What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is best automation solution I have used in my 10 year plus experience which I have used my last company and suggested management in new company .There are various features like sequence and schedule of the email where you can validate leads and keep them engaged with sequence email. Its complete solution where you can manage leads from coming hubspot to have full lifecycle of sales cycle. You can check which prospect open emails and then plan your follow up accordingly.
Best part is fully equipped with features on mobile where end users like rep can manage on mobile devices with hubspot features where you can have full leads data for calls and emails on mobile phone .
You can have bird eye view of your pipeline and manage deals with a lot of reports automation streamlining solution. Sales Activities dashboard have given really add on value for work from home employees where management and managers can see activities for the call email notes for everything.
I can write a lot about Hubspot as I have created my value in new company with hubspot features where they have seen my efforts through hubspot activities which later on helped me to create strong pipeline and nurture leads ended with huge number of deals closures.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's one of the best solution and only good part is its notification and would like to have task notification in working hours or emails in working hours. I don't have. Much to dislike about Hubspot really.

Management of leads and deals pipeline along nurture of the leads and keeping engaged for prospect with sequence is very important challenge I am solving for my business. We get a lot of leads or we work on them so having sequence for the use making life easy where prospect getting emails helping to connect and address their problems with our softwars solution email.

I've been using Hubspot for just over a year now, and I fall in love with it every single day. It's super easy to use, and the UI is clean and you will find everything in the right place.

Would be great if the contact stages moved automatically, which is limited at this point.

With Hubspot CRM, the team has access to all our customer data in one single place. We know what conversation needs to be had at what time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes my everyday life so easy and as a sales person I can definitely tell that the ease of use and understanding of the tool makes it the best CRM available in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been an awesome experience using Hubspot and yeah I just love everything about this just that more quicker loading time of pages,contacts & Deals would have been a boon.

I am using Hubspot as a Sales CRM to be in touch with my leads and to manage entire sales funnel and proper management of leads.

unable to see filter all the contacts who opened your email in bulk, it will notify you one by one

Used this sales tool and CRM, will make your life easier in tracking prospects and or engagement with your target clients.
A Hyper-integrated Tool, not just a CRM.
What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface, and ever supportive team, tips and help articles for me to excel in my sales tasks, and also the seamlessness in connecting between my work email, mobile device, and laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instead of saying dislike, I'd hope they could release a quick-key feature for important tabs - or even make it fully customizable. For instance, a quick key to hop on to Contact View, then quickly switch to Company view etc.
Additional to that, I'm not a pro in this but I would hope that the generic search feature could be a bit more intuitive. I was a Salesforce User and I really love how the keywords that you search returned you with really relevant information. I'm completely unsure how this is being computed.

Given my role to look after the expansion of products across APAC, which are all with unique cultural, business and organizational needs. Hubspot helps me to keep my record straight with what I needed to do with these accounts - to manage them like magic.
The Sequences feature helps me to hyper-personalized my communication to the guest;
The Workflow is a Harry Potter wand to automatically updates field and keep my efficiency in check;
The Snippet and Template helps the team in sharing and communicating the best email tips and tricks;
The Meeting feature help me to schedule meeting like a pro and have all my background questionnaire filled up.

It is easy to navigate and identify how to utilize Hubspots features

It can be hard/lengthy to get the reporting to work for what is needed.

We have used HubSpot to create a process pipeline for enabling case managers to identify and process issues and cases. Being able to add extra stages, extra properties, extra pipelines, and automation without disrupting the current workflow and stages

I couldn't be half as productive, efficient, or successful without HubSpot's tools.

Frequent bugs or issues can disrupt efficiencies but they are generally fixed very quickly.

I'm able to track all of my clients through the sales funnel and ensure that I am successful at every stage.
Well-developed tool, but the upsells get expensive and prohibitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love the system's sales pipeline management. It's intuitive, allows for automation with paid plans, and integrates with Zapier. The free tier is highly functional and has no contact or user limitations. Upper management can be added with free accounts to the paid tier if they want to just "drop in" every few months and see how sales are going.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upsells! For example, if you want to subscribe contacts to drip emails or automate email sending at all, you need to upgrade to Marketing Professional for at least $800/mo in addition to what you pay for Sales Hub. The free tier delivers a solid feature set but then every tier upgrade from there is steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Zapier integration to automate sending disclosures via DocuSign whenever an item enters a sales pipeline stage. It does require some skill to reduce duplicate actions and whatnot.
Overall, it's a great tool for contact management and managing a sales pipeline & team. I rarely experience bugs or idiosyncratic development decisions, which I wouldn't be able to say about Pipedrive or Infusionsoft. The web app and mobile app are beautifully designed and work great.
