The way it merges customers into companies that do not belong to them.

You can not add enough customer information or details about their accounts

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been a game-changer for my business! Its user-friendly interface and powerful features streamlined our CRM process, making it easy to manage leads and track interactions. It's become an indispensable tool for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing tool is yet too expensive for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can connect it to seamless.Ai
HubSpot is easy, although it took my about 30 minutes of watching someone else use it
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the sequences, although my organization does not understand sequences very well. We have 2 people actively using and 2 more with access in their accounts, all of us enjoy using it and the ease at which we can do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lists are sometimes difficult to navigate. I mainly follow leads by adding them to a list, sometimes several in a given day, and then follow each list from start to finish. If the deals and tasks sections could be more integrated with lists, maybe no longer separating them? That would be a value add
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retention funnels are easy to set up using hubspot sequences, and new client discovery from our signups also goes much faster. Overal it's pipeline management for our team.
HubSpot Organizes Your Pipeline!
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature in HubSpot is how great it organzies your pipeline. This is especially valuable when you have multiple clients, with mulitple POCs, and mulitple people from your orgnization that interacts with client.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can take some time to get good swith. This is a very comprehenssive platform and like any product if this magnitiude, you have to committ to learning the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no problems in HubSpot. The platform works very well with one minor excpetion. It imports the clinets compnay information fro mthier email domain and sometimes they get it wrong.
Very intuitive and affordable.

The best part about Sales Hub is how easy it is to track all your contacts and leads, adding them to your pipeline and then pulling reports
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things you would think would be a feature that are not - for example, I was trying to export my sales email sequences and there was no way to do it...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot captures all daily sales activity. contacts, emails, and calls (plus integration with aircall super easily to save recorded calls)

It allows me to keep up to date and in control of my work all day every day!

Nothing - I wouldn't change a thing. It's so flexible and can be altered to your own personal needs.

Solving my heavy busy work load by keeping things organised

There are two way to view your leads, also you can have a very extensive search and view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes creating a view gets complicated, but once you learn it, it is all good.

Making the tracking easier, also the phone line over VoIP is great for when out of the country. Helps me be within reach no matter where I am.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has a very great UI and is very easy to navigate. Great tool for enterprise organizations. Can be a single source of truth when it comes to data integrity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calling capability is restricted to some areas. Sometimes the global search is down but I think it is normal from time to time. Loading when I start calling takes a while in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our organization to track emails and see the open rates. Sequences are very easy to create plus very flexible when it comes to personalization. Dashboards are very easy to understand and is customizable which is very helpful when you have different teams/departments.

ITs versitlity and ease of use. Having the ability to follow leads from beginning to end.

Nothing really. I cannot thing of anything.
