Easy to use marketing, sales and service software
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and has great human to human service when you need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of limitations on automation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can store my customer's data on a cloud-based secured site when several users can filter through it and create reports. The automation part helps a lot making processes more efficient and simple. With Hubspot our team's external communications are a lot more consistent and our sales rep save a lot of time using templates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great basic software and easy to admin, the sales hub tools are great for sales reps in making their job a lot easier.

Being an online program and a app that works easy along with it

as much as i like the app it still is missing features that are on the web version and make it more difficult while you are traveling on the road to use as a CRM

Trouble setting up workflows and just getting answers quickly and working the properties mostly

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great way to manage sales leads and use the templates for emails. They are quick and easy and especially convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, however, once you become comfortable, you can't go back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem this solves is managing my website and sales leads all in one place.

It is a great too to use and once fully implemented can do great wonders for managing your business

What do you like best about the product?
Assessing the success rate of the templates and the sales sequences, it's easy to diagnose how successful each template is, which eventually coincides in a very successful outreach using quick and highly personalized tailored emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is already a great platform, the only real progression I can see that would help them is if the templates when altering them can have the analytics next to them, so this can then help I determine the level of alteration necessary to the alteration of that specific template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a great tool for connecting with the right prospects. again analyzing the right companies, building sequences that get noticed and overall has everything that a sales CRM tool needs.

How user friendly it is and the quick tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have automated emails in my sequence that would have a different subject line instead of replying to the same thread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm more efficient using HubSpot. I would prefer using this than SalesForce

I like the template and sequencing options on HubSpot. It gives you standard template that you can make your own with tasks to utilize in between or you can create your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see different dashboard views on the app when a manager is on the go it would come in handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of having sales reps manage their time wisely. They have task created for them to call contacts, email them, and follow up. They get reminders in their outlook accounts. HubSpot has truly helped keep everyone very organized and create good time management habits.

If the time is given to fully utilize the product it will provide wonders to your orgnization.

Hubspot is really easy to use from computer or by phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot sales packages need to be made better. They should allow you to choose what service you want instead of having to buy big packages like cable tv.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot keep my prospects and contact info organized. I am keeping in touch with more prospects and contacts because I am so organized.

Moved from SalesForce to HubSpot and could not be happier. The automation, lists and tasks are great

I find that HubSpot crashes pretty regularly, but it always comes back online quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped me to achieve a much smoother workflow by allowing me to build out prospect lists and autmoating my cadences.
Better than the rest!
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic workflow saves a lot of time. Sometimes you will forget to set a task to follow up, but the workflow will automatically set one and save you! It's also the easiest, most simple platform I have experienced. It is very straight forward and easy for anyone to learn how to use, especially after watching the training programs. It's nice to see the specific webpages and URL's prospects are viewing to see what their interests are and to gauge how to interact with them. One of my favorite things is being able to set emails to be sent in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cant view previously completed tasks. Sometimes I will accidentally click the checkmark and the task will disappear and I am left wondering what I had to do. It is also pretty difficult to edit any templates unless you have extensive knowledge or experience with it. Also, there are some limitations when it comes to tracking, some times it will only be available for specific prospects and not for others. It may be something due to their email provider or specific settings they have, but it's odd that some you are able to view and others you cannot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to see when people open emails, especially if we have been unable to reach them. This allows us to see that they opened an email and if they didn't respond, we can typically assume they are no longer interested. With the CRM, we are able to track interactions of one prospect, even if they talk to multiple different team members. Overall, it allows you to track and monitor prospects traffic and activity, which allows you to better interact with them and know what they are most interested in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even if you have another platform, Sales Hub can be integrated and thus can still be very beneficial. Recommend to research and see if it would work with your company first.
