Two words: Productivity and efficiency. HubSpot is simple, stylish, and user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
The Gmail integration saves me a lot of time. I can select templates and send emails (which are automatically logged) in a matter of seconds. Also, when creating email templates, HubSpot gives you content recommendations to get a better response rate.
Deals help us track potential revenue and Meetings save me time by eliminating back and forth "So when are you free?" emails. I just insert my HubSpot calendar (which can be integrated with Google Calendar, this is crucial for me) and let the customer pick a meeting time.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no Turkish option for system interface (our company is in Turkey). I do speak English, but my colleagues sometimes need help for navigating around the system.
This also creates localization issues for our Knowledge Base.
In our case, we can customize almost everything, but the small "See more" button at the end is making the page look bad because everything else is in Turkish.
A solution would be to allow the customer to customize every single button.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be impossible to keep track of all the customers without a system like this.
Sometimes I talk to a customer and then forget about them. My contacts tab allows me to see what's going on. We are using the HubSpot Score feature for customers so that we can see which customer holds more potential revenue for us.
Since I can see everything in one place, I can easily report my activities to my manager.
I can also write down all details about a customer. There are lots of fields, so I can store more information about the customer and later search or sort based on that information.

Try to use all of the functions available to save more time. The system has a lot of features, I still don't know every single one of them, but the learning curve is steep.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is straightforward to set up and use, with plans to fit every budget. The sales team is able to get notified the instant prospects open an email, click a link, or open an attachment for timely, relevant follow-up. They're able to automate outreach in a personal manner resulting in a flawless follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the HubSpot updates take a while to load. For example, when creating a list it has taken up to 8 hours to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless follow-ups and set standard sales templates.

What do you like best about the product?
Saves a lot of tedious work that is usually done by hand, incredible time savings! It automatically creates the account I send emails to and keeps track of everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not fully implemented yet in our business, but we will get there!

We had no CRM at all, can you imagine going from nothing directly to HubSpot? It is incredible

What do you like best about the product?
I use most of the tools in SalesHub for my role, the most useful are meetings and task reminders. I love that SalesHub asks you in emails, task completions and tickets if you would like to set a task reminders after you send an email or move a ticket etc. It's so helpful and I feel like I can put that task out of my mine but know for sure I'll be reminded about it when I need to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how I can't add a document into the "documents" section directly from an email. I know I can insert a document into that email directly from my computer but if I want to send it to multiple people, having it in the documents section of Hubspot is a lot easier. I would like to be able to start drafting an email, add a doc to the DOCUMENTS part of Sales Hub from a link within the email draft, continue with the email and be able to click the document from the "add document" link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in a Customer Service Role. I love being able to have a link readily available for customers to book time for meetings with us. Its saves a lot of back and forth communication.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use & customisation offered. It is very easy to navigate around the different tabs to manage sales and stay in touch with prospects. GDPR limits help massively as I am notified when a prospect no longer wants to be contacted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes information gets deleted in the "about" field. It is not very often but gets a little frustrating when you have to fill things out again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Hubspot it would be almost impossible to organise my work. From prospecting to closing deals and marketing, Hubspot allows me to do it all.
So much you can do, never enough time. You want to achieve a lot with a limited resource: time
What do you like best about the product?
That you can do so much more with our most valued resource: time. To be efficient you have to be organize and Hubspot is the tool that lest you execute all your tasks without losing valuable time looking for resources. You have everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is always so much more to learn. I love learning but with Hubspot you find everyday there is something that you could have done in an easier way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Informing prospects of our differences and the lack of an experience sales team. The automatization helps us scale up our abilities and nurture our prospects to make the sales process easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Filters are the bestBut, to be honest, by doing things my own way I wasn’t experiencing the positive results HubSpot documented. Not at all. Even with my over-inflated sense of confidence in my own skills and the tools that I had cobbled together, I secretly wondered if I was missing out on something special.
What do you dislike about the product?
noting but I want to give you a recommendation in sequence enrollment we have the limit of sending out email 50 emails at a time if this range will be increased to 100 or 500 so it would be better for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving sending out multiple sequences at the same time which is very good and also when I am creating any filter for searching out any data on CRM so we have the benefit to save that filter which is really amazing .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've always been skeptical of HubSpot, to be honest. I'm pretty convinced of the effectiveness of a WordPress website combined with a huge array of free-ish tools to research, create content, monitor results, and engage in social marketing. And it has been working. But, as a content marketing company super-crazy about delivering real results, we're always looking for ways to deliver more for our clients. Particularly,

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to neavitage the site. This is my first time using HubSpot and I found it so easy to use. If I didn't know something the support blog was my go too resource to resolving my issue. I also love the data driven figures it tracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I have no complanits. It is great

Reaching new leads and tracking our customers interacactions. Being able to task co-workers with contacts to work.

I like how connected all functions of the business can be (I.e. sales, marketing and CS) since it allows everyone to receive the same data and key updates

Some technical aspects such as:
- not being able to cc another person when sending a sequence
- writing an email, hitting return and then the entire email deleting
- how long it takes for lists to load

Use the Hubspot Academy as there's a lot of great courses and material in there that can help you better understand how things works, tips and tricks, etc
It gets the job done.

It is hard to update contacts and to log information.
