What do you like best about the product?
As a professional managing client outreach, tracking procurements, and overseeing business development tasks, I have found the HubSpot Sales Tool valuable in my daily operations. Here’s a detailed breakdown of my experience with this tool:

Both the HubSpot website and mobile app are incredibly user-friendly. The intuitive design makes it easy to navigate through various features, making it a breeze for both seasoned professionals and newcomers alike.

One of my favorite features is the ability to connect opportunities with contacts seamlessly. This function allows me to maintain a clear and organized view of my sales pipeline, which is invaluable.

Quick Dashboard Building: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The ability to quickly build custom dashboards is a standout feature. With just a few clicks, I can visually represent my sales data, which is essential for tracking performance and setting future goals.

Task Assignment: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Managing a team is made significantly easier with HubSpot’s task assignment feature. I can delegate responsibilities to my team members directly within the platform, streamlining our workflow and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar Integration: 🌟🌟☆☆☆
This is where I’ve encountered some issues. The integration with my calendar hasn't been as smooth as I would like. I’ve experienced some syncing issues that have led to double bookings and missed appointments, which can be frustrating.

Subscription and Upgrades: 🌟🌟☆☆☆
While HubSpot offers robust features in its base subscription, I find it disappointing that full access requires additional upgrades. It feels like some essential features are locked behind a paywall, which can be a significant drawback for smaller businesses or individuals on a budget.

Central hub for CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Best features of this platform are:

1. It facilitates ease of closing deals by creating and importing various deals of the enterprise.

2. The app integration is really great as it lets me schedule the dates for my meetings by using calender of Google, Miscrosoft Outlook and Exchange.

3. Its offering of a free plan makes it great to intepret once and use it. It lets me list down and create my tasks as well as keep a track of my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations of this platform are:

1. The first and foremost turn off for me while using this platform was the prcing of the subscription plans which is really high for me.

2. It does not let me change my subject head while writing e-mails, which is a turn off.

3. I could not add reminder in integration with other platforms while creating a task, and also the operating time was a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is everything an enterprise can need to manage sales, marketing, automate workflows in sequence, and also provides various analytics tools as well. I used this platform's tasks feature in sales hub to manage my upcoming tasks as well as have a reminder for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to focus on what i need to do with all the pertinent information regarding the customer or prospect

If i make a mistake with email it is a bit cumbersome to make a change

Simple & easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track all of our current customers as well as all of the leads / prospects we're targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always the most reliable system we use. It can be buggy sometimes, which isn't a massive issue given our size but I can imagine this would be a problem for a larger business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create clear snippets / templates to use in sales calls. It also allows us to monitor individual rep performance and score each deal based on historic data.

Awesome tool for managing our leads

What do you like best about the product?
I think the automated sequences are a fantastic addition that not all CRMs have. With it, we've automated our initial sales emails for new leads, which by itself has probably saves us a couple man hours every week
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The marketing contact limits are too low for small businesses to use without having to upgrade.

2. Sometimes our conversations stop getting logged in deal records
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot to manage the active sales side of our business. We don't get a huge volume of leads from these efforts but despite that, the A-Z automation capabilitie sof HS have helped us automate manual tasks and expand our capability to send out more emails, run ads, sen dmarketing collateral, etc. All in all, it's helped our sales efforts a huge amount

What do you like best about the product?
The features I like the most about this platform are:

1. It is a great sales software that has helped my team members to close a lot of deals, deepen the relationships with customers as well as partners and also manage their tasks more effectively.

2. The pricing plan offered is somewhat reasonable as well as affordable for businesses with sufficient operations that include high-value deals.

3. What makes it one of the best out there is its availability of various features such as sales CRM, sales engagement tools, CPQ functionality, and more.

4. Another feature I liked about it was the ease of creating a deal and adding the required credentials in a matter of a few seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features I dislike are:

1. A shortcoming I found out was one cannot add the accessibility to cc users on emails.

2. A great dislike about it was it does not auto saves the work like other CRMS making it lag behind.

3. There were some connectivity issues while talking over the dialer with customers.

4. The customer support of the platform needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is a great all-in-one sales management and CRM platform that helps enterprises to close deals, etc. more effectively and efficiently. The availability of various features in a really great user interface makes it attractive for enterprises. I really liked the guide it provided in the beginning and the feal features it provides in the sales hub.

What do you like best about the product?
The best that I like about HubSpot Sales Hub is that as it names says it's a hub where you can have all your contacts so you can be aware about all interactions, notes etc that the team have had with that customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is their price. I think their pricing is extremely high compared to similar programs also the program has a lot of features that sometimes it feels it's overloaded

HubSpot Sales Hub has been a great help for me because it organizes everything in terms of contacts information you can have it all here centralized and access information more proactively.

What do you like best about the product?
It has free plan that provide the basic CRM functionality, as well as paid plans that offers more advanced capabilities and it's providing certification for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's suits for most big organizations and for marketing contacts it's charging based on the number of market leads we have . It's need human element of our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspots don't have much template options for our sales and marketing campaign and it's also have it's own specifications and built-in templates. SEO option is will be good.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely LOVE the simplicity combined with advanced customization options in the automated workfows. It's very easy to learn how to create workflows from scratch, and it's a massive plus to be able to use our custom properties within them
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team is quick to respond, but they don't seem to be hugely knowledgeable of the product. We often have to contact support a few separate times to get a solution if the problem is a bit technical
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HS as a single source of truth for all our sales activities. It's enabled us to:

- Send bulk emails to leads
- Monitor salesperson performance
- Monitor our leads' real-time progression
- Report on our sales activities

In summary, we've successfully used it to automate the A-Z of our sales & B2B marketing processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is inexepensive and the calling tool as well as the scheduling tool work very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very clunky, impossible to find notes. Very difficult to build dashboards. People nesting within a company nested within a deal is an obnoxious workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer relationship management, scheduling, call recording. It works.
