Great CRM for your day to day.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations, especially with Gmail, Google calendar... Love the sequences feature where you can write a series of emails adapted to the recipient using tokens as the name, company, social media post ... so on.
Another feature I find essential is the "meetings" since you can share a link or even have it in your signature to invite your prospects to select a fitting time for a 1to1, you can edit how long the meeting can be and your working hours, plus since it synchronizes with your google calendar when that slot is not available it doesn't show.
I've used the email outbound for specific campaigns and it worked perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new version of tasks, I prefer to be sent an email per task, that new bar is a little annoying. Since it's the central tool of my daily work when it has a simple lag it affects all my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I have all my contacts properly followed up and a real forecast of my pipe.
I'm not very fan of having desktop notifications but the possibility is there. You are really up to date with your deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very versatile and trustworthy, it is important to have it properly integrated with Gmail to have feedback on mail tracking and else. I love the calendar function for the customers to choose their own time.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM helps me organize sales pipeline, stay on top of my deals, don't miss any tasks, and have an overview of my KPIs. I can also track the performance of my emails and sequences.
With HubSpot, I know exactly how far from my goals I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
Writing emails directly from HubSpot could be improved. I don't have automatic sentence completion, and sometimes the email structure completely changes when I send an email out (e.g., lines and paragraphs are too compressed).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep track of my deals and never miss a follow-up.
I keep track of team activity and have a good overview of my sales goals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice to new HubSpot users is: Complete the training, make a sales funnel plan, and just start using it. Make sure all your contacts have the correct life cycle stage, lead status, and lead source.

Start with a limited contact list; once you understand the funnel and most important properties, import the rest of your contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I can say about HubSpot is the ease with which I can upload contacts in the system and contact them, I love that all the information is always available, the one that can have control over each client, that I can contact them en masse. One thing I can also say is that with their statistical reports I can effectively assess where I am making a mistake and how to fix it. In general, I can say that with my experience with other HubSpot systems it is one of the best I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I sometimes do not like is that it does not synchronize correctly with my email account, but it is something that does not happen very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send emails in a massive way having complete individual control over each contact, that is something that helps me a lot in my work, its template editing tools help me make each email seem unique and dedicated to each contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take it easy, at first, it seems all very difficult, but little by little you realize that it is very intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
All the available customizations and options you have been helping me in tracking the sales process and the pipeline management aspects. The interface is very user-friendly and if you are eager to learn and develop as a sales rep the HubSpot Academy will most definitely help you with your sales effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, because it met all of my expectations.

Tracking and nurturing all the incoming leads. Improving the sales effort for the organization

Best CRM for marketing and sales by far.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything. I have used sales force, MS dynamics and others. However None of them match Hubspot. What I like the most is integration between sales and marketing. The ability to make sequence, template or sending offer to client. Hubspot is most intuitiv and so easy to use for sales people like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I love everything about it. Loves everything!!!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and marketing. Hubspot is making our job easier and more fun. Training new staff is easy, as Hubspot helps your sales team with e-learning tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend Hubspot, take it from someone that have used all the major CRM before. Hubspot is a game changer for sales and marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
Live chat, tickets system, reports, sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app. It is not possible to check/reply tickets. Live chat is also laggy. Sometimes you get message only after few minutes while client is already gone. There are also features that we need, but they are not yet developed. Some features are hard to manage or understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live chat, tickets system, reports, sequences. It helps as you do not need to create your own CRM, live chat, etc. You get almost everything in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need almost everything in one place Hubspot is good option.

What do you like best about the product?
Very well structured for inbound sales. Integration between marketing and sales is excellent in this context.

The interface is user-friendly and intuitive for the most part.

Email and call integration is very good and extremely useful.

The analytics available, the ease of creating dashboards, is something that keeps our team on top of things.

Basically, it does everything I need it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of manual work involved when communicating outside of email or phone. Manually logging LinkedIn chats, for example, is a huge pain. For that matter, the integrations between HubSpot and LinkedIn are, overall, seriously lacking.

Another weak point is its accommodation of outbound sales. While it's well-designed for inbound, trying to configure an integrated outbound process is extraordinarily challenging and requires a lot of non-intuitive repurposing of functions and features.

Workflows/automations platform generally works fine, but the ability (or lack thereof) to re-enroll leads in the same workflows based on certain activities is limited resulting in, again, very non-intuitive creative workarounds being required.

Filtered views of lists can't be based on relative criteria, and that's, again, a major annoyance (e.g. Last Contacted Date < Last Reply Date - so you can see who's waiting on a reply - nope, not possible)

I am being nitpicky here, a lot of this won't actually matter depending on how you've configured the rest of your setup, so while this section is long, keep in mind that I would still recommend this this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging of conversations, keeping track of work with each client/prospect in a single location with standardized processes. It makes work more efficient, it keeps me and colleagues accountable, and it makes referencing past conversations and exchanges with leads pretty easy.
