Great CRm
What do you like best about the product?
I like everything about it, ease of use, easily integrated with other platforms

Nothing, I love HubSpot ive used other crm's before and this is the best

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of great ways to automate my workflow! Clean user interface, and much more that I could use to my advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dark mode! I like a dark mode option in most apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track of my projects and see projected sales for the company. Keeps me on-task and organized.

Easy to note, communicate and keep all the information in one spot

It glitches sometimes and makes it look like things are being notated under the wrong company at tomes

Easy email link with microsoft office, makes tracking so much easier

Customer service. I like directly talking to someone.

Good experience- a little easier to send mass emails would be good. - Also a more intuitive failsafe in creating duplicates.

VERY EASY TO USE
What do you like best about the product?
I like that when importing new contacts/companies it gives you a template and makes sure youre importing correctly and right after importing it tells you if a contact wasnt imported and why so you're able to fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing i dont like about HubSpot is that i have to connect contacts to the companies individually because the domains from the contact email doesnt connect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create lists so that i dont need to send emails individuallly to hundreds of people, i have them all connected through certain lists. This saves me time to focus more on the details of my work.
Absolute HUB for organisation, entry level to most complicated organisation wireframes
What do you like best about the product?
As for the most helpfull part I would like to point optimization of AI-like wireframes that absolutely allow enough manual control to keep it's dynamics of processes optimal and automatisation behind to lift all time consuming procceses from team members on all levels!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes wireframes are overalping and there is no detection system to prevent collision of it, so for example different tasks are assigned to wrong person in repetitive methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absolute control of leads, their follow ups, feeding informations around central role of lead, and assignation to proper team members accordingly so it gets covered in most effective way.
Love it! Makes my daily life at work so much easier and organised.

Organisation, connection between departments, flexible to our needs.

Nothing, i believe it is a great tool, and it is always changing based on the company's needs.

It is connecting various departments and integrating the information/jobs, so everyone can be aware live of all the updates/situations happening with each client.

HubSpot is a very user-friendly and comprehensive CRM system. It allows you to customise all areas to match our business needs. It has a number of useful features which we are now beginning to implement effectively.

No downsides to report yet! We are happy with our HubSpot is complementing our business operations.

Provides a solution where we can have all up-to-date client and prospective client data in one place. It enables us to better manage both sales and partnership pipelines and understand the volume of sales that we can plan for the months ahead, which then enables us to make better business decisions.
