HubSpot sales hub to develop your sales

What do you like best about the product?
The easy use of the software and all the features, the automation workflows help you not to forget anything and the sequences make your work easier with a higher success rate. You can analyze every activity on HubSpot and make sure to improve the weakest point in your sales process. Moreover, there is easy to use the mobile app so that you do not miss anything at any time. If you need training, you can learn from the training program and earn certification. I ould definitely recommend HubSpot if you do not have CRM or digital marketing management tool. There is good communication with the HubSpot team if you ever need anything and they are pretty quick to answer your questions so you don't stay too long stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, we can not click on the stats in the sequences to see in detail who as clicked or open an email. Otherwise, I do not see any downside. The reports are pretty tough to create but once you understand you can get out any numbers you want. The price is quite expensive but once you start using all the features, your ROI will be impressive next to the cost of it. I would recommend HubSpot to every business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to scale up our activity to multiply opportunities, you can use the automation to make your prospection easier and analyzed by all the reports you want to create.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it and do not hesitate one second. Start by doing a few pieces of training to learn the basics of the software, start using it, and then move forward to more advanced features. Your business will grow alongside!!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is very user friendly and makes it easy to nurture leads and follow up with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filters do not always work as expected especially for lists of contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are nurturing our leads and making sure we do not lose touch with important contacts. Hubspot helped us organise our database and quickly see how our leads are moving through our sales funnel.

The ability to track calls, the UI, deal movement

Searching on the CRM is a chore as the same page keeps loading all results and backtracking through them is tough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collect and organize inside sales team data. The primary benefit of Hubspot is its ease of use capabilities, thus I've to devote less time to organizational tasks such as deal updation etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Relatively easier to setup, easy to use, especially for people coming in from different environments where different CRMs may have been used

What do you like best about the product?
Most of my time is spent on the sequences. Fortunately, I like it the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike but yes, one thing I want that whenever we edit something in the sequence it should be updated for the currently enrolled contacts too :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started my journey with sending mails manually via Gmail and then reached to Hubspot. Not only I have automated my emails but started managing all my sales activity in it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are struggling with managing the sales activity in excels and also sending emails manually to your prospects. I would suggest you go for it. You will feel the positive changes and will get more time to use your time in productive work.

What do you like best about the product?
Good handling and ease of use. It is fantastic to keep all relevant information centralised in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks can easily be completed by accident leaving them lost for weeks.

Hubspot Sales Hub is a great contribution to our sales team as we can send each other tasks and integrate deals seamlessly.

Send ing outreach through sequences is super helpful with driving customer engagement.

Can be difficult to upload lead lists. Some of the lead management is not intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Sequence function in HS. My work become very efficient using Sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are not very informative and can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using HS to manage my leads. The benefits are
1.) time saving,
2.)systematics way of capturing leads, and
3.) capturing communication in one place
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will recommend HS because it's easy to use and have functions for sales and marketing activities , it can be integrated easily with other CRM and outlook.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way it is very intuitive and practical to use. I can keep an easy track of the e-mails I send and it even helps by giving tips on how to make the messages better so they can become succesful contacts. I was a previous Salesforce user and I preffer HubSpot hands down!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it to improve the search criteria for some of the contacts. For example, that it was able to find contacts as by "last contacted by".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time to send e-mails and to keep a good track of each one of them.
