CRM that boosted our sales.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of managing a sales funnel, the possibility of exporting the funnel for specific analysis, and the various integrations that the hub allows. Easy to learn to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that comes to mind that would discredit HubSpot. However, I believe the task tab, for example, could have the option to filter which deal is related to that task and the stage of the funnel for that deal, directly on the main task screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage a sales funnel, send tracked emails with an integrated inbox, and generate various reports are some of the key features I like about HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are the best feature for sure. They are very helpful to track activity. And the tracking capabilities of email bounces is super helpful, as well. So, outreach is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like hubspot to have further filtering capabilities for contacts and companies. I also would like the contract template to be a little bit more flexible to write in options. I also wish I could connect with support people over the phone, but I understand their resources are probably limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track my pipeline effeciently and gives me good reminders when to complete tasks. It acts as an all emcompassing calendar where I can stay on top of my deals.

What do you like best about the product?
HS is very intuitive to learn and use. I also like the different functions that are clearly sorted, like task, sequences or dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can only look up either contact or company. I would love to see free search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency and full visibility. Makes sales management much easier and the dashboard is customizable.

I cannot think of anything. Anything i have had an issue with out sales rep has went out of their way to help.

The ease of accessing information relevant to my occupational duties

Sometimes the information isnt accurate and sometimes people are hard to locate. I would like to see a way to get current accurate information easier

It is giving me a platform to follow thru on contacts and keeps track of all my things i have to do, emails, outbound calls, etc.....

The sales tracking is good but recently there were some problems in importing data.

Add an option to import multiple data files together.

It helps me to generate business and that is the core problem it is solving.

Sometimes it does not pick up emails received/sent from OUtlook even though the two are linked, not sure why

The viability you get into sales prospects and how easy it is to organize yourself.

I wish building dashboards was a little bit easier to use.
