Everything you need
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has everything you could ever need to own the entire customer journey from top of funnel marketing all the way to closing deals and retaining customers. I love how it integrates with pretty much every tool in existence to make sure that all your data is synced across systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one ding would be their landing page builder. Its clunky and really difficult to use compared to alternatives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one system for all marketing and sales efforts to move people through the funnel and drive revenue

Definitely worth it! I would highly recommend HubSpot over Salesforce and other alternatives

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is the best platform because it can offer more revenue and a perfect synchronization among sales and services than other platforms. Our teams can devote themselves to us to perforrm upto their full potentials when we join HubSpot CRM. Also the best thing about this software is that it allows us the great variety of features and functionality and it can give us a return load of productivity. HubSpot CRM is a world leading performance-based network that provides the best service possible to both affiliates and advertisers around the world by creating a seamless online marketing experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback about this software is that it is very harder when their leading page does not respond and provide the very poor ability to support our customers. HubSpot CRM is a network but it cannot provide the better opportunity to work because this platform create very serious problem that our business work are totally disengaged and disorganized. Another problem is that our teams have always co-ordinate on time for all conversions generated to our network as compared to other networks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been working with HubSpot CRM and have no problems about this software. This is very well managed, good support, best converting offers platform so I am very happy and I always engages my team to stream the traffic source for new leads via HubSpot CRM. This is one of the best marketplaces platform because anyone can work in our within very low time.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is world's leading CRM platform that has been used all around the world. It provides well services and support to its perspective customers. Since I have been using this tool for I have positive views about its services. It helps in the growth of our sales process. It enables us to manage our pipelines with excellent visibility. It has well managed dashboard and wonderful features for filtering the sales. It helps us in providing better services to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any minor issue with this excellent tool. I have completely excellent experience with its all features and functions. It tracks the interactions of customers automatically, if does not matter they are in social media or in email. Its all functions are working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The timeline keeps everything organized. We can easily see everything in the timeline page. We can see all email, calls and notes on this page. The privacy settings of this tool are reliable. If I talk about the customer support that is completely responsive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the most popular products for managing pipeline simply. The notification and alert system keeps me up to date with all activities. Highly recommended tool it is up to date with current trends and works professionally.
Everything You Need for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is incredible. It's powerful, easy to use, and the capabilities are endless. I spend most of my day designing and building out email campaigns and that aspect has been efficient, extremely flexible, and surprisingly enjoyable to use. Their team is also the best in the business and make onboarding as smooth as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I love their drag-and-drop email editor, the simplicity can create limits where you need to add an HTML section instead. This is completely understandable though since other platforms I've used cannot even handle the basics. However, as a CRM, HubSpot does not disappoint in any shape or form and completely lives up to the hype.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing team is gaining more leads, reporting has improved, and most importantly, we feel more confident about our strategies in place. Having an efficient, centralized tool and a great team to help has made our HubSpot experience amazing thus far.

Patience pays off when learning the features. Still learning a ton here.
Workflow Optimization
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps eliminate the element of human error with the use of workflows and properties. Automation can be created to help processes work more effectively and not have to rely on people.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be views based on teams. Being able to require certain properties based on the team they are or what they view in pipelines would be so nice to enhance the level of customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented our warranty process into HubSpot and recreated properties and dashboards to capture all the info. We have also integrated sales processes into HubSpot. The benefits are great. Whether is it sending internal emails about the next phase of the process or sending out communication to customers, we are able to enhance our customer experience with HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you know where you want to take your organization, HubSpot will help make it happen. There is so much customization within the tool to help you make it whatever you need. If you aren't sure, they have an amazing support staff that cares about your success and will help you find/create a solution for what you need.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot can easily setup our sales pipelines and create best interactive dealership with our customers and makes up for the best setting up of new prospect marketing data which makes it more easier to handle all the stats. Hubspot CRM is quite capable to keep all of our sales activities up-to-date because it always gives an extra boost to our sales marketing communication. HubSpot automatically track our databases so that we can easily convert any sales contacts into an marketing accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM clearly does not helps us to quickly manage our sales funnel and sales accounts. It automatically updates all of our sales emails data and easily extract marketing information. Sometimes an easier marketing automation integration is not being enabled to qualify for all of our sales leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily manage all of my sales lead generations and account CRM management. I am more capable to manage the multiple sales pipelines seamlessly by HubSpot CRM software. We can easily create sales campaigns and also track our CRM contacts.

I love the ease and flow of the hubspot sales platform. I am able to easily navigate the system and keep up with all my customers

Complicated at first, but lots of possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Standard reports are good. Web integration is relatively easy to set up. Many options available with integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is the number of contacts, as well as the price. There aren't tons of options in terms of customizing the interface. Fields can be customized but it takes a lot of effort. Definitely not something that one person who isn't already familiar can do on their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to have marketing and sales in one spot. The dashboards help give everyone an idea as to what's going on with other departments. Significant upgrade in capabilities compared to our old CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to ask every question to can think of in terms of customization. I was surprised at how complex it was in terms of what can and can't be customized. Just try to understand that before purchasing.
Super user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I've set up Hubspot for our business with very little effort. It is very user friendly and intuitive and suits very well our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a chat function with their support team would help, but you can't really expect that from a free product.

We store all our customer and prospect data with Hubspot and are able to easily access it to run our campaigns.
