What do you like best about the product?
Being a sales representative, I have been using Hubspot to track my daily sales routine, client/prospect details, approaches, communication, timeline, and conversation.

Adding to it, it helps in tracking the status of the prospects like is they onboarded, is proposal sent and so on. It can be customed too.

Email template can be integrated too
What do you dislike about the product?
-I had quite a difficulty in learning to import my contact details from Excel with all the details at once.

-It has the ability to create a template but the template is difficult to edit all of the time.

-There is a limitation in marketing campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Transparency in tracking the record of the leads, communications, and their status of conversion. This is helping me in forecasting the sales pipeline, set target to my teams accordingly resulting sales converion rate.

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly I can enter valuable data. Also, I find the overall experience to be smooth - cohesive analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating quick books process and occasional functionality issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with forecasting revenue thus playing a critical role in the company's plan to grow.

What do you like best about the product?
The type of sequences I can build on and make changes to my content with personalisation.Also the cold calling feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking 2 emails into one parent email is quite difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales tracking from email to cold calls and what not. With the sequencing feature I can easily make changes to my content and make amendments

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is so powerful and it has a great user experience and it's so easy to use. It has a free version and it's great for tracking the pipeline and activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so much support for the free plan and the pricing is a bit confusing. You can assign only one email to a contact so it's a big limitation in my opinion. Moreover some personalization required for big companies and corporate aren't easy to set up

It helps a lot to track the pipeline and to see the conversion in order to boost sales and sales person performances

Easy to use and good tool to get information in quickly. not as dynamic as SFDC but good tool until the right time to deploy more customizeable crm.

A lot of self service and challenging displays

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, integrations, and accesibility. Hubspot is very easy to use and understand even for people who aren't tech savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a dark mode. Support team could do better, I had a major issue and I had to figure it out myself took them forever to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their support team could be better and they need a dark mode.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using a lot of CRMs eversince but nothing compares with HubSpot. As a salesperson, I really liked how fast it is and the UI is so pleasing in the eyes! This is probably why I continue to learn and took certifications with HubSpot related features. It's easy and honestly, no one taught me how to navigate it. I'm a self-learner and it all thanks to the easy access and navigation they have!
What do you dislike about the product?
The bugs! I think it is given, mostly there's no perfect app. It will always encounter portal bugs and so on. But other than that, there's nothing I could think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads! As a salesperson, we had different leads and it's all messy! HubSpot helps us to organized our leads and statistically speaking, as well as those in churning to close booking.
