What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, fast support. Nice Follow through on the support side after a case is opened.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides that I can think of. Love the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our sales/marketing efforts. Driving sales and opportunities. Ability to forecast for the future.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sequence feature the best, I think it's easy to set up and has been very useful. I also really like Hubspot's categorisation of Contacts and Companies making it easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it quite annoying that we can't mass unenroll people from sequences and I would also like there to be a feature where we can add multiple people to sequences and different time intervals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organise my leads and reach out to multiple people at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot Sales Hub is a very useful tool for keeping on top of your leads and daily tasks. You only have space for 1000 templates across the organisation so make sure you keep a copy of the email templates yourself as well.

How Hubspot considerably enhanced the way I use prospecting emails

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences and the tasks. It's amazing to be able to create and improve sequences and to get feedback on them. I can see the click and reply rate and upgrade my sequences accordingly. I have around 10 sequences for every situation and this kind of information helps me comparing them and see which one works best. Tasks are also very useful as they send me reminder emails and really improve my workflow. I don't need to use a pen and paper anymore (good eco-friendly solution) as I can just set a task and get a reminder on due date. I also really like how responsive the support team is. Every time I had an issue with Hubspot, the support team was always available to jump on a zoom meeting with me and fix the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The target accounts. There is too much information to fill and it can be quiet time consuming. I wish it was more simple. The decision making role and the buying role can be indicated with a note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending emails takes way less time than it use to. Enrolling multiple contacts to a sequences helps me reach more companies and be more efficient at work. I am also way more organized thanks to the tasks system. I can give a direction to my day by managing my tasks in the morning, reply to my emails in the afternoon, and prospect in the evening.

What do you like best about the product?
Automating the sales into the CRM helps us track the journey of each lead and analyse its progress for the purposes of optimisation for further success. Prior, when everything was analogue, that wasn't possible and affected the integration of the sales team into a more cohesive relationship with marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't customize processes and objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we use HubSpot for both a marketing and sales CRM, we get both detailed lead intelligence for sales reps, and full-funnel revenue reporting on our contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's helpful, in the sense of merging both the marketing and sales team together and on the same platform. This will assist in there being a better understanding between the two teams and a better flow of information from one team to another. The biggest downside it just not being able to to customise the processes; nonetheless, all else is useful and helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, can customize to your needs. Can be integrated with several dialing services. Reps like it because the tasks are easy to use and they can breeze through their queue without having to open hundreds of tabs for records. Connecting to email is huge help and the templates and the sequences are a huge time saver since you dont have to type out the same email over and over again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of cache that piles up daily, it slows down the system a lot, having to clear cache 2-3 times a day. That takes away progress on queues, must start over and slows down reps since they can easily get off task when pages are taking to long to load which is what happens when the cache is really built up. If there is a way to use less cache it would be awesome and very appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use, and able to work more efficiently because of the task and sequence functions, connecting to personal inbox is a huge plus as well
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easiest platform to use for a sales hub, no complicated extra info on each page like salesforce, super easy to train employees on.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has some of the best email tracking there is, letting me know when people are opening (it has almost become annoying) and being able to reach out to people who have opened multiple times. Also as far as integrations go, I do not know of a more customization system when paired with a Zap.
Hubspot ID is probably my favorite, always know when a contact is calling is a plus
What do you dislike about the product?
Sorting through your contacts is not very logical, I mean even mail chimp lets you click one button to sort by how many times someone has opened or who has a bad email. Sequences completely removes people from it when there is too much send volume- I know hubspot is all about inbound, but things have to go out, 1K email is nothing. If emails that are supposed to be going out are stopped because hubspot thinks gsuite will get mad at me, well that is a bit of an over reach in my opinion. Also, there is no notification for any stopped sequence. You can only see that in the sequence send info. Also no way to have them continue where they left off in bulk that I could find
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest benefit is company reporting. Also automation capabilities with direct/zap integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot to like so it's hard to pick the best. We've found that all elements can be customized so we were able to make it fit our sales cycle and keep track of the random details from clients that are particular to the industry we are in. We also love the automation features and the gmail plugin so we can use features directly in our email without interrupting the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
We keep track of many years worth of clients so the only downside is that the pricing increases based on the number of contacts stored. However, the benefits of using HubSpot far outweigh the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating reminders for certain tasks mean we don't let any client follow up fall through the cracks. It's allowed us to keep constant contact with clients without taking up all of our brainpower to remember what step needs to be done next. We also have a system in which clients are passed from one team member to another based on where they are in the sales process - everyone having access to all communication means we aren't asking clients to repeat the same details every time they are introduced to a new team member.
