpot Reps on deals. Sadly the Partner program has been eroded over time for the smaller agencies, HubSpot are only interested in the Professional licence deals, which causes a lot of cases where commission isn't payable.
2. HubSpot Reps Contacting Prospective Clients.
HubSpot is often specified by us during our discussions with interested clients, clients will check out HubSpot’s website then be tracked and engaged directly by HubSpot before I can register the lead. I have often been in discussions with clients about the right software stack for them, only to find seperate meetings have been happening which muddys the water and convelutes my meetings.

Sales Pipeline Tracking - We tracks all of our agency deals using HubSpot Sales Starter
Engagement - Sales Starter gives email tracking which is phenomenal, an added bonus is knowing when your invoices have been viewed :) We send out all of our larger retainer package quotes using HubSpot Documents; which if used correctly gives a good idea of what objections your prospect might have relative to which page they viewed for the longest
Live Chat - We have found clients paying large sums of money for live chat that doesn’t get used often ah’hem D***t , we move them onto HubSpot Marketing or Sales Free or Starter and increase the package if it’s utilised
Remote Consultancy - We have our clients grant our staff access to their HubSpot, we can then manage the clients remotely, including publishing content, social media, amending GDPR consents, consulting on analytics, email marketing etc
UX/Conversion - When contacts are created, CTA’s and Landing Pages all have unaired references, which can be analysed accordingly, I know which CTA Unique Reference gives the strongest and most engaged enquiries
