What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub daily. It makes it very easy for me to manage my contacts. I like how it easily integrates with MS Outlook, and automatically logs my emails for all my clients. That's one less thing I have to do. It's also straightforward to use and access the data. I love making a call on my mobile device and then having a screen pop up where I can jot a few notes, hit enter, and get the call logged quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are few. I honestly can't think of anything to criticize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problem of keeping track of my leads and the activities I and my team perform with each contact.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface was very nice and fairly intuitive, and the reports came out nearly exactly the way I needed them. The system was simple enough, especially for a free version of a product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keep in mind that my comments relate solely to the free version! I found the data entry tedious because I couldn't connect to most of my management software, and I ran into a few kinks with it connected to my Outlook and had to discontinue that practice. My staff were not overly fond of the product as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was intended to serve as a CRM for my staff because we have information coming from so many sources. However, in the long run, we found that it did not do the job efficiently enough for what we needed. Again, keep in mind that we were only using the free version available to us.

Hubspot Marketing and Sales: Seamless Integration Empowering Sales Teams

What do you like best about the product?
Just because a company says its products are integrated, as in the case of Salesforce, does not mean that they are. Hubspot Marketing and Sales, by nature of the design of the platform from day one, are entirely integrated, which enables pre and post-sales capabilities that are unseen in other platforms. The ability to have outbound marketing workflows trigger sequences based on customer behavioral data or score or dispositioning status, by a sales rep, without their direct involvement, is a tremendous boon. Hubspot Sales is designed for ACTION by the sales rep, not for logging or archiving, as other platforms require. My sales teams love using Hubspot as it improves their daily work. The UI for knocking out all one's tasks, the click-to-call, and the integrated view of all client activity from both marketing and sales really helps us increase the volume and velocity of our lead and deal pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot Conversation Intelligence, which is a feature of Hubspot Sales Hub, is lacking in its ability to limit recorded Zoom conversations to certain users of Hubspot Sales as well as restricting it from recording internal meetings.

Today, if you switch on the Zoom sync for Hubspot Conversation Intelligence, all recordings & transcripts will be synced and accessible to all their HubSpot account users. It is my understanding Hubspot is aware of this and working to improve this soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrated Calendly-like functionality, same tool for lead and deal pipeline, 360 degree view of marketing, sales, and customer success activities, a UI that makes the team want to use the tool, no need for dedicated admins / support infrastructure as with Salesforce.
