A great experience!
What do you like best about the product?
We love the sequence feature and the ability to integrate plugins, like JustCall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to mass email students instead of manually adding them to sequences. Emails in sequences do not automatically update when we update the templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that Hubspot has integrated different tracking tools for our client management, but I think there are still some improvements necessary in order for me to say it's reached its final form.
simple, organized, efficient.

It's incredily well-organized. Everything is laid out where you want it, which is really important to me. Quality is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything has been great. Odd times when call-connections are low. And sometimes there's conflicts in the analytics HS gives. But very minor.

Helping me keep track of everyone Im reaching out to, who I need to stop reaching out, and continue to keep reaching out to. Keeps me organized!

it can get clunky at times and can be difficult to decipher.

Ease of use, easy communication, beautiful colurs. amazing customer servie. my team and I find it very easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up and integrate custom/calculated properties. It makes it so much more powerful because you can practically find a workaround for the features that it doesn't have with custom objects
What do you dislike about the product?
The marketing contact tier limits are way too low. It makes it hard to send regular marketing collateral to our customer base without having to pay a good deal extra to raise our tier. And once raised, you can't drop a tier even if you're not using your limit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot to manage our B2B pipeline. It took us about two months to set up properly but now, it's given us a massively powerful infrastructure to manage, monitor, and modify our sales operations. It's got too many awesome features to go into detail, but here are a few:
- The automated workflows are easy to set up and save you tens of hours
- Email sequences send emails with embeddable contact tokens
- The reports have upwards of 10 different types of charts
All in all, we're very happy with how Hubspot has automated a good portion of the sales activies we used to do manually

What do you like best about the product?
Documentation, Generating Leads, keeping record of the leads. And for some other purposes to help in increasing my knowledge and getting expertise in top of others
What do you dislike about the product?
Somehow costly. But this cost is valid according to the feature available so thats all fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track to all the calls, leads etc makes the sales hub solves the real world problems and increases the sales as well. There are many more features as well.
Great features, but can be pricey and salespeople may not adopt

HubSpot Sales Hub has a ton of great features, including automatic sequencing, templates, playbooks, and task management. These tools allows salespeople to keep their entire workflow all in one place and work faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most HubSpot products, HubSpot Sales Hub can be pricey for the smaller organization. You also need to be sure you configure your organizations setup and train your salespeople so you can get the most out of your investment. This may need the assistance of an expert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows us to keep our entire workflow in one place. All data is tracked in a single location and can be easily managed. We can also set up a task list or queue and run through a list of contacts for calling, emails, etc. very quickly.

It is easy to use, support is always available in the chat and in an email, people are very responsive

I feel like it's still missing a lot of tools and features to make it go smoother

hubspot is helping us measure performance with the sales team, make reports and dashboards for executives and being more productive

Not so interesting UX, can be better
Details entered in lead source initially doesnt show up later and needs to be entered once again for every contact added

Great CRM with lots of functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to setup and implement. It gives you also a lot of inspiration about inside marketing and how to build a great marketing strategy. In Sales Hub we like the flexibility that we can easy edit all functions toward our needs and align in the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much as the functionality is great. Some functions are (due to the large set) a bit hard to find.Pricing could be cheaper especially the big packages comes with a huge pricetag for smaller organisations

Hubspot is a great tool to manage our pipeline and sales activities. We track deals and structure our sales activities. The saleshub is also the backbone of our reporting.
