Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales is easier to use than most of the other CRMs that I've used. It is effortless to create a meeting, and when it is integrated into Gmail, it is even a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the fact that there is no way of preventing leads from being duplicated, and we have to wait until the duplicate check has to remove the duplicate manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has made it very easy to handle deals and group them into various stages. This gives us an idea of what to focus on and where to direct our energy.
The best CRM around
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is everything I would hope and dream of in a sales CRM. Task queues condensed record views the option to google someone. Plus the sequences and workflows you can create automate your sales process so you are focused on doing what is going to get you paid and not have to worry about all the admin stuff. It is a paradise for anyone in sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is such a powerful tool it does take some learning and getting used to but after a month or so of diving into it you get the hang of it. Plus they provide great training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The running joke was at my company is that when something is broken in our previous CRM is it will be fixed in Hubspot. So Hubspot is solved a lot of problems for us that was making the team frustrated and wasting time.
HubSpot Sales is fantastic and essential in our daily sales workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Management and conversion of leads, creation of quotes, reports, calendar, reports, communication between departments and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be more for me than for HubSpot Sales, but I think reporting and creating dashboards might be a little more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great experience. I can't imagine using another tool right now after 7 years of constant use of HubSpot Sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface which is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option where you have to specifically assign potential leads to your team.It also does not show you reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that i am solving with Hubspot Sales Hub include managing potential leads as well as current business customers all together on one platform.

CRM which is made for humans
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive and focused very much around the entity you are working with: customer, contact, or deal. The timeline is collecting all actions nicely in one view, which is easy to understand and browse. Email integration is seamless. The dashboards and reports are good looking and easy to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation of emails is pretty aggressive, and linking results are sometimes unexpected when there are multiple open deals open for the same customer. User interface logic might be confusing in the beginning and there are places where the navigation flow could be simpler due excessive use of space between fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of the sales offers, leads and customer details are the essential information Hubspot is used. One clear benefit are the dashboards and "kanban boards" giving good overview what is happening and what should be done next. Adopting is easy and this has given great sales visibility to the whole company.
Amazing Platform for every company
What do you like best about the product?
It fits small, medium or big companies. You get to organize your sales processes and teams in the same tool. You can have all your prospects and customers, with all the history with your business, in the same place. You can also have task, meeting tools and calling services for every team members at a great price.

For complex processes you should get help from an experienced Partner, It'll save you a lot of time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unifying processes, get better metrics, analyze and optimize. Time optimization is the most value benefit, because you get to do sales ops without manually doing each thing again and again.

Great CRM for sales and marketing teams. Extremely user friendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great CRM for an organization of any size. Even if you have multiple product lines and a lot of custom information that needs to be saved. The UI is very easy to work with and as a new user, it took me very less time to figure out how to customize the flow of information. The workflows that one can build allow for a lot of automation and is very easy to set up. The platform integrates well with forms on our website and has its own toolset for marketing so we have implemented Hubspot for both sales and marketing teams. Vitally, Hubspot has been useful in helping us individually track different channels of inbound leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about Hubspot. It does a pretty good job of what is expected and it should be sufficient for most teams and companies. the limitations might arise when you are using it at a very large scale, with large teams and need heavy customization. While their suite of tools for which they provide integration is large, it could be better. The workflow builder can sometimes be used to build conflicting rules and it does a poor job of detecting these and alerting the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hubspot to understand our lead channels, performance of our ads, their conversion and ROI, Marketing automation such as newsletters and other email communications. We also use it as the sales CRM for one of our business lines.

Salesforce helps you keep a end to end track of ur Sales from source of lead generation to customer feedback & redressal.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more open ended and needs more security for confidencial data stored in the backend.

Increase in Sales Recvenue, Marketing campaigns effectiveness.
Excellent for tracking help entries
What do you like best about the product?
My team uses HubSpot Sales to receive and manage help tickets for facilitators in our department. I like that all the information you need is clearly presented and available for all team members to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of little things that I find strange design decisions. For example, closing a case is done separately from the progress section below a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve help tickets with HubSpot Sales. I realize this is just the surface of what HubSpot Sales can do, but it works well for us.
