Hubspot Sales Hub is integral to any sales team that is looking to scale its lead pipeline.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Hubspot Sales Hub is their incredible development/backend team that is always working to create solutions in beta to solve problems that might arise to my sales team. Obviously, this software does have its limitations at times, but whenever I got to them to solve an issue, they had a solution ready. I got access to the beta versions of deal pipeline access restrictions and deal card editing, which allowed me to segregate my sales pipelines much more easily and create more transparency when viewing each deal. The support is the number #1 thing I like about Sales Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
As compared to Salesforce, the access to customization is limited so while the features that are currently available might be great, Hubspot should allow for more flexibility in its Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first problem I solved is creating an integrated sales pipeline through its deal section. I use it's task feature to ensure that I am always on track on what to do with each lead I create a deal for. My sales have increase by 300% through this as I am not missing out on anything now. Secondly, I now have more visibility and automation at my hand, so I can create processes to manage things more efficiently and effectively in my pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are starting a new sales team and trying to create a way through which you can track your leads and grow your sales pipeline, then the deals section of Hubspot Sales Hub is your best and safest bet. Ask a team member to go through its courses because while it may seem simple, some parts of Hubspot do require a deeper understanding of how the platform works.
Once that's done, create deals for each response you get from a lead and always make sure that there is a task assigned to each one of them. On top of this, create stages in there to know where each lead is, what its current status is, and what the next steps are. But a word of advice here, this platform is only as good as the info you feed it so keep updating it with deal amounts, expected close dates, lead origination point, and other important data points to have complete transparency on your pipeline and actually make the use of the platform helpful to your cause.

What do you like best about the product?
I really recommend the snippets and templates feature. As well as the report builder, it really helps me manage my team efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deals history does not have a button/timeline feature to sort the notes, emails and call logs per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None so far. All my problems and tech concerns are resolved within 72hrs and that shows how efficient their support team is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great CRM tool; it lets you call, email, and connect with your clients, track your leads.
Easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
The simple layout, it's easy to navigate from A to B. The simple idea of having a software that can do everything involved in my job postion in the one place is great. I can call clients, log a note about it, add comments about that note if needed. It's all very east and simplistic. I like the fact that I can also go into the email tab and email a client directly and all the email logs are put into a thread that I can reffer back to at any given point in time. All in all, hubspot is an easy to use software that's a one stop shop for all things when it comes to over the phone marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest update has made things more complex. The thing in particular that made things more complex was adding the drop down boxes to clients pages with the extend and collapse feature if things were too big. I get the though process behind it (To make it far less cluttered ect) but it means that things involvle more clicking, more effort. Previously when there was a "pin" option directly on the page of the client but now if I want to pin something, I have to do my note, find the drop down box and then click pin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That I can do all my emails, calls and texts in one spot. It's a overall great platform with a simplistic design and approach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend this products

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates most of the essential features that any CRM or sales automation would provide
Very user-intuitive and easy to use for most salespeople and sales managers
Little configuration required to start seeing value
Pricing is very competitive and the cost to scale is reasonable.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you've ever experienced any advanced CRMs, sales automation, or intelligence solutions, Hubspot will be lacking across the board in terms of advanced functionality
Certain tasks that are very manual or logical that should be automated are not available
Complex workflows do not work very well and often either do not work or take a long time
Minimal integration with other vendors
Account/Company creation is based on domain names, which is a nightmare when it comes to deduplicating data
Now that we're at the point where we are ready to adopt advanced software, the migration would be a nightmare

Basic sales activities such as prospecting, account management, and deal management are all easy to use
We're a global organization with several offices, and it's easy to view all the applicable data across the organization
Simple to improve and automate part of the sales process with sequences, templates, and snippets
No longer requires a need to look at smaller basic add-ons such as a calendar booking tool

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really evaluate what is a mission-critical feature and what is a nice to have and base your decision on what route you'd like to go. There are many CRMs with much better integration with other leading sales tools
Consider where you want your sales organization to be in 3-5 years and how you want to engage with your customers and prospects. HubSpot may be enough for your needs if your sales cycle or customer base is not complex.
HubSpot is headed in the right direction but is 1-2 years behind the best in class options in the market.
