Great CRM software!

  • October 15, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily create workflows and tailor them according to specific business needs is amazing! The customer support team is very efficient, along with knowledge hub is really useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing may get expensive when the number of contacts increase, but apart from that, a great software for marketing activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing relevant contacts and communications is what I mainly use HubSpot marketing for. Email marketing and all the functionality associated with it, is great, specially if you are small business and have up to 5000 contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and sales collaborations features. Sales hub sequences, tracking, and integration with sales productivity software help in visualizing everything in one place. videos,
All-in-One Growth platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has got sufficient reason to love the product, few aspects of sales reporting, rep's performance could be way too much better or pipeline level reporting can be improved further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales alignment, less time in data entry, and keeping everything at one place.

Easy to use CRM platform with great knowledge based help and customer support

  • October 15, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of list building to achieve targeting and segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows are not always as intuitive for me and filters are different than in other CRM platforms. I usually require assistance from customer support for workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM hygiene - exposing incorrect descriptions in SFDC lead to mis categorizations for dynamic lists and able to clean both databases for more accurate syncing.

A good Cloud CRM to use

  • October 15, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The way to generate utms is very easy and friendly. we Used sales hub to manage the leads and track the activity of our different Paid Ads Campaign. Is very easy to install, because all the info is in the cloud as a SAAS, also is very easy to send the email marketing campaigns.
Is very easy to generate landing pages, with few clicks we can deploy or clone a Lp.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot should improve how to attribute the conversions, not to have differences between Analytics and HubSpot, I've been seeing many discrepancies between Both platforms, and it's. so complicated to optimize the campaigns, would be good.
Doesn't have automatic utm between the Social Ads, social activity and Hubspot (like google has, especially for social) would be good.
Doesn't have a way to generate Instagram Stories, is critical in those days.
Doesn't provide filters to exclude spam or junk traffic (maybe if they provide more user details like an IP or something would be good to exclude it or identify).
would be good if they can include integration between Data studio and Hubspot (native), because right now is only by 3rd parties and require to pay a fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
use as a CRM and follow the leads, track the different campaigns and send email marketing.
Help us to generate audiences to use in paid platforms like Google Adwords.
Generate Landing pages without developing a lot of code.
The emails never go to spam or blacklist.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
is a good and easy option for Crm, they have many features.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is limited compared to other CRMs. Not a lot of customization options, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving process holes with some important workflow automation. We have improved our data collection dramatically!

It does the job

  • October 15, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and enroll customers in workflows is one of the most important features that I use Hubspot for. Obviously, contact management is important, but to be able to enroll individuals or groups in workflows related to particular needs greatly improves our efficiency. Hubspot has allowed me to minimize my labor of customer outreach and cold calls. I also like its integration with Slack, Front, SalesMsg, and Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is not intuitive. The interface is complicated and challenging to navigate. Most of the time, I have to reach out to a colleague to figure out how to complete a task that I've already done before. Similarly, filtering your contacts and saving your filter preferences can be a bit cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, to create workflows and enroll customers in based on the particular customer's journey/timeline, readiness to interact, and continued contact has greatly reduced my need for individual outreach. When I change a customer statuses, they will auto-trigger a workflow to match the need. For instance, when a contact is unresponsive, I mark them as so, and they will be emailed on a recurring basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This has exceeded my expectations based on my use of Salesforce in many different environments. As long as you have the time to learn to navigate its interface, you should enjoy this product.

Great Product, Easy to Learn

  • October 14, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Overall I like how easy it was to learn and use.
I like opening up a contact's page and seeing my entire history of interactions with them. Sequences are definitely a lifesaver as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see statistics on the templates I use (click and open rates). I'd also like to be able to filter a completed sequence and rank the recipients by who clicked the most, opened the most, etc.

I would also like to have the ability to have an automated action occur once a sequence is over. For example, if a recipient doesn't open any of my 3-part sequences, I'd like them to automatically go into a designated list.

I would also like the ability to save an email as a template after I write it in gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm cutting back wasted time with templates I use for common responses. Also being able to feel like I have each one of my contacts organized and categorized so that individual contacts don't get lost in the database of 1000s.

Contact-focused CRM tool with sleek integration with marketing tools

  • October 14, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a one-stop shop for research, recording, and outreach. While competitors offer similar products/integrations, HubSpot does a great job of inserting all of these tools into a clean, neat layout. One may not know where Sales Hub ends and Marketing Hub begins.
Collaboration, note taking and sharing insights between colleagues is simple in HubSpot. Contact lists, reporting, and target account maintenance is incredibly customizable and simple to use. This has been incredibly useful as our sales team has switched to a wholistic account based approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get very laggy and take quite a bit of time to load JavaScript heavy pages and complex/large pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline mainenance, cold sales outreach, following up with leads and sharing insights on MQLs with marketing team.

Sales Hub for PROs

  • October 14, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to work on a consolidated CRM which increases efficiencies and transparency throughout the business. Tracking sales and customer interactions is also something which has added enormous benefit to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to customise certain elements and the limitation of the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our communication has historically not been very efficient and managing and tracking communication within the tool has made a big difference to our business.

We have also never tracked leads to conversion rates which is also providing us with very insightful stats to help us make informed strategic decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The objection is massive when implementing and enforcing with a team who is not used to using a digital platform but its worth the hand holding and objection management as the team are guaranteed to see the results, albeit a little slower than I would have liked.

Like it

  • October 14, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot has so many different things integrated, so you can use it as an all-in-one tool for sales, CRM, emails, landing pages etc. We also really like that there are a lot of training options and courses that employees can take to catch up to speed and learn all that HubSpot in its entirety has to offer our organization and our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things can be hard to find within the Software - Some parts are not as intuitive as I would like to find, but the HubSpot academy courses do help with this a good bit. The courses can just be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to keep everything organized and in one place with HubSpot Sales Hub. We are also able to offer it to our clients to use, so each employee can be on several client accounts all in one HubSpot login.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of all of the courses that HubSpot has to offer. There are courses on skills, such as Inbound Marketing, as well as courses to learn more about HubSpot as a whole and how to use different aspects of the program/software.
