What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot Sales Hub enables me to effectively connect with customers and convert them into patients. The task feature is particularly outstanding, providing an excellent way for me to make calls very quickly and efficiently, reducing the time I spend on each task. Additionally, the initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was easy and quick, allowing me to get started without any hassle. All these aspects contribute significantly to enhancing my workflow and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the calling feature on HubSpot Sales Hub to be faster. It requires fewer clicks, which can make the process more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub enhances customer connections and conversions, and its task feature accelerates call processes, though I wish it required fewer clicks.
Organized Sales, Easy Setup

I love how HubSpot Sales Hub helps keep all my records and sequences organized. It efficiently organizes all my back-end processes, which is incredibly valuable for maintaining order and efficiency in my sales tasks. What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot Sales Hub's interface as it is easy to use and easy to understand, facilitating smooth navigation throughout my tasks. The software impresses me with its capability to handle tickets efficiently; I particularly appreciate the ticket stages and the dropdowns that streamline my workflow. Additionally, I find it useful that I can leave a note on each ticket, which helps in organizing my thoughts and annotations regarding the issues at hand. The integration with my Email and Google Calendar enhances my ability to manage my communication and schedule task reminders effectively, which boosts my productivity. The initial setup process was seamless and hassle-free, thanks to my management team. Overall, using HubSpot Sales Hub is a very nice experience, making it highly likely that I would recommend it, as evidenced by my rating of 9 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the platform lags and freezes, and I am not entirely sure why. It can also take a while to load the page I need to navigate to, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for managing tickets and tasks, improving productivity with task reminders. It's easy to use and understand, with useful features like ticket stages, dropdowns, and note-taking on tickets.

One of the most valuable features of HS Sales is its ability to store all customer data within a single system. This centralization enables smooth communication between departments that require access to the same customer profiles, such as Sales and Customer Service. By keeping information unified, it becomes much easier for different teams to collaborate effectively. I also LOVE the workflows and sequences you can configure, saving you time and creating efficient processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding an HS consultant knowledgeable enough to help clean up contacts and ownership issues, so that workflows and sequences can work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps our team remain consistent and well-informed. It also tracks all communications, which contributes to more efficient processes, such as automating emails and similar tasks.
Streamlines Sales, But Needs Graph Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub incredibly valuable for its ability to consolidate all types of client information—be it prospecting, current, old, or lost clients—in one centralized location, which simplifies managing our sales activities. I love the pipelines, which are logical and straightforward, making it easy to navigate and manage deals effectively. Additionally, I appreciate the default data for each object recorded, which saves me the effort of creating fields from scratch. These predefined fields are particularly useful as they are well-suited for generating various reports and analyses, enhancing my ability to utilize data efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?

HubSpot Sales Hub automates and streamlines our sales operations, provides insights for converting prospects, and is easy to set up. It features clean UI, user-friendly APIs, and simplifies data segmentation and report generation, unlike more complicated systems like Salesforce.
System admin for a team that doesn't use Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
The sequencing feature is great, but we don't utilize it much. We mostly use functionality available with a core seat.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tend not to use sales hub because only a few people have a license. It seems to expensive to give it to everyone when we haven't proven a use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't used the sales hub much, we mostly use the CRM features of hubspot available with a core seat. However, we are looking into using the sales hub for sequencing so we can automate our initial outreach.
Effortless Sales Management with Hubspot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is basically the most awesome thing for me to stremline my sales process with minimum effort. I just keep everything from e-mail tracking, templets, and deal pipelines, flowing smoothly and without friction, so that I can use the saved time for talking with customers instead of doing manual updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The database can some times be slow or a little bit tricky when it's very large and also not all functionalities are very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub essentially helped me solve a majority of the probleams that I usually faced with my sales on daily basis. previously, the information about my leads was scattered in diffrent places such as e-mail, spredsheets, and notes, and as a results. Now with sales hub everything e-mail tracking, deal updates, and entire sales management process and customers history are being done in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very to use. It's easy to upload our leads into the system and i like the layout of the profile it makes for the prospect.

Haven't really found any yet. so, so far so good
