HubSpot- NO more business cards
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me organized and all the contact information it right at the tip of my fingers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a rating system above each prospect, so I know at a glance if there were several email exchanges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sequence has been huge on growing my private label business, it allows the initial contact, but if they click on an email, then they drop off the sequence and my prospects is not feeling overload with my emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Rating the contacts based on the amount of activity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of use and flexibility of filters, options and settings. It's really easy to keep it updated, organized as well as use it
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I am not so fond of is the price i guess? The main feature that allows you to send multiple sequences in just one click is pretty costly. Other than that the platform is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of keeping track of communication, reaching out to new leads and updating the database of contacts. With Hubspot, its very easy to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great quality and price balance. Consider if you are a small or large company. Easy to use, keep updated, keep track of changes, work in team and reach out to new leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tasks section the best because i can fly through emails. Also I like how you can send sequences and the reply emails are sent automatically. One thing that I do not like is that I have to individually enroll every singly contact into a sequence. It would be so much efficient to just click one button and have the CRM automatically enroll all the selected contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more reports based on who is engaging with my emails. I have the Google chrome plug in and see exactly who opened and clicked on any links. I wish that I could sort based on quantity of open, link clicks, and even more reports based on email engagement. I would really like to filter through contacts based on how they are engaging with my communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really don't like how there is a maximum number of emails allowed to be sent per day. Instead of sending emails through Hubspot like I normally do, I have to copy and paste email addresses and then send them through Gmail. I don't know why you would have a maximum.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend going though the tutorial videos that Kyle Jepson makes. I was accredited with a HubSpot certificate and was able to hit the ground running on my first day because I knew exactly was going on with the company in regards to what CRM we are using. It was very helpful and I am glad that I took the time to complete the program.

What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box intuitive and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Leads have to be manually enrolled into sequences. The cost per contact in CRM for mkting tiers is a bit expensive if you're a startup, needing access to the marketing features. Also the API has limitations around call limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building and scaling a sales and marketing functions! HS is the way to go. Extremely easy and they have an amazing staff

What do you like best about the product?
I can worry about adding clients and setting the sequences and it does the work for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a 150 person limit on the lower account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can contact far more people in a day because the emails are automated.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Hubspot puts everything into a single platform. It allows our sales team and marketing team to be able to work together to improve our channels.
I love the fact that it nurtures leads, we have it pretty dialed in at this point, to where our emails are automated and lead nurturing. It allows us to convert more sales.
i also really like the dashboard and reporting, it allows us to see which marketing channels provide the best ROI.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be amazing if Hubspot was able to pull recorded calls for incoming calls from Vonage. I wish there was an easier way to track ROI; as in implementing tracking for profit made per sales and channel that back to the proper channel. RIght now we do that manually.
I really hate their mobile app, as well as mobile browser app. This is an area they can greatly improve in.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows mangement to review every single contact and the engagement that the sales agents have with clients and that allows management the ability to coach and help the agent to help them sell more.
We have been able to close 10-15% sales due to the fact that hubspot nurtures our leads for us. It is very organized and helps the agents spend more time selling.

If you consider using Hubspot, make sure you take the time, and implement everything properly and give it time to do the job. it will nurture your leads and start helping you convert.
Very helpful software
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it really easy to manage all of my connections and sales leads. Sequences is a really powerful tool for sales process. The HubSpot support is very knowledgable and helpful too.
As an early stage startup we really appreciate the generous startup pricing. By receiving such a large discount we were able to spend a pretty significant amount of time learning to use the software. Had it been more expensive when we were first starting out we probably would have had to go with a competitor.

What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be helpful if HubSpot supported automating adding hyperlinks into emails instead of requiring to add the hyperlinks individually. Having to manually add links to each individual email is a time consuming process that would be better off spent doing something more productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for managing sales. We use it for keeping track of leads, using reminders to respond regularly as well as sequences to automate some of our sales process. We use forms on our website too. By using sequences we've been able to cut down on the time we spend sending out emails. We've also seen an increase in both opens and responses since we're able to more accurately measure and adjust our email campaigns.

If you are a startup looking for CRM take note that HubSpot has a very generous pricing plan with 50% off the first year.
Powerful and easy to use CRM

Email sequences, personalized templates, contact management, dashboard reports, Hubspot academy

A little bit of a learning curve at the beginning but there are a lot of helpful resources to get you up and running.

It was significantly helped me manage my contacts for outreach and lead nurturing.

The best thing about Hubspot is having easily organised and managed pipelines and defined processes all in one place rather than using multiple tracking systems

That there are so many options that finding the right fliter sometimes is difficult

Hubspot is convenient, accurate and helpful when communicating to customers and staff.
What do you like best about the product?
Sequence is one of my favorite features, as this helps me send out multiple emails/communication in just a matter of minutes. Another great thing about hubspot is keeping track of a contacts progress and communication, this helps with our staff stay aware of whats going on with a customers account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notes that are entered in our shopify orders, are not transmitting to hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once our company has starting using hubspot, we seen a huge increase in our sales. We are a company of over 2,000 customers and 8,000 contacts with only 6 employees. Hubspot became our sales team and we are now able to reach out to most of all our customers in about a matter of a week.
