Hubspot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
It's a useful and simple tool that will positively impact your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about the tool currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to see when prospects have engaged with one of my emails, opened any collateral, etc. This helps me edit my outreach and connect more effectively with opportunities.
HubSpot is absolutely brilliant in terms of keeping up data up to date and tracking my prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Hupspot keeps track of all my emails sent ( Opened or not) and gives me an advantage to time when to follow up on a lead
What do you dislike about the product?
I fairly like almost all the features of HubSpot. Were I could see improvement is the UX part - maybe a smart dashboard of capturing all the details of emails sent, opened, responded etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its amazing to see Hubspot does very effectivey tracking all my CRM activities

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track and monitor customer journeys. I can easily see what stage of my pipeline my customer is in. Following up, logging calls, and sending mass emails all happen simply from within the one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The high price additions for adding extra features. If I decide to use HubSpot for my own business it would be very expensive to add the additional features. A cheaper price option for smaller businesses would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of tracking customer journeys. I can easily keep track of where my customer is within the pipeline, Make it much easier for me to monitor and track
Flexible and Speedy System
What do you like best about the product?
Helps keep everything in one place instead of having it all over in many different locations. I also like the look and the style of HubSpot more than other similar systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it would run a bit faster, I find sometimes the webpages can be a bit slow to load. I don't know if we're using the European datacentres or not but we should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have all of our sales and ticketing needs in one place. It helps us keep more organised than ever. I am definitely able to handle my workload more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
It has good data and is pretty easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not that easy to track work flow with leads but it's largely because we have a lot of leads to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralised CRM to track work flow and deal flow.
Powerful solution that only gets better.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is way more important than the M365-enviroment for me by now. It's the first thing i do and the last every day. It gets frequently updated as well to current trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's web based and i feel the performance could be better. Maybe the codebase is able to be optimized further. (Safari on Intel-based Mac).

Extensive tools and customization options to help me organize my day, keentrack of important tasks and identify new opportunities. Everything i need for this in one place.
Good tool, great asset for the company
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone on the team has a place to view their tasks and complete their daily chores with virtually no issues whatsoever. Hubspot really helps out in this sense, and we can also stay in contact with our customers and keep track of email threads
What do you dislike about the product?
the UX/UI is not as user-friendly at first glance, and it really does take a bit of time to get used to the tool itself. Once that's done and over with, it's perfect, but I've always thought it wasn't very intuitive or easy to use

Not sure, I'm not really keeping up with the updates HubSpot has been releasing

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Email Tracking tool is revolutionary. Real-time email engagement notifications help me in gauging prospect interest and prioritize follow-ups. It is an absolute necessity for increasing sales effectiveness. It is highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing with the functionality limits, I believe, might not be in the best interest of MSMEs and might make it very difficult for them to get the best bank out of their buck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe Hubspot Sales Hub is solving 3 primary problems for me, and it is doing it very well:
1. Email Tracking is done pretty well, and knowing if someone has seen it is really valuable.
2. The CRM Management of Leads and Companies is important for Startups with strong sales fronts like ours.
3. The email sequencing that Hubspot allows is pristine.

Easy to remember the task and schedule a meeting. Mark the stage of the leads very easily
