Intuitive Customer Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Deals, templates, sequences and tasks save me valuable time and help keep me organised on a daily and long term basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would like 'queues' to be available for different filtered lists I make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to contact a large number of contacts quickly, without losing the personal touch.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps me to keep my task organized and follow up on the customers journey. Tracking option is something that I like in particular as a sales guy as it helps to develop my pitch more personalized for that specific customer. Also I like the way how HubSpot can be integrated into third part services or apps which makes life easier for a user
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using HubSpot CRM for the first time and so far I didn't notice anything in particular to report
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email sequencing, creating tasks, logging calls and meetings

If you're a SME business and trying to implement CRM into your system, I would highly recommend using HubSpot
Excellent CRM System for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Having come from other companies who are running Sales departments from spreadsheets and far more over complex CRM systems Hubspot is like a dream.
The clean presentation of pages, ease to use and completabilities with other devises males for an easy work life and increased sales revenue.

I have not found any downsides to Hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sequencing of client emails has saved a vast amount of work time and prevents the possibility for clients to be lost or forgotten about.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences that helped me with my outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I could not export a list with the prospects that opened, replied, clicked on certain messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating the outreach approach. It helped me the most with the reporting part since data analysis is a huge pizza slice of the outreach customization.

Read the blog. There are some nice interesting ideas out there

The CRM is easy to use and its very easy to create marketing emails and sequences with tips and tricks on how to get the best out of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes feels like features are bolted on without being truly integrated.

Creating clear and consistent email campaigns, hubspot allows us to set these up with our branding.

Definitely use if website and CRM is also hubspot
HubSpot has changed my experience as a sales person making processes more automated and intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
I love using HubSpots sequences. It makes my sales outreach much wider and targeted. It also saves me hours of time crafting emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having only used HubSpot for a month, I can't think of anything I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that I have solved is being able to sav time. I can quickly and easily log activity, enrol contacts into sequences and see my metrics via the slick dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
To have all the tools we need to develop our business in one place and the integration with other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues regarding some non-English languages options and integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To reach more prospects, to automatize the first part of the sales funnel and the customs maps and reports we can use to understand and to improve our results.
Hubspot functions very well

Its very fast for prospecting. Would recommend for CC'ers
