What do you like best about the product?
Everything is connected and straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take quite a bit of time to get the most out of the platform, but once everythings set up well - it's great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having clarity across the entire sales and marketing departments. We feel like we are able to close sales quicker, and more of them because of HubSpot.
A fantastic CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's ability to test the engagement of leads is excellent. Using HubSpot CRM I can see when prospects are opening my emails, clicking links and building a picture of where the most interest is so I can effectively target my attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have so far come across no challenges at all when using the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is fantastic for a small and growing business, giving us an edge in generating the all-important early leads.
Make your sales simple
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use. The work is well structured and you always manage to stay in touch with leads. There are several very important features, such as email traceability and the ability to insert links to book meetings, presentations and video.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way to insert contact. I know it's based on GDPR rules, but sometimes it will be great if you can create a contact without email address, as because maybe there is no information on the site and you need to make a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have a better traceability of the activities of the leads. This has led me to improve my commercial approach and also the timing of my work. Along with other features that allow me to focus my attention only on seriously interesting leads.

HubSpot Sales Hub is essential for the salesperson.

The tasks that you can create to organize your day and week

Sometimes it takes a "long" time for changes made through integrations (e.g. Aircall) to appear
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a lot easier and faster to keep track of prospecing efforts

Check all the integrations that HubSpot has (LinkMatch, Aircall, Salesloft,...)

Everything is quickly accessable, making calls, storing templates add on to saving time

It is always updating.
Whenever I am creating a task, I usually wish to put it for tomorrow, but that option is not the one that comes automatically. Also, I work on Saturdays too, so if I have to put a task on Friday, I will have to open the calendar every time.

I don't have to take down each lead's number on phone. Also, I cab track the activity very easily

That I don't utilize HubSpot's features more.

Main problems that I solve by using HubSpot is the data organization from tracking, analytics, to communications with my leads and teammates.
Powerful HubSpot Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is great software for completing audience checks and keeping track of customers. For marketing, this can be an advantage to ensure that all advertising methods work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that the cloud version didn't save the progress we've made so far, and it's not exactly the same as the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall it was great, it has expanded our market to other cities. I liked how it automatically logs you in to authenticate using your phone.
Best CRM out there
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and very user-friendly. We can extract easily some great and useful reports, and it works great and integrates with most softwares I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I could dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on Hubspot for all of our sales outreach, and it works perfectly for us. From managing our leads, contacts, deals to the reporting tools, all of which are available for a free user even!
HubSpot Sales is changing the rules in which we run our business
What do you like best about the product?
The reports allow us to delve into the ins and outs of our business. Immediate access to workflows and metrics allows us to pivot efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to get certain reports based on knowledge about how to filter things or authorization to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been growing more and more. Things keep unlocking and it just takes time to use them. It is an amazing tool and resource for evolving the way we approach our business.

Hubspots functionality as a marketing tool and a CRM all in one place is so useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the email integration was a little more seamless.

In the past we have had tools that are great for marketing, and we have had CRMs that help us keep track of customer sales and interaction, but this is the first platform that really joins the two together in a way that makes sense for us.
