What do you like best about the product?
Easy to call and email prospects, as well as existing customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does on occasion crash and freeze the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved - able to make numerous calls per week to reach call target.

What do you like best about the product?
I have a very clear overview of my leads, and the ability to create pipelines where I can sort them through. The inside deal view has many features, and the best thing is that I can easily write a WhatsApp message to my potential clients through Hubspot. It took me about 5-10 minutes to get used to everything, which is top!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection via Zappier to Slack gets lost, but it's ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get our leads through Instagram and Facebook, and all the Information our potential customers put in are perfectly portrayed in the deal and contact view. Our pipeline is perfectly organized and we can sort our leads accordingly! You can even track E-Mail opens etc., which is great

What do you like best about the product?
The level of control on individual actions, this can be anything for sequence activity customization, to allowing for specific personalised messages, setting the timing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always easy to understand the bounced mail activity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently using to manage the entire lead prospection activities. Benefits are that we have a centralised system for managing these activities, as well as detailed filtering options for managing the prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that you are meeting all GDPR compliances for managing your database, as well as keep in mind this is a tool. The user defines the results that you get. So there is no replacement for good practices, although HubSpot does suggest the best practices as well.

Sales Hub Sequences are 🔥

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the platform is and ease of setup of sequences. I am able to make my sales process not only automated but personalised. The tokens help alot with that. I very much like when my ability to send personalised emails can be scalable so I can reach alot of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more on the area of reporting though to get more insight. Also organisation of leads could be better. Qualified vs unqualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sequencing and automation have been the best that I have seen in any CRM so far (I've used alot). I don't lose the personalisation that I can get that i want.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales/BDR employee, this tool helps me to document my day to day activities. It's an all-round tool that supports me with documenting/reminding and reach my prospects or clients. It provides a great and easy overview of all the information that's out there and also gives recommendations on how to achieve the best result. Furthermore, I really appreciate the learning part that Hubspot has. Here you can learn how to achieve certain goals and implemented it right away using the CRM tool of Hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integration apps that should work great with Hubspot are sometimes flawed. Here I can see some improvements as for some it is mandatory to work with the use of these apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On a large scale personalizing email marketing, reaching out to prospects, having all the company results put into overviews and reports. Sending out sequences to prospects (which works great with Hubspot as well).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm sure Hubspot will be worth trying out and it will include most, if not, all aspects of a proper CRM system.

Automation to the best

What do you like best about the product?
It is by far the most effective CRM with all the essential parts intricately combined to give a very efficient interface. Be it automating, editing the existing templates, searching for sequences, assessing performance of sequence and other sales activities - there is no end to it. With new features being released often, I don't have to do any sales stuff outside HubSpot. I just log into HubSpot and my entire day feels like a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not something major I dislike, but for the sake of pointing out - I wish i could automate reporting emails to the team, so that I get all the reports periodically without logging in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am trying to solve is to find the most efficient and effective way to automate emails to a large list of contacts, and make changes on the go without disrupting the entire flow. With HubSpot, I am easily able to target the right people at the right time and with all the recommendations from HubSpot about the email text suggestions and best time to send, it's been a wonderful experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very intuitive, easy to lean, has excellent everyday features and facilitates a lot my tasks organization.
Being a part of a large international company, I receive tons of leads every month and I could not imagine having to manage them all, do the follow-up and sort them out without Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a bit slow to load, I think the UI fluidity could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to manage the lead in an efficient and prioritized way. Allowed the company to take care of the leads who matter the most and avoid wasting time with low priority leads. Also a great reminder about your tasks and priorities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, you won't be disappointed

Hubspot - The ultimate tool for Business Development and Sales team

What do you like best about the product?
The help of sequences in following up a prospect. It helps to top up your previous email which helps maintain continuity. Also we get dashboard with activity summary, calls done, pipeline total, distribution city-wise, are very crucial to look at overall work done by me or my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside as such, one suggestion while on boarding a new client would be while training, they should be taught about UTC time because initially I faced issue as I kept default setting, and prospect received mails at odd IST times like 2.30am, 4 am and few were offended. Later we discovered this setting of time is wrt UTC. so that should be part of default training of sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is, once enrolled in sequence, the lead follow up is automated. Also it stops in case prospect replies to email. The unified display of pipeline, its underlying contact are also very useful while doing internal discussions which was earlier mainly on excel sheets.
