Slightly overwhelming, but over time you get more and more efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter contacts and companies easily, and to create tasks and have them generate based on times and conditions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When linked to gmail, it pulls everything and everyone into the system. Gets very cluttered very quickly requiring you to sort the clutter out if you ever want to pull an email list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer follow up, lead follow up. It is rare for a contact or company to slip through the cracks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work with their support team as much as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Most of my work can be kept in one place- documents, templates, contact information, sales tools
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still not very intuitive when looking up a contact or company- has to be spelled exactly right or it won't show up. This is a time-suck. Also, templates from colleagues are hard to find easily, I wish they could be organized a better. And finally, merging contacts or companies/making someone primary contact, etc. is cumbersome. For example, you look up a contact and it comes up blank. Then you start creating the contact as New and it says, "hold it- this contact is already in HS". Then why didn't it come up in the first place? Maybe it's just me being not as tech savvy as others but I find it a pain. And finally, I would like there to be a way to make some contacts inactive so they don't cram my contacts list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing is being able to see my Deals, past, present and future, and be able to make decisions based on the information (days to close, etc) that can help me plan my sales goals. Another benefit is having all email communication for customers in HS from my Gmail, so I know where to go to easily find all emails rather than having to scroll through Gmail. Another benefit is seeing how I compare with my Sales to my colleagues, I like that transparency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot consolidates all our necessary sales information into one place to make tracking easier across the team. The templates are also very helpful for outreach. I also like how there is the ability to have multiple pipelines, which helps to get multiple teams on the platform, even if they are working on very different projects. The interface is also quite intuitive to use in comparison to other software the team is using, there is not much onboarding necessary until you understand how to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software sometimes is buggy and inconsistent. It would also be incredibly useful to have a system that tracks repeat outreach e.g. warns you if someone on the team is about to reach out to a contact that someone else has already contacted. I wish that there was a way to export our contacts to see everything listed out in a spreadsheet, similar to excel, in order to gain a higher level understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to keep our various pipelines organized, understand the value of our pipeline, and organize outreach. The benefits that we have realized is that it makes it easier to coordinate across the team and company as a whole, because of the ability to go into a deal and read up on it, even if you aren't the owner. This especially helps with teams that have a substantial proportion of remote workers.

Sequences and Email integration. Takes as well are very easy to manage

The fact you are only allowed to send 150 sequences per day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General Follow ups and being up to date with my accounts. It is very easy to manage new contacts, general follow ups and tasks. On top of that Deals are easily managed as well. The company I work for is in the process of implementing Hubspot, so eventually we will have all the tools being properly used.

Take some time to read it all and use the Academy section

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows you to enrol large volumes of contacts into sequences, giving you reminders on when to contact and also good reporting metrics on how successful they have been. We can then use these reporting metrics to figure out what subject lines have the most impact and also where we need to change our strategy.
I also like that it integrates with Email on desktop - this makes the tracking easier as you don't have to manually ensure everything is being regularly tracked and thus reports are more accurate meaning we have greater insights into what might be working or not working in any case.

What do you dislike about the product?
The reminders could be laid out differently as one long list is confusing and unstructured.
This means that my priority tasks are often lost and therefore I don't get the important stuff done first.
I also don't like that the reports sometimes are a little clunky and its hard to change the time view on the dashboard easily.

It has made my outbund targets more achievable which helps to prospect more people at more effectively.
We also use the reporting metrics in our team weekly meetings to help with prospecting going forward by taking learnings from the reports, to choose what subject lines are effective, whether the first email has been opened and how many clicks.

If you have high out bounding targets its really handy to use the sequences feature to make sure you hit these in measurable ways
Makes large amounts of outbounding easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences in hubspot are extremely helpful! It makes my cold outbounding much easier. I can incorporate calls, tasks and connecting on LinkedIn into my sequence, which means I'm hitting my prospects with at least 10 touch points. Without Hubspot, things would have to be far more manual, which for an SDR can be tough when there are huge targets!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism would be sometimes things don't link up properly. I can't put my Inmails on LinkedIn with Hubspot unless I copy and paste them and this can be frustrating sometimes! I have however contacted Hubspot help and they've been extremely good! They've passed on my feedback, and hopefully new features will be starting soon. Some dashboards I've attempted to personalise make haven't been possible, but that's because Hubspot doesn't have the features. Hopefully this will change when new things are upgraded!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to accurately track our deal cycles which means we're always in the know how our pipeline is doing and how targets are being achieved. Having all our contacts in one easy system makes not only our SDR lives easier, but also marketing. We can create lists which means all the different events we go to are seperated for easier contacting. We can also keep track of our meetings way easier, so everyone in the organisation is able to see the sales pipeline and how well we as a team are doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool! Using every aspect of it means you get the most out of it, so make sure you watch the tutorials and see everything Hubspo can do.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most important aspects of HubSpot for us is that it is very user-friendly. You do not necessarily need to have a degree or be a "professional" to employ its platform to your operation. As a small-business-type of operation, this aspect of the platform has been crucial to our development and growth.
It has very effective tools to properly qualify your leads and journey with them at a personal level.
Also, HubSpot's support, whether be technical or customer success support, is top notch and they really value urgency and efficiency in helping you solve your issues and get your questions answered.

What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's focus is very much on lead capture, so if you're a business that has other goals beyond lead capture, you may be limited on tools and resources in HubSpot (e.g. Running application forms for a school through HubSpot).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, we have been able to effectively and efficiently understand where our leads are at in their sales journey and meet them with personalized guidance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unless you have a large, very capable team to dive right into all that HubSpot has to offer as a CRM, start small with the subscriptions you purchase from HubSpot and work your way up. There are many features and capabilities you get with lower-tier subscriptions, whether it be sales, marketing, CMS, etc.
Do not expect HubSpot to absolutely meet every single one of your needs, but you can expect that it will come very far to do so. It is a rapidly growing platform that is continuously expanding its capabilities.

Excellent tool for prospecting your leads
What do you like best about the product?
The email sequences are a real time-saver. I can enrol multiple people into a sequence of emails with minimal effort. The support team is also really effective and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes changes are made to the system that make the UX worse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves is the lack of time I have to email multiple people, multiple times. I just could not do what HubSpot does in real time. We get a really decent response rate too.
